9 year old daughter had a blast with the tree house. Great views and relaxing. If the weather had cooperated we could have gone out and dome some hiking and exploring. Would go back, but during a warmer part of the year so we could be outside more.

We had so much fun and made some wonderful memories here! Nicely updated cabin. Kids loved the treehouse, it was plenty warm in the winter. Lots of kitchen and counter space. We enjoyed sitting around the large island to eat and play games. WiFi worked well. Would definitely recommend this place.

Perfect retreat to spend quality time with your family. Had a couple of hiccups but Andrew corrected the issues. Overall we had a nice time and would definitely consider coming back if we have the opportunity.

Amazing cabin, tree house and what a priceless experience for our family! The views are as if you are right in the forest! Highly suggest this cabin and the kiddos loved the tree house! *Only suggestion would be more lights at night time in the front yard and yard areas....not sure if its a town ordinance but it was very dark

Cons: Wi-Fi password incorrect & landline didn’t work Water from faucets was muddy-no drinking water Power is not stable Pros: Wood stove when power went out-luckily we brought our own wood Kids loved the snow and space in the yard Treehouse is fun and unique and heated Cozy layout- nice kitchen I want to give 5 stars because my kids had so much fun in the treehouse and playing in the huge yard with all the snow. The house had a nice kitchen and setup with the wood stove. However when we arrived there was no cell service and the Wi-Fi password posted was incorrect so we had no means of communication since the house phone didn’t work either. And about 20 min after arrival we were handyman showed up to replace the house water filter because the water coming out of the faucet was brown. Luckily he gave us the Wi-Fi password. The water didn’t clear up for another day and we were without clean drinking water with no alternative source of water other than what we had in our own thermoflasks since the roads were snow and ice. The response from the host “it’s possible the water will clear up if you let it run since the filter is new”. If I am paying someone to stay at their cabin I expect to have clean running water not muddy liquid. I am not exaggerating, if I could attach a photo I would. It was gross. Also the host obviously knew of the issue before we arrived and never notified us. Also the power went out and it was lucky we brought our own wood for the wood stove otherwise we would have been freezing with the snow storm going on outside.

Fun place for our weekend getaway. Property was unique with treehouse that the kids enjoyed. Saw lots of wildlife including visits from the neighborhood resident elk.

The place is beautifully nestled at the top of a hill in a massive forest. The treehouse offered hours of playtime to our children while we relaxed ourselves. The firepit is perfect and there is a gas grill that cooks well too. Its a sleepy location great for decompressing.

My family loved this cabin and our decision to reserve was because the awesome treehouse but once we arrived there was just so much more than that awesome treehouse. The backyard has the most beautiful views. No neighbors behind just beautiful scenery to enjoy. Hope to be back soon!

The porch was so great with the views. Houses around but not a city neighborhood. A little way out of Payson but so worth it! The kitchen and large table were perfect! Plenty of easy parking! Don't forget firewood to use the fire pit, as long as there are no fire restrictions.

This stay definitely exceeded our expectations. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed plus some. The views were breathtaking. Our girls loved the treehouse. Definitely staying again!

The treehouse cabin was perfect for my family. We felt right at home and my kids LOVED the treehouse! The location was just the perfect distance from town. You feel secluded and peaceful but is just a 15 min drive to town if you want to explore or grab food. We will absolutely be back!!!

Out was in a beautiful area. Kids had fun in the tree house. Wasn't a big fan of the stairs, but we closed the gate and walked around.

I would recommend it for kids over 4 years old with the ladder in the tree house and spiral staircase being the only stairs in the house. Overall the house definitely could have been cleaner. Half the burners on the stove top wouldn't light, the inside of the fridge especially the freezer was very dirty, the dish washer was clogged with old food and did not clean the dishes. We had to unload the dishwasher upon arrival and a lot of dishes in the cabinets were not fully cleaned. Even with those minor issues we had a great time and fun stay!

We really enjoyed the property as the location was centered between our two excursions in Pine and Woods Canyon Lake. The home was comfortable and offered some amazing vistas out on the deck. The elk herd that came by on our final day was a wonderful visit...almost felt like it was part of the plan. One area of improvement that I'll convey here is to please update the bedding in the upstairs rooms if possible: adding mattress protectors and providing newer sheets and comforters. Those minor improvements would make us come back again. Outside of that minor item, we truly really enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

I was very excited for this trip (especially for the treehouse) and it somehow exceeded my expectations. The kitchen has everything you need and the house was super clean. The view from the deck was absolutely amazing, and we ate outside every night that it wasn't raining on us. The kids loved having their own little retreat and the ability to step out the door to wander around the forest. The creek is close enough that we walked down most afternoons, and we were surprised by a family of elk (a bull, three cows, and two calves) nibbling their way across the firepit area right outside the living room one day. Nobody wanted to leave, and everybody wants to come back.
