This condo was a fantastic rental. The owner was very communicative and the property was near and clean and well stocked with towels and cookware. The pool at Santa Rosa Dunes is huge and the kids loved it, as they also loved the walking distance to the beach and to Peg Leg Pete’s. I would definitely stay here again.

Very impressed overall. Only complaint was the poor drainage. The parking lots and streets were flooded. We had to drive thru water.

We decided to go to Pensacola Beach for our wedding. After months of research, we finally landed on this particular condo. I have to say, it definitely was better than expected! The view of the bay is beautiful, the space inside is just amazing, and the whole process was very straightforward. Towels, wash clothes, TP, paper towels, kitchen utensils, pots, pans, plates, cups, glasses...etc. all are provided. I would definitely recommend going to Walmart in Gulf Breeze before crossing into the island, though the one dollar toll really isn't that bad. Leslie is very responsive as a property owner and the state of the condo shows she cares about the property and her guests. All in all, I would definitely stay there again!!

Spacious place for a family trip. Location was walking distance to the beach and food. Views were beautiful. Quiet and quaint.

We had a wonderful time!! The location was fabulous for the air show. We could watch from the pool or a short walk across to the gulf!

This place is so very kid friendly and thoughtful. Although I did not have my children on this stay, the availability of a highchair, bunk beds, a pack n play, as well as a cabinet full of games was very impressive. The location is great, right next to a convenient store and Peg Leg Pete's. We did not use any of the amenities on the property but we will definitely be booking here again in the future and look forward to the next trip to Pensacola.

Perfect for our vacay
This place is so very kid friendly and thoughtful. This was a great location! Within walking distance to the beach, and Peg Leg Pete’s restaurant, our condo was clean and spacious. The unit was complete with everything - a gas grill, kitchen supplies, and comfortable beds. The owner was always quick to respond to any questions that we asked. We were able to entertain family members that were in town, and enjoyed the spacious facilities.

Great condo in a great location on the west side of Pensacola Beach! Beautiful views of the bay and walking distance to trolley, store, and Peg Leg Petes. Spent 8 nights here and didn't want to leave. :(

This is a very nice comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo located in a great safe spot. Very nice accommodating owner. It is decorated and furnished very nice. The mattresses were all very nice and cozy. All dishes and glass were nice and clean. A/C stayed cold even during the hottest parts of the days. We stayed for a week in July 2018. Has both washer & dryer as well. It is on the second floor of this 3 story unit. Only 2 short flights of stairs to access unit. Very nice clubhouse with nice work out equipment and a beautiful swimming pool. You can walk across the street to access the beautiful Beach. It is located on the bay which is walking distance. Convenient Store located next door with no noise at all as it is on main road and condo is in back of the property. Then next door to the store is Peg Leg Pete's Restaurant. We will for sure lease this unit again and would encourage anyone else to do the same. Again thank you for a wonderful stay! Warren
