This unit was very nice, clean and nicely decorated. We had everything we needed for our monthly stay while our house was being remodel. I highly recommend this unit. Host was excellent. Rey satisfied with out stay

First time to Vista Cay! Extraordinary! Accommodations were spacious, clean and very comfortable! Resort area itself was beautiful! Very central to the majority of surrounding attractions, restaurants and beaches! Very impressive and hope to visit again next year!

Excellent service, Things happen and this time the coffee maker broke. But the replacement was very fast. Monica and her team are always very responsive. They provide very well-maintained and clean condos that are very relaxing and comfortable to stay in.

Large apartment was great. The cleaning crew needs to tiddy up a bit more. But overall very nice.

Stayed for 3 nights. Neat and clean place.

The apartment is really nicely decorated. Everything was super clean. There's ample space and all the essentials were there when you needed them. This is our second stay in this apartment, and I have no hesitation in staying here again!

The unit was clean, large and otherwise as-described, so no complaints there, though mildly irritated that we were only given 1 roll of toilet paper for a 4-night stay. The poor review comes from being locked out of our condo twice, once late at night and once after the car was loaded for our departure. Each lock-out lasted about 45 minutes, with 4 kids ages 2-10! The code was accidently changed on our door the day before we checked out by management. When we alerted management, they got us in and said they would send the new code. The new code was never sent. Our final departure was delayed by 45 minutes (from 9am to 9:45am). During that time, we called all the numbers provided many, many times, but got no answer. By a stroke up luck, a gentleman who helps maintain the unit walked by while my husband was trying codes and let us in. Later that day, management made many excuses for not answering phone and did not attempt to make amends for our ruined day. Very disappointed.

Top of the line condo.

We arrived late on a Friday night and were unable to open the door to the condo. We were worried that this was a bad omen. However, we called Geoff and he came running from two doors down and got us right in. It was all great from there. Anytime we called about an issue (never anything big) Geoff or Lin were right there to make our lives happy. Geoff even printed out our airline tickets before we left! I contacted Miranda (the owner) several times and she always responded instantly. I just had a lot of questions, never anything awful.

The location was minutes from all the parks, there was a small shopping center with a Publix and great pizza place in one direction and a in the other direction a Walgreens all within walking distance.

The apartment is 2,000 sq. feet. It is so beautifully decorated, and the couch was so comfortable that I fell asleep on it - twice! We had everything we needed to prepare meals, to do laundry and to relax. The tub in the master bath is amazing!

The pool and hot tub are two buildings away and just a short walk along a lake-side pathway. There are always fun activities going on and very friendly people to talk with. The bartender was fun and made great drinks.

To sum up: the home is beautiful and comfortble, the location is near everything yet quiet, pretty and safe, the amenities are modern and everything you need is right there. Just bring your clothing and toothbrush! Most importantly, you are well taken care of by both Lin and Geoff, as well as Miranda. I can't wait to go back! June
