Amazing place. Bright and airy with all the things you need including omfortable beds and linens. The location was perfect and the chairs on the front porch were wonderful for watching the world go by. Definitely recommend!!

Took three 12 year olds to Harry Styles. Stayed in Wrigleyville. Rode L into town, very safe, and easy to find everything we needed. Would definitely recommend. Want to bring my wife back for a cubs game

We asked for a late checkout (1pm instead of 11am) and this was granted. At 11:20am the owner called and screamed at me! Said “Get out now” We we’re taken aback by his verbiage, shocked! He said things changed we have another renter so no late checkout. My family scrambled to prepare our bags and left in fear the Owner may show up! He was exceptionally mean, we are all still shocked.

We had a great stay and lots of fun. The only thing we made while there was coffee and drinks so can’t comment on the kitchen. The beds were very firm.

Stayed here for a concert at Wrigley Field. It was PERFECT. Great to be so close to the bars, restaurants and field. 200 steps to Wrigley is very accurate. We will definitely stay again for a ball game, concert or other event in that area.

This was the perfect property for our stay in chicago. There was a slight mix up with keys upon check in but thankfully that was figured out quickly. Wish there was a washer/dryer on premisis. But it is truly the perfect location and perfect size for our family of 4!!

We LOVED this place! It was incredibly clean, perfect location to Wrigleyville stadium & bars! Chris was always available when I had questions. I would love to stay in this unit again when I come back to the area. We all had a blast of a weekend!

What a great getaway this was! Close to all amenities, yet quiet area. Unit had everything we needed including a fan for my husband, who prefers to sleep with one. Street parking was manageable, you just need to put a resident permit on your car. It would have been nice to be able to utilize the garage in the back. Great stay! Thanks!

The perfect weekend stay for a small group! Walking distance to any place you’d want to go in Wrigleyville. Great sized kitchen and the two bathrooms were a plus.

We had a great stay! Plenty of room for our family, great amenities, and the property manager was very responsive to our questions. Parking was literally outside our door and we took advantage of local restaurants and public transportation. Would definitely stay there again.

Four adults in Chicago for a conference, wanted a relaxing home base during our stay. This property looked like a good fit & it turned out to be a GREAT fit! We tried out their recommendations for dining & were impressed every time. Neighborhood was quiet & safe, we walked all over Wrigleyville (morning &evening). We would definitely book this spot again! Thank you for making such a restful haven in the middle of the city!!

You can’t beat this location! The property was very clean and well maintained. My only caution is if you have young kids. Our kids are extremely well behaved but 3 under 8 does mean some noise. We were there less then 20min and had a caution text about running. No children had been running. So the kids had to tip toe the entire weekend bc they’re always on the move walking which was too noisy for the lower level. Therefore, we only slept in the apartment. We tried to stay out and about. The mattresses are also extremely hard- like rocks. Sounds negative but it is a really wonderful spot!! Just be warned if you have small children. Marshmallow toes are required and you don’t truly get to enjoy the property that way.

This apartment is absolutely charming and cozy! We stayed for 4 nights while visiting our oldest son who is in the Navy. Our party consisted of my husband and I, my mother in law, and our 20 and 13 year old sons. I loved that there is a king and two queen beds, plus a sofa. It is very spacious for a two bedroom apartment. It is also a very walkable location and close to the train. Street parking was not an issue for us. Our family felt so cozy and at home! We will definitely try to stay here again in the future! You will not regret staying here!

Exceptionally clean and comfortable apartment. Well-equipped kitchen. Great beds. Nice neighborhood. Easy walking distance to grocery stores, shops, restaurants, the metro and, of course, Wrigley Field. Street parking with host-provided passes worked out very well. The only glitch to an otherwise perfect week was loud music from the basement apartment (the host’s other VRBO property) over the weekend. After bringing it to the attention of the property manager and finally the property owner, the situation resolved itself. This was probably a one-off occurrence as none of the other reviews mention it. Given that, would definitely stay here again.

Quiet and omfortable

Excellent hosting and management- perfect location for Cubs game and Public transportation. Local restaurants and neighborhood was a great home base for our family adventure. We will be back! Thank you Chris and Chris!!

The property was is in a great location and there are plenty of things to walk to. The property was great. Highly recommend.

My daughters and I stayed for three days during spring break. The apartment is so nice, clean and well-furnished. Kitchen is awesome, bedrooms and baths roomy and very comfy. We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing here, within walking distance of great dining, nice shopping and the L into the city. It was a bit pricey but oh so worth it.

The location is second to none - the heart of Wrigleyville. The home is located on a quite side street two blocks from Wrigley Field. The house is clean with all the amenities. I definitely recommend and would stay there again.

This immaculate, spacious condo was one of the cleanest we've ever stayed in. Large kitchen is well equipped, beds comfortable and cozy, bathrooms couldn't be any cleaner. High ceilings throughout. Easy walk to Wrigley and restaurants. Keeping this one at the top of our Chicago list!

This was a great place to stay for New Years Eve. Nice clean home with great access to downtown and Wrigleyville.

We stayed here for Christmas and the apartment had everything we needed. Excellent location with short walking distance to red and brown lines. Good laundry facilities.

Excellent location very clean and comfy beds.

My husband, sister and brother-in-law really enjoyed our stay in this condo. My sister was running a Spartan race at Wrigley Field, at 8:00 AM, so the location was perfect. It took us no time to walk over to the race and were also able to easily walk to several restaurants, bars and even to Jewel for groceries. Even though it was a chilly November weekend we didn’t need to take my sister’s car anywhere (it stayed in the spot right in front of the condo that we were able to park in when we arrived late Friday afternoon until we left on Sunday). My husband and I took the train in from the suburbs and even at the height of Friday rush hour it only took us a 25 minute Lyft ride to get from downtown to the condo (the L was also an option, there’s a stop that’s very close to the condo). Since it can be a bit pricey to eat every meal out in Wrigleyville it was nice to be able to cook breakfast in the condo’s large kitchen. The size and layout of the condo was perfect for 2 couples and there would be room even for a couple more people if necessary. Despite the location, it was very quiet and since the bedrooms are farther back off the street it was easy to sleep without being disturbed by city noise. The beds were very comfortable, also. The owners of the condo upstairs were very friendly and helpful. It was nice to know there was someone “onsite” in case of an emergency, but we had no issues whatsoever with the communication with the owner and property manager (both named Chris) and everything went very smoothly all weekend. We really enjoyed our stay in November, but I can only imagine how great the place would be in better weather and/or when attending a Cubs game at Wrigley Field (we hope to find out one day)!

Darling Condo in the heart of Wrigleyville! Very easy check in process and parking. The beds were very comfortable and the location was perfect. We were within walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and bars. We loved going to the Blue Man Group show. Highly recommend this property!
