Family holiday with friends. The house was perfect for two families - great location, lots of room, awesome selection of beach toys and things to keep everyone entertained.
House had everything we needed and more.
Communication with property owner was above and beyond.
Thoroughly recommend.

We stayed at this property as a base for our daughter getting married in Matakana. It was perfect for what we needed, with lots of comfortable beds and lots of space for 9 people. It's a beautiful home and very well equipped. Rachel was great to deal with - very good communication, friendly and very accommodating. I would highly recommend this property and wouldn't hesitate to rent again if we need Omaha accommodation again.

My partner and I plus our teenagers and friends. House floor plan worked well with our group - separate living zones meant some could play board games in the kitchen/dining area while others could relax in lounge or on the outside deck. Use of bikes was handy and house is an easy walk to beach or surfclub.

We stayed with 2 families with young kids. The house was great with effectively a wing for each family. Great location in a quiet cul de sac with playground and tennis court opposite. The owner gave great instructions and was very helpful.

A Happy Easter!
A perfect place to spend a lovely long weekend. Ideal for two families. We loved the easy walk to the beach along the path, all of the conveniences of the house and everything provided made for a wonderful holiday. Easy and helpful communication. Would very much recommend.

We loved this place so much. Well equiped. Great location... 5 min walk to the most incredible beach and a less than 10 min wake the shops. Perfect for a diverse group of people of different ages. We’ll definitely be going back

Very comfortable well equipped bach, good location for beach and tennis court/shops. Neighbours in front a bit noisy but settled by 11pm ish, luck of the draw as to who's around over the fence I guess.

Excellent property for 2 families to share. 2 ‘wings’ each with a master bedroom, bunkroom and bathroom. Good position - short walk via paths to beach and shops. Would recommend and would love to stay again.

Perfect for two families - has everything you want, close to the beach and shops and great for the kids to ride bikes - nice and safe - also great location to the playground, our kids would go off and play by themselves and we could see them from the house.

This was perfect for us with two families staying and young school age kids.
This was perfect for us with two families staying and young school age kids. Park & tennis court right opposite and paths to the beach within minutes with no roads to cross. The house was clean and perfectly set up. Really can't fault this property and genuinely nice people to deal with. I couldn't find a radio/music so would suggest taking your own portable speaker. We will 100% stay again in the future.
