We rented this house for our large family to stay for a wedding in the Rehoboth Beach area. The house was lovely. We really enjoyed the outside and pool area, where we spent most of our time. The owners were wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend this for any family to stay.

You will not regret booking this phenomenal house for your vacation. Spacious and more importantly very clean. We had 9 adults and 7 kids and we all had room to spread out. The pool and outdoor shower were great after a day at the beach or walking on the nearby boardwalk. Great beach town and zero complaints. Jacqui and John were great hosts, they even left us a list of the area shops and restaurants with their honest reviews. Can’t wait to come back!!!

The house is amazing! You can tell that the owners continue to reinvest in the property so that each amenity is both functional and beautiful. Communication with the owners is easy and the property is equipped so well that you likely won’t need to contact the owner for anything anyways. This was our second stay in this home and I wouldn’t be surprised if future visits are being planned already. Thank you again!

The home is even more spectacular than the pictures! We had 11 adults and 5 children and never felt cramped. The owners have thought of everything. The landscaping was lovely and the home is well maintained. The kids loved the pool and we hardly went to the beach. Wonderful family vacation.

Lots of room for family of 15, well appointed kitchen, and large beautiful pool. The spacious yard is the most gorgeous I have ever seen, both front and back. Lots of parking and permits provided. Also the owners are wonderful, making sure our stay was an easy one. Thank you so much!!

Our family of 8 adults and 6 young children really enjoyed our stay. The back gardens and pool create a tropical oasis that we all enjoyed each day.

I can't compliment this listing enough - we had a multigenerational family reunion and stayed all week - there was plenty of space for all of us and we had every amenity we needed. The pool in particular was very refreshing!

Kids congregated at the pool, which always felt and smelled fresh, not chlorinated. Outdoor shower a big plus. Lots of nooks and crannies for small get togethers. Grounds meticulously kept with exotic plantings. Road noise sometimes obtrusive. About a mile and a half from the boardwalk, which was not a minus for us. Spatious. Took us a long time cleaning up to meet owner’s directions. Expensive.

Jacqui is the consummate hostess. Her home is perfect for a family or large group to feel pampered and at home. The garden and pool create an oasis for everyone. This is our second year and we will be back!

The home was definitely worth returning to. Everything was nicer the second time around. Beautiful decor, well equipped in every way, the pool was used a lot, and the ease of getting to the beach and boardwalk made this an ideal property for our family vacation. This house was perfect for us. We were a family of 7, though one son and daughter-in-law, expecting a baby in 8 weeks, stayed in a different house for social distancing purposes. They came during the day for pool and meals and the setup was so ideal to socially distance but still be together. Downstairs “apartment” was great for them to be able to use rest room or sit inside if they wanted to. Lots of outdoor space and a fantastic big pergola porch, beautifully lit at night, overlooking the gorgeous landscaped pool setting, with a few dining tables that allowed us to eat together but separate. Also great outdoor shower. The house was neat as a pin, clean, beautifully yet comfortably decorated, had every possible kitchen item that we needed, appliances worked perfectly, air-conditioning and pool heater perfect. The owner was very responsive and responsible, and check-in was very very easy. We had the best family vacation possible in this crazy twighlight zone pandemic! Will be an even more awesome vacation house And experience when this is God willing over!

This home is beautiful inside and out. The garden and deck was so relaxing. The house was big enough for all of us. The little was ones had fun with the pool and playing on the deck and in yard. The only down fall is at times we needed another bathroom. But otherwise it was GREAT!!!

This rental become a home to us where our family was able to experience fun, peace,comfort and togetherness. The home decorations and sand room arrangements were perfect. Members of our family could enjoy privacy or join in the fun whenever we wanted, The pool was a great plus, clean and warm. Overall great find.

Beautiful property, and the cleanest rental we've ever stayed in. You can tell it's maintained with pride and care. Easiest check-in process we've ever experienced. Private, quiet, secluded, and absolutely gorgeous deck and yard with a great pool. The owner Jacqui was very responsive to general questions and the only 'issue' we had, which wasn't truly an issue - a dirty pool halfway through the week due to rain and tree debris, and the pool company was out to clean it within a few hours. The only negative for us was the distance from the boardwalk and beach. The adults were fine with the walk (about 20 minutes), but it was a bit too far to handle with little kids, especially lugging beach gear. We would live here permanently, if we could!

We had a magical stay in this amazing home during the week of my daughter’s wedding. She wanted a destination wedding but wanted it to be affordable for guest. This home served as our families headquarters and had all that we needed and more to get ready for the wedding and enjoy the company of our guests. This listing is better than described and far exceeded my expectations! The bedrooms were very comfortable and each room had a TV and lots of special touches that made it feel like home. It is decorated with great care. The kitchen had everything imaginable to cook gourmet meals for our large party. Though we were at capacity, it never felt cramped. We were ALL able to at in the same time in the same room. The outdoor spaces are like being at a resort! Ours guests spent hours at the pool and on the expansive deck. It wrapped around the house endlessly with many seating areas and places to laugh and connect. We also had space in the back driveway for games. The highlight of the outdoor space was the gardens and landscaping. The bridal party took amazing pictures in the back yard. The house is impeccably appointed. It really did feel like a home and not a rental. Jacqui has really improved it since purchasing it and you can feel the love and care she has put into it. John made sure that we had everything we needed property wise and went beyond expectations to ensure we could take advantage of the homes pool, lighting, grill and other high end technology. They were extremely responsive at all times. It was a nice walk to the beach and the house being so accommodating made it worth not being ocean front. We spent plenty of time at the beach. If you are looking for a superior gathering place for a large group look no further. This is not your typical beach rental it is indeed an elegant retreat that was better than being in a resort! My daughter’s wedding week was made magical by our stay here.

My family and I stayed recently at Scarborough and we had a wonderful time! Everything is there that you could possibly need or want! The house is very well equipped, even had baby items to make things easier with little ones. We spent a good amount of time in the screened in porch area, playing games and doing puzzles. The outside is so quaint with all the accent lighting, just beautiful! We were in the pool most every day as well! Our entire family had an awesome time and let me add that the owners are fabulous as well. Just super nice people. You can’t go wrong with this property, you will love it!

The property is exactly as described. Roomy, comfortable, beautifully maintained and landscaped. Kids would have been happy to swim in pool all day. Convenient to beach either walking or by car. Just in Thyme restaurant a short walk, with excellent food and service. John and Jacqui were most attentive and accommodating. Highly recommend. Our first visit to Rehoboth was in 1965.
