The most amazing place to stay in the heart of Palermo. The apartment was incredible, also the breakfast and Elisabetta was excellent host and she recommended us places to visit and where to eat really delicious food. We highly recommend Elisabetta, and her apartment.

We stayed only one night but in a few hours we can tell it is an excellent bnb, super clean, nice little kitchen, spacious room. The host is warm and very professional. Thank you !

A very comfortable, independent apartment at your disposal. In a great location in old Palermo. You have to reckon with the street and the building looking awful - but that's how it is in the old town. The interior of the apartment - perfectly equipped and clean. The owner left the refrigerator full: jams, butter, packaged yellow cheese, packaged ham, yoghurts, plenty of water and juices, plus croutons, cookies and homemade cake. It would be enough for days, so you don't have to worry about provisioning. I recommend this place without hesitation.

Big, nice and clean apartment, close to everywhere, comfortable bed and nice breakfast. Would come back!

The selection of breakfast goodies was excellent...although we had the apartment to ourselves, the fridge and kitchen table were very well stocked with ham, cheese, milk, tea, coffee, bread, biscuits, jam, Nutella, juice... We did not expect such a good spread. Elisabetta also provided a list of nearby eateries, and Ferro di Cavallo was top notch while being reasonably priced. She was also helpful when we got off the airport train early and even offered to pick us up (although we found our way in the end).

The electricity tripped once! That caused momentary panic, but Elisabetta was able to guide us as to what to do over WhatsApp. That was probably due to our using the washing machine without guidance.

I can't recommend this place well enough. The host was super responsive and helpful. We had the whole place to ourselves, the room was spotless, and signora Anna welcomed us very warmly. The fridge was full of food and they provided an abundant breakfast. The accommodation has everything a traveller can possibly need and more! This place made me feel like home. The accommodation is located very close to the main attractions and piazzas. Super convenient.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable for me. I highly recommend this place though.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Good recommendations about what to do in the city. Pretty basic but good breakfast. Kept a very good communication with the host. Very good located near the main walking street.

There was no heating source in kitchen, bathroom and hallway. For me the temperature in March it was ok, but my wife felt it a bit chilly.

my only negative is that the listing says private bathroom, we didn’t have to share because we were the only people staying- but the bathroom and kitchen are shared.

The apartament is located in the old part of Palermo, so it's a great starting point for sightseeing. Lots of restaurants and pubs nearby. Elisabetta is a very friendly and caring host. It was a real pleasure!

The little sister is so nice and sweet. She explained everything about the room to us. The room was so quiet and clean. We just got to the room, and she made us coffee. She also prepared cantaloupe for us in advance. The bed was huge and comfortable. It is a perfect lodging experience. I must give the five stars.

Elisabetta and her father were the kindest hosts possible ! Elisabetta was really available and did everything to make sure we were comfortable, that we had everything we needed (and more).

Cozy apartment in the center but in quiet street. Large and clean rooms. Friendly host. Recommend for families and pairs. Perfect stay in Palermo.

Everything about this place is exceptional. The host Elisabetta speaks excellent English and is super helpful, I had the whole spacious house to myself, the property was spotlessly clean. The location was perfect, just off walking street, close to the markets, 10 mins walk from the train station - the location could not be better. I highly recommend this house, the best place I have stayed in Italy and I will stay again if I return to Palermo.
