Cosy little camping trailer in front yard. Everything clean and comfortable. Host responded quickly and helped us out with am extra blanket and information on how to locate the switch to turn on the shower. Within walking distance to town.

Located immediately next to a main road with lots of traffic in the morning. It was quite loud.

The property is listed as "Nanny's little highland hoose" in booking.com, but the same name is not searchable on google maps, so it needs to be searched by the address. Entering the property there is no sign board or marking to identify the property.

My 6yr old daughter has declared it the best house ever and didn't want to leave. All the little extra touches made it special - the well stocked fridge and cupboards, the toiletries in case any were forgotten. A relaxing setting in an ideal location to explore the city and Highlands.

If you asked my 6yr old, she would say the only bad thing was having to leave 😂

This was a fantastic find. The apartment was clean, it was comfy, and the amenities worked. It was not far from the bus and train stations, so it made for a great base for day trips to Loch Ness and Fortrose. What really stood out to us was the list of recommendations that the host made, and the stocked pantry and bar were great perks. I would highly recommend this spot.

Emma and her father were very friendly, especially her father. We have a great stay and manage to discover Inverness at our own pace. If we return to Inverness we will definitely choose to stay here again. Emma has stoked up many foods in the kitchen. This is something not many place willing to offer.

Parking was perfect, The outside was all set-up for an evening sat outside with a chimera and BBQ (not that I did on this occasion as it was winter) Everything was there you would have in your own home. I took a slow cooker with me but I didn't need to as there was one there. Everything you need a home from home, Even had a honesty bar, not far from town centre. The best place I have stayed in, I will definitely be back there .

There is nothing I didn't like about this place at all other than I had to leave.

The place has all the necessary stuff. It was a good surprise for us to arrive at the place and see that there was everything we would need during our stay (even The Honesty Bar, which is a really nice concept and idea!) The bed is very comfortable. Emma, the owner, is so kind.

Clean and cosy. The bed was really comfy. The place was very well heated.

The bathroom temperature is a bit cold, especially compared to the room. We didn’t heard much about the owner, it lacks a bit of welcome.

Breakfast selection and honesty bar were a bonus, plus extended departure time was great. Having a washing machine and own cooking facilities were great when staying with a toddler, plus room for him to play outside.

Supplies were a lot more than anyone could ask for. The location was great. We really liked it. It was home away from home. Thank you Emma :).

The sink was too small and couldn't wash my face, keep getting hurt by the corner bedpost when going in and out of the bathroom. These were the only two things I could think of which we didn't like. Still give the property five stars or 10/10.

No free to air TV - not even as an option - only box sets The box sets did not allow one of us to have subtitles because he is hearing impaired. Was just perfect for me been over on my own for lochness marathon so I could just chill before and after race. Nice and quiet and friendly owner and place was spotless. Would definitely recommend. Close to city centre also .

Apartment was stocked beautifully for breakfast & snacking and it was charming and quiet.

Didn’t like not having a sheet and it was too warm for the heavy comforter.

The owner met us as we where driving on to the Property. She was very friendly and forthcoming. Key was in the door and instructions in a black book! Very thoughtful and helpful to have a home ready for a nights stay with condiments to keep you feeling like you where at home! A very pleasant stay! One thing to mention if your looking to turn in the shower the switch is behind the amazing Bedroom door 😍

A home away from home, literally. Great location 10 min walk to town centre. Private parking, self contained apartment with every home appliance you will need and more. Great complimentary breakfast left in the fridge to cook, milk, teabags, coffee, even spare toiletries! We will definitely be returning here!! Stayed in inverness quite a few times now and this is by far the best stay.

The hospitality! Emma was so sweet!

A nice little garden house with a terrace and small garden - great for summer. The hosts were very welcoming; left lots of stuff for breakfast (although not included in the booking) and even a wine bottle. The house had all the stuff you might need or might had forgotten at home, toiletries, etc. Very good stay with kids: the hosts let to use their kids playground, which is quite large and exciting.

The house is indeed very tiny. The bathroom not very modern, but all is tidy and well maintained.
