Everyone at Emmons was helpful and courteous with any questions we had about reservations and also after we arrived. The location is so close to the marina. We definitely will be returning to St. Simons and will use Emmons Realty.

I brought a dear lady that we work for, who uses a walker/ wheelchair with me as well as a few family members. It was easily accessible for her. Everything was clean, and well equipped with everything you need to be comfortable. Everyone that we came across was very polite and helpful. We would stay there again. Highly recommend.

The management was super responsive to any issues. The condo is well-kept. We were thankful to have a dog-friendly place to stay. The dog park a block from the unit allowed our pup to get her zoomies out. At 8:30 in the morning we met lots of new friends. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay!

Stayed at this property for 5 days and it was clean, cozy, and well stocked with kitchen utensils. An easy walk to the pier and restaurants. A great parking spot and easy access to the pool.

Our family and small dog were extremely comfortable in this unit. It is very well furnished. The master bedroom bed and the multiple couches and chairs were much nicer than we expected. It is just steps from a nice pool. We were very satisfied all around. We opted to drive to public beach access spots rather than walk and had no problem doing so. Would recommend!!

The villa is wonderfully laid out, plenty of room. The beds were extremely comfortable. We felt safe, cozy with tons of amenities. All the TV's worked great, everything was really clean, not noisey, with all the comforts of home. Loved going into the village for fantastic restaurants,beaches,shops. I believe the unit could use a touch of TLC such as some patches of ceiling popcorn peeling off...but that did not bother us at all. All the furniture was so comfortable and parking was great in a covered awning. We will definitely be back soon.

Reviewer Comments: This property is so well located - you can walk to the restaurants, beach, pier, etc. It is in a gated complex - not that that would be a requirement in this area - but it was nice. The local owners that we met were friendly and welcoming. The grounds are well kept and the pool was nice (furniture could sure use an update). There is a small, private patio that we enjoyed - it overlooks a small waterway which runs through the property. The unit itself was dog friendly which was important to us. It was well equipped and the king sized bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable. The condo was very clean when we arrived and has a washer, dryer and dishwasher. The unit provided covered parking which was very close to the unit. The wifi was very good and the TV's worked well. There is an extensive DVD collection of movies available. The condo, while very comfortable, could certainly use an update and maintenance in furniture, kitchen cupboards, ceilings (popcorn ceilings which are peeling near vents) and bathroom fixtures. Overall we enjoyed our time in this unit but feel it could be so much more enjoyable if the unit had a little TLC.

When we arrived, we could not believe how perfect this condo was. It was a wonderful little community with secured gates all around the premises. The access code to get in made it feel very safe. The condo was ground level and we were thrilled that we didn’t have to carry anything up steps. The covered carport was directly in front of the condo. My daughter drove her car and there was extra parking a few spots up from ours. It was nice to have her car close and in sight. The pool was directly beside our unit. Everything was in the perfect location! When we walked in the condo, we couldn’t believe how nice and CLEAN everything was. The open floor plan was perfect for our family. There were two bedrooms and each had there own bathroom. The laundry room was so great to have! The dishwasher was also nice. Everything to cook with was available. I used the blender daily for my protein shakes. The walk in closets were GREAT! We had plenty of room for my husband and I, our 2 teenagers, our 3 year old, and our 2 dogs. We never even had to pull out the sleeper sofa. It was so roomy. We brought our dog crates, so the dogs wouldn’t mess with anything while we were at the beach. All linens, towels, and washcloths were provided. We did bring a bag of laundry detergent pods and used them all, as we did have to do a load or two of towels a day. We walked around the gorgeous community every morning and every evening. The locals that lived there were very welcoming and friendly. Everyone cleans up after their dogs and the property was very clean and beautiful. We would leave all of our beach stuff in the trunk of our car and never took it into the condo. Local beaches were within 5-8 minutes. There are many to choose from. We even drove to Jekyll Island and down to Amelia island in Florida. It was cool to go to a different beach every day. All within an hour and twenty minutes. Driftwood beach on Jekyll island is a must see! The live mossy oak trees on St Simons island was breath taking. We rented bikes and rode to a couple parks and we rode to the lighthouse and had lunch in the gazebo. It was all a great experience. JK was very helpful and helped us get started on our journey.

About a 8-10 min walk. About 30min to Jekyll Island. Expect additional delays to Jekyll if going during prime time. Overall a great place to rent. With a family of 7 we had to have the kids double up on the sleeper sofa and double bed. Great DVD movie selection. Thoroughly enjoyed our time.

Great property, clean, inviting. Glad it had different living room furniture than in picture. Very relieved since I have Parkinson's and have trouble sitting on the low and deep sectionals as pictured. Grands a little freaked out when we got there because there was a snake on walkway at door trying to swallow another snake. Saw snakes several other times.

There are too many rules for this location. We have stayed here twice and it has a good location but really should be a retirement community. Some neighbors were friendly but some look at you like you shouldn't be there. We really love Ocean Walk it is more family friendly.
