We had a wonderful stay at this property. House was large enough for multiple families, kid friendly and perfect location. Close to king pine and just a short drive to North Conway. The lake in the back was beautiful. Great way to spend some time relaxing after the holidays!

Spacious yet cozy feeling home, perfect for a family gathering! Check-in and communication was easy, kitchen and home were well-equipped and location is great. Would recommend to a friend and/or hope to return some day :-)

Stayed for Thanksgiving with 6 people. Nice and respectable.

It was amazing. The veiws were magnificent and so beautiful. The house is cozy and was perfect for our my family and guest. But, on the first night we slept there were three droplets of mouse poop right next the folded sheets on the left bed in the room right of the upstairs bathroom. It’s quite unsettling knowing that a rodent could be crawling near you when you sleep. Overall, we had a great time.

A Beautiful home, clean, well stocked with a private beach & patio on a quiet cove. We had a wonderful time.

This property suited us very well. Six adults and five kids between 4 and 10. Many twin/bunk sleeping options for the kids. One bedroom contains a king and a queen which is unusual. We all had plenty of space to mingle and be apart. Wonderful private beach and waterfront patio as well as deck. The water at the beach area is clean without lake plants spoiling your enjoyment. A pretty sweet location. I’m a swimmer and was able to swim long distances across the cove daily. Easy access to the sandbar and larger portions of the lake. We grilled nearly every day. The day we arrived the outdoor temperature was above 90. The a/c on the main floor is central and functions great. The second floor has a window unit in one of the three bedrooms but it did not cool the other two sufficiently which was disappointing as we had to draw straws to see which adult couple would have to use a bedroom with no a/c. The hosts were terrific and we had a wonderful week!

We have been renting for many years and this property tops it’s all. Beautiful house with great location. House had everything you could want and more. The owners were friendly and reacted quickly to any issue we had!

Our second time at the Bays. Plenty of room for our big family to relax and my 3 year old niece really enjoyed the “toy” room. Great place to stay with a large group. We will definitely be back next year.

Definitely would rent the house again.

It was a great stay. The house really had lots of bedding that accommodate all of us from all ages. We went during winter and the kids really enjoyed sliding down the small hill and ice-skating on the frozen lake. The fire pit was a nice touch as well for winter smores. Host was responding quickly with any questions which was very helpful.

The pictures don't do this place justice! We had a group of 6 adults and 6 kids in our group and this place had plenty of space. The kitchen and dining area were huge and had lots of space to accommodate all of us. And also fully stocked with all the amenities, dishes, and appliances you'd need for large family meals. There was a "playroom" off the living room that was perfect for the kids. And there was a great sledding hill for the kids outside. Would highly recommend!

We were extremely happy with the house. It was clean, well stocked, with plenty of seating for everyone in the kitchen/dining room as well as the living room. Beds were comfy with linens to spare. Quiet neighborhood allowed walks to both ends of dead end street. Games and ping pong table kept us busy inside while skiing at King Pine and snowshoeing kept us busy outside. We couldn’t have been happier! John/Vickie were quick to respond with the few questions we had.

The house is lovely. Just our style. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. We had wonderful family dinners in the large open dining room with room for everyone. The toys were a big hit as was the fire pit and paddle boat. Couldn’t have had a more relaxing and much needed weekend to reinforce relationships

Everyone loved the house, had fun on the water and enjoyed the kitchen.

This is the second time we stayed at Cassie Cove. We loved it, large place great spot on the lake and we even saw a family of deer on a walk! Thank you for the great vacation!

This is a wonderful place to spend a family Vacation and Vicky is one of the nicest people I have met.

This place was breathtaking! Right on the lake with a private beach, perfect morning sun on the deck (coffee / reading in the morning!), low traffic road, etc. Truly something for everyone. Kids? Plenty of space for them to play separate from the main living area. Excellent beach for young kids. Dock, kayaks, etc for older kids. Close to the sandbar for the more “social” tourists. Quiet and beautiful for the older goers who just want to relax. This is truly my favorite rental so far - will surely be going back!

Stayed here for a long weekend with 15 family members including a 12 and 2 year old. The house was amazing. Plenty of room for our whole family to relax and hang out and play games at night with plenty of room to mingle. We made a sledding course that went from the street onto the lake. Super fun. During the day our family did their own axtivities; some went skiing, sledding, tubing and snowmobiling while some of us went to hang out in North Conway. Great location and John was great to deal with. We all loved this property and will definite;y be back. Awesome time here!!!!

Wonderful overall experience for our family vacation.

Our entire family loved this place! The location was perfect for all ages in our group. The younger kids played/fished from the dock while the teens enjoyed paddling to the sandbar for volleyball and other water games. The morning paddles to the main lake were absolutely stunning. I could get used to the sound of loons day and night.

You can't beat the location! My family had a great time spending the week and we lucked out with beautiful weather. The owners are super friendly and always quick to respond with any questions. The house has a great amount of space, inside and out. We had a family of 15 and it was nice not feeling on top of each other. Thank you Vicky & John for providing us with such a lovely home.
