My stay was very pleasant! The house was very homey and inviting! The deck was my favorite place-it was very equipped with everything needed for outdoor cooking and dining! The neighborhood was very nice and the neighbors were friendly and welcoming!

The hosts were very respectful and understanding. The home was in a quiet nice neighborhood. The hosts were respectful about any problems we may have had & willing to take action and resolve issues if they came up. We are appreciative of them.

My friends had a good time on our weekend stay. The neighborhood and neighbors were really nice. The outdoor area was a bonus, we liked the patio and yard space for outdoor activities. The house had everything we needed and were even provided extra toiletries. My only complaint would be the sleeping arrangements, the pull out bed wasn’t comfortable but we doubled up on mattresses and it worked out fine.

Dirty, animal hair everywhere, stunk of animals, mouse traps everywhere, mouse poop all over, clothes in the dryer, shower faucet was half broken, bed sheets and animals hair, not a 4 bedroom as advertised, air mattresses all had holes. Not at all acceptable for a "vacation rental", 2 nights we stayed and it was not cheap, I expected way more.

The listing shows multiple beds in one room. The room had a pull out couch bed and all other beds were mattresses stored in garage and basement areas. We were very cramped with 7 guys trying to sleep. Photos appeared to be a much newer place.

This listing said it can have 10+ people staying. We rented it specifically because we had 8 people. There are only 2 bathrooms and one was attached to master. It was very difficult to coordinate bathroom usage. Sleeping arrangements were not as listed. There were only 2 pull out sofas which were awful to sleep on, no futon.. I would not recommend more than 6 people stay here as the spaces are tight. From a cleanliness perspective, we saw a mouse in the house the first night, unable to find it. There is mold in the master bath that needs to be cleaned. We were left with 2 tolls of toilet paper, 1 for each bathroom.. The back deck area was nice. We were left with 2 LP tanks, 1 each for grill and fire pit, which we utilized both. Without the outdoor space, we would have been extremely cramped during dinner. We survived for the 2 nights but would not want the stay here to be longer for the number of people we had.

The owner was very accommodating and the Christmas decorations were greatly appreciated. The home was smaller than expected. The exterior of the house would benefit from some TLC.
