Friendly staff, family friendly environment, quiet neighborhood

Wonderful location, easy access to where I wanted to go, friendly staff, excellent appearance inside and out. Would definitely recommend. I never need the manager which is why I gave it 1 star. Everything was above and beyond for my family and myself

The property was amazing-the pool and hot tub were outstanding. There was also basketball courts, ping pong, large chess and connect four games to be played. The townhouse was spacious, very clean and had enough room for all. The screened in porch was my favorite along with having 3 bathrooms. We will definitly stay here again.

The place had great service the condo came with so many spaces and rooms to go around kitchen and etc. Pool was great and especially the condo felt like home to us

The property is accessible to all the major attractions (Universal Studios, Volcano bay, Disney), the property is well located to all Restaurants and well connected to Interstates. The only problem is the room need to be more cleaner. AC was not working when we checked in. We had to call the Maintenance, they were very responsive.

Less than 10 minute drive to Universal with no interstate traffic. Lots of eating and shopping options. Apartment had plenty of room and lots of things to do at the resort. We were on the ground floor room one night the above room had a very loud party above the bedrooms late into the night.

It was nice the neighborhood was nice the property was so clean this swimming pool was awesome the hot tub was hot it was good overall just excellent.

The property was well located in Orlando we had a amusement park with in a 5 minute walk Grocery store etc. Only Dow is the beds we’re a little bit hard the stairs leading to the bedroom was making some noise and the person next door got upset of the really bad noise coming from the stairs.

Volleyball tournament

Everyone and everything was perfect. Condo and grounds were clean and kept in good condition. We loved the pool and hot tub. Had a great relaxing time. Great location

Good location, close to everything. Property clean. Beds were horrible, hard as a rock and we actually contemplated sleeping on the floor.

We had a great stay at this property. The unit is a bit dated, but nothing wrong with that. Carpet could use updating. However, we were pleased with a lot of things! The sofa bed was much nicer than some. The king bed in the master suite was very comfortable—my husband said it’s the best sleep he’s had on vacation. Plenty of pillows. I was expecting a 1-level unit based on the floor plan picture in the listing, this one was 2 levels. So my oldest daughter had to sleep on a different level than the rest of us on the sofa bed. But the listing did say that layouts could vary. We could hear some street traffic at night—but it was definitely a trade off to be a 5-6 minute drive to the Universal parks. The pool was heated and very comfortable, even in the evening (without sun) on a cooler day. My kids liked the life-sized chess, checkers, and connect four in the tennis court area. Check in was very easy at a front desk like a hotel. Plenty of dishes, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc.; there were a couple of dishwasher soap packs and laundry soap packs, which was nice. The bathroom tile looked newer and was nice. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

Beautiful resort

Easy to get to Universal. Property was very clean and spacious. Would definitely stay here again.

The main reason for picking this place was for the location. It was a few minutes away from our daughter's MCAT Exam Center. I ordered a two bedroom, two bathroom space because we had other family members joining us near the end of our stay. To our surprise, we had a two story apartment, with three bedrooms. The place could use some updating, especially the bathrooms in each bedroom. The pocket doors were very hard to maneuver and the lighting was very dark. But overall it was cozy and served its purpose. Plus for the price it was better than I expected it to be. We usually stay at gated resorts, so I was a little apprehensive about staying here n so close to a main street. But everything worked out. It has a cute little gym, swimming pool, n tennis court with choices of family games. I would recommend this place to someone, especially if they're on a budget and traveling with family.

We were blessed to have another opportunity to travel to Orlando and reserve this property. It provided ample space and the location was great. We love the screened in porches! It will be our "go to" for future trips.

My family and I needed a place to stay for a few days in Orlando. My wife and I decided, we did not want to stay at a Disney resort since we would be arriving on NYE. Since I have booked several places using VRBO, I checked to see if anything was available and found this property. The reviews were on point and I booked our stay. Unfortunately, for me and my family, our flight was canceled, so we did not leave NY until NYD. I kept in contact with the property manager and they told us no worries, the place will still be there for us. After few hours of sleep, finally arriving in Orlando, we headed off to the our destination. The check in process was quick and easy. Upon entering our apartment, we immediately felt at home. Spacious open concept with a full bath and balcony on the first floor. Up the stairs, was a master suite and another bedroom. Our ensuite shower was missing the shower knob and my wife immediately let management know. They apologized and scheduled for someone to come fix the issue the next day (which they did). I would definitely come back here with my family especially if we decide to hit the Disney and/or Universal parks.

The property I originally booked had issues and I was forced to change to a different property over twice as far away. I lost easily 1-2 hours a day in commuting. That was dissapointing. The place I was moved to was wonderful. Just much farther away than was practical.

Our family stayed here to visit the Orlando parks, and this was a very accessible, clean and large condo, which was very pleasant. Our only concern was the smell of mildew, which wasn't overpowering but could use an airing out.

The location was perfect. We came for New Years/Disney. We had a perfect view of fireworks. The room was very spacious.

Very clean- perfect location for parks. Neighborhood does not have great atmosphere- but safe and clean. If you are going to Orlando to go to universal studios this is a perfect spot

Easy & quick

Spacious bedrooms, easy check-in, great location, fabulous heated pool and hot tub. Very accommodating. Highly recommend!

We had a great trip. I enjoyed the back porch view of the pool with my morning coffee. The pool area was very clean and a great add on.

If I could give no stars. I would. THEY CANCELLED MY RESERVATION THE DAY BEFORE CHECK-IN and relocated me to a POS that had no space for my and my kids. What a terrible experience. Don’t EVER USE THESE PEOPLE.

Excellent location close to the attractions, Plenty of room for a small family

Beds were a bit stiff and the description of on site laundry could have been better as the machines were tiny. Otherwise very good overall!

Our room was very clean and organized! We had our own private patio. Everything we needed was supplied in the room; plates, bowls, pots and silver ware. Highly recommend to anyone with a family or even a group of friends!
