Brilliant destination for a relaxing summer holiday.A clean and tidy house and a perfect location

Great fully equipped holiday home in a very central location.Kaikoura is an amazing location

The property is tidy and well equipped. However it is somewhat dated and the beds although Comfortable are old.

This property felt a bit run ?own. The garden is not maintained and the recycling bins were overflowing. As this was our first book a batch I didn't know what to expect. However i do think something in the house telling you what is there and what is required as far a cleaning goes would have been useful.

This wasn’t our first choice of booking, as this was cancelled on us due to being rented out long term. Fortunately this house was available for the same dates. No view of the mountains which we knew about - however the new hotel being built on the seafront is your view. The place would benefit from a few lamps rather than having to have bright ceiling lights on all the time and a general tidy up of the outside area including improving access to the woodpile would be an advantage too. Lovely log burner and comfy beds.
