The main office employee and manager were very welcoming and nice. Cleaning crew was fantastic. That place was spotless and overall great place to stay.

Great place, very clean. A little far out from the center— (~1.5 miles) so we walked a bunch of times cuz it was hard getting an Uber. Otherwise had everything we needed.

The location was close to the beach for a quick walk, and had a restaurant next door , if you don’t want to go to the town which often has a long wait. The property was clean and organized. The couch is in bad shape, need to be replaced, and the walls don’t seem to have insulation- you can hear the neighbors any time of the day. I would have given a 3.5, if there was an option for half stars. Overall a comfortable stay.

Nice rooms with everything we needed including ice in the ice trays! The porch was lovely to sit out on in the evenings. I would love it the management could provide charging stations for electric vehicles!

Beautiful for a weekend getaway and a short drive from downtown Oak Bluffs and Edgartown. The property was exactly as advertised. Owner was extremely helpful and communicative. Only complaint is that the upstairs shower pressure wasn’t great, but not a problem since there was a second shower downstairs.

Space was very nice but fireplace did not work. I was disappointed because that was the main reason why I picked this unit.

Overall good location within short 5 minute drive to beach and downtown Oaks Bluff. My kids had a great time . The upstairs loft was perfect for the kids. The upstairs bathroom was a bit tight but was nice to have the extra bathroom. My children were fascinated with the spiral staircase but it was a bit steep and narrow. I was disappointed that there is no dishwasher. It’s a bit too far to walk to the beach with 3 children. Overall good trip.

This townhome is absolutely beautiful, and definitely as lovely as shown in the photos. The kitchen was fully stocked, and beds were very comfortable. The second floor is accessed via a spiral staircase, which we loved, but could be tricky if you have any mobility issues. We visited during the quiet season, so we were not able to use the pool or tennis court. Because it was the beginning of the off-season, we didn't have anyone in the neighboring condos, but I can imagine that it is quite lively during the busy season. Check-in was quick, easy, and friendly.

The property was very nice, great location near the Jaws bridge. The two bedroom apartment we stayed in was flawless, beautiful. Very comfy and very clean. So much space. I can not recommend this highly enough. Would be great to come back and stay for a whole week. Loved it.

Absolutely perfect place.

We got engaged down in Martha’s Vineyard on 9/10/2019. The staff there was more than helpful to my fiancé. He and the girl at the front desk went back and forth to devise an amazing night! The room also was fantastic! Absolutely stunning. We love it there and will be back soon!!

The whole covignience of family enjoyment and entertainment, from the pool to yard games on top of the restaurant and amenities made it truly for families to have fun together. Very nicely done!

It was wonderful for a 4-night, 5-day vacation in a beautiful, clean, modern and yet cozy space! Amazing proximity to the community pool, tennis court, vending machines etc. Easy parking as well. Nice to have a restaurant (Norman’s) right on the grounds.

My 5yo and 2yo slept on cots we brought from home/ ordered on Amazon and they fit on both sides of the master bed. Our family friend who came to help had lovely accommodations upstairs, which had a more adult feel bathroom. Love that there was a full bathroom upstairs and downstairs. The kitchen was stocked with so many things we didn’t expect and thought we’d have to buy locally. I’m not sure if they were left by previous renters but items like coffee filters, pasta, trash bags etc. Just about every kitchen utensil, pot / pan etc. you could need to cook is provided (no blender, but a great coffee pot.) Plenty of towels were also provided and re-stocked daily by housekeeping if desired... which came daily.

Three FYIs for future renters - 1) this has already been mentioned in other reviews - the staircase going upstairs is super steep and narrow. Not good at all for kids if you need the secondary space - specifically dangerous for little ones under 5 and not ideal for kids under about 10, though they could manage I’m sure. And 2) the outlets may at first appear to be faulty or not working. It took a minute for us to realize they needed to be switched on... the little part of the outlet you push in between the sockets. Lastly 3) depending on which apt/suite you’re in, you may have stairs to go up... I didn’t see an elevator so not sure how accessible second level suites are for folks who need an elevator/ramp or just have a ton of stuff.

Otherwise, would recommend in a heartbeat and stay again!
