We enjoyed our stay a lot. The view is beautiful, the community is fantastic, and location is great. Few miles from Annini beach (great for kids) and few miles from Hanalei bay and city with lots of food options. A short drive from Haena state park and beautiful Kee beach. The views around here are fabulous. Host is very responsive and the place is fantastic.

We had an awesome time. Loved having coffee and looking at the waves each morning. 15 minute hike to Sealodge Beaxh was pretty and quiet. Some snorkeling. Nice to have beach chairs, towels and cooler to cooler for use.

The pictures were a bit deceiving- the outside picture with table looks like it is open- however you are on a very small patio with cover and there is no table to enjoy dinner outside . The pool picture looks nice online- pool is closed and is very run down. View is pretty but as in the title it was just an OK place to stay.

Communications with our management contacts was great - and we received prompt replies to each of our questions or concerns. Checking in was simple, just needed the pad lock combo, which was emailed to us prior to arriving. Even though many of the units were not occupied due to covid travel restrictions, we lucked out with amazing neighbors, with whom we enjoyed sharing time with each other. Big shout out to the maintenance crew (Simon!), even though we did not experience any issues within our unit, he went out of his way to ensure we felt at home and was consistently asking us if all is well. The unit has amazing views, we lucked out with whale watching facing north/east in December. Plenty of dishes, cups, coffee mugs etc. same for towels, sheets, blankets etc. Dishwasher is on the smaller side, but that was not an issue. Washer/Dryer is life saver for a family. Beach toys and snorkeling gear were supplied. All in all, our family does recommend this unit and would consider coming back in the future. The quiet location, views, proximity to Princeville shopping market, and nearby Hanalei - make Sealodge a great choice for your Kauai vacation.

One suggestion: Need to remind guests that they should not ruin the view in front of the neighboring condos. We had neighbors that used the space in front of our condo as a place to play frisbee. They were really loud. We had to close our curtains, patio door and windows.

The condo was well equipped and clean. We had a lovely view and lots of beach amenities which we used for the beach such as boogie boards, umbrellas, chairs, beach towels, bags/ coolers.

Suggestions for improvements would be a better vacuum cleaner. It was difficult to use this vacuum in sandy areas like the bathroom. Brooms were available but never as good as a vacuum. Another suggestion is for the grounds in general. We never felt comfortable roaming the grounds on the seaside of the condos. We felt we would be intruding on other people’s space. Suggest a walkway with chairs to provide a more comfortable invitation to enjoy the grounds and the view, because what a view!

Negative aspect to this condo was a broken washing machine which we paid for in our fees but was not working. we are a family of 5 so this was very disappointing. I understand not all condos have a washing machine but ours did - reflecting in the price we paid. We still have not been contacted for a reimbursement regarding the surcharge we paid for this amenity that was not provided... The company knew this was not working for the entire stay of our vacation and yet no discussion regarding a reimbursement. Any low rating we gave is a result of this issue.

Other than this negative aspect, the condo was great.

The condo is quite comfortable with most amenities required. There were boggie boards for the kids and other beach equipment, which was fantastic. The only disappointment was a broken washer. We are a family of 5 so this was quite inconvenient. I’m not sure the surcharge we paid for the washer dryer in the unit ( not all condos have this), but I trust we will be reimbursed...?? Otherwise it was a lovely stay. Thank you Jo-Anne

We had to you a coin operated laundry, and since we had to pay a cleaning fee, I feel I paid 3 times for washing the towels. Even Motel 6 doesn't require that.

Everything was perfect from the location to the space and all the things in the condo: beach stuff, kitchen ware...
Our only issue was the washer that didn’t work, so wevhad to use the property coins operated ones!

Nice area and position on the cliff, but not worth the cost.

This two bedroom condo had a very private location on the property. The beds were comfortable with very nice linens on them. The kitchen was nicely stocked with all one could need. A sharp set of knives or a knife sharpener would be a great addition. Several new pots, pans, and baking sheets were supplied. Ample towels for bathroom and beach were supplied. The extra beach equipment came in handy; boogie boards, chairs, coolers, yoga mat! Decor and furniture of the condo was simple and beautiful. However the couch is fairly firm (sofa sleeper) and makes noise when you sit on it. The washer and dryer were one of the big reasons we chose this unit. The washer unfortunately wasn't working when we arrived and had to use on property, coin operated facilities. (Dryer in unit worked great) TV was great, we were able to login to our netflix account and watch our favorite show. If you're here in weather above mid 80's you might get too hot with only a couple tower fans, one ceiling fan and open windows. Temperature was great for us in Nov. topping out at 83°. We GREATLY enjoyed the amazing ocean view, trade winds blowing in and the sound of the crashing waves!! We WILL come stay again!

The challenge is the best view is upstairs, but the bed is too small to comfortably fit more than children or a petite couple. The downstairs bedroom still has a great view, and the bed is large enough but not super comfy. The overall space was good, clean and well-equipped.

The Na Pali coastal cruise and Waimea Canyon were both breath taking. The condo, however, was a disappointment. The picture seen on the VRBO site is misleading. There is not glass table with chairs any place in or near the condo. The condo is not air conditioned. When we arrived, four fans were on, but as the windows were all closed, the heat was horrific. When we called about the fans not blowing air as they should, we were told we already had five fans. The pots and pans were in terrible condition: the nonstick surfaces were badly scratched. The toaster was broken. They were eventually replaced. The washer and dryer, quite nice, were hidden behind a curtain. The place was much smaller that it appeared to be on the VRBO site. The beds, however, were very comfortable. The view of the ocean from the beds was priceless. The grounds themselves were well maintained. Note: Princeville is at the far north of the island. Driving time is greatly increased when wanting to go south or to the west. The top speed limit is 50 mph with many areas being less.

Condo was as advertised. Plenty of room for family of 4. Ocean views from every room. Wonderful secluded beach just a fun short walk down. Lots of shade. Shallow but good snorkeling. Wear reef shoes or sneakers.

Great views of the blue ocean from all the windows, spotless and close to many great beaches (Hanalei, Anini, Sea lodge). Condo comes with all beach accessories you can ask for. Highly recommend this place!
