We really enjoyed our week on Seven Mile beach and can definitely recommend this condo for the right traveler. Definite pluses include easy walking to beach bars and restaurants as well as the very nice Camana Bay, quick ride from airport and easy stroll to the beach with some decent ocean views from both screened in porches. The kitchen was well stocked and the dining and living areas plenty roomy for 6 adults. The bathrooms were also clean and recently updated to our eyes. A couple points of warning which we believe are fair given the description and pictures. Most importantly, the condo facility itself has seen better days. The grounds were still maintained but the beach has been almost fully wiped out by recent hurricanes. At high tide the water touches the wall, as it does for abandoned neighboring places. If expansive seven mile beach at your fingertips is critical, may want to consider being further north. This isn’t the fault of the condo but the pictures are a bit misleading. Also, while there is an area for communal floats, etc. most of them are broken, as were several in the condo itself making it tough to escape the heat into the water. There are decent loungers and umbrellas but they aren’t set up for you over the weekend and there’s no tools to bury the umbrellas. Several lights didn’t work and the guest mattress collapsed and revealed stains and a shrug from the owners upon flipping. Overall, this makes the condo a budget, but not really bargain, option

Our family had such a wonderful time on Grand Cayman. The three bedroom condo fit our family perfectly. The location on seven mile beach was perfect. Easy walk to restaurants and a very nice grocery store. The pool was well enjoyed by our three little ones. The beach was pristine! The condo unit was well stocked with everything we could need - and more. It was a perfect spot for a family traveling with three kids under three! The owner was extremely helpful, quick to respond with questions and made certain we had access to everything we needed. The resort staff were kind and welcoming. Would certainly revisit again!

Property was in a super location. Host was easy to contact and condo was equipped with everything we needed.

The beach was very nice. However, on days when there were high waves, the water reached the concrete wall at the edge of the property. The pool was fun but the pool deck definitely needs more umbrellas. The available umbrellas were occupied every day by the same seniors who came out first thing in the morning and stayed all day. One of those couples even had the resort staff remove someone else's towels when they left briefly to use the bathroom. There were very few children and the retirees at the pool complained about our grandchildren making noise and splashing. The location is great. It's an easy walk to restaurants, shopping centers, and the Foster's grocery store. The condo itself was nice. We liked the screened-in decks and ceiling fans. The beds were good except for the bed in the smallest bedroom. That bed could have used a box spring to elevate the mattress. The mattress wasn't much higher than some air mattresses I've slept on. Some routine maintenance is needed. The rotary knob was missing from the light switch and several light bulbs were burned out.

Centrally located and short walk to Camana Bay. Lots of pool floats and beach supplies. Kitchen fully stocked. Hosts very responsive.

Great property for family getaway.

3 bedroom/2 bath condo centrally located on 7 mile beach in Georgetown, Grand Cayman. Walking distance from several great restaurants and Fosters, the local supermarket. Beautiful beach access and lovely pool. Condo comes complete with tons of towels, bedding, coolers and kitchen supplies.

Great location both to the beach and to restaurants and shopping. Place.was well equipped and even had floats and coolers.

The property is a great place for the family! We had a great stay and enjoyed being so close to all of the great things to do in Grand Cayman. The property was great and the ability to be steps from the pool, the ocean and shopping really was convenient for everyone! The condo had everything that we needed for our trip and the family really enjoyed the time there.

This was an excellent location and the rental was clean, well kept, well stocked, just as described and easy to access. The beach was clean and beautiful and the sunsets were heavenly. Everywhere we ate had great food and atmosphere. The one surprise was all the chickens roaming around on the island. After the first morning of roosters crowing at 5:00am we made sure and turned our sound machine up higher the next night. I would definitely visit again and stay in this unit again. Thanks for the great memories with friends.

Its Not good to have simple party,because the wall its not sound proof,,,,,talking not much loud can hear by other unit.....Its better if you make sound proof.

The property owners have been excellent to work with. Loved the condo. It had everything needed and extra things for the beach.

This is the perfect location on Seven Mile Beach. The condo had everything we needed But the location made it the best. The patio was a great spot to watch the kids swim in the pool and to watch the sunsets. We walked to dinner a few times at great restaurants. Overall, it was a great place.

This unit was the perfect place to stay with three couples. It has a beautiful view of the beach, is a clean and spacious unit, and is just a quick walk to restaurants, grocery store, and bars. It is filled with anything you could need on vacation. The beach is comfortable, and the water is spectacular. It is the exact location for a relaxing vacation in the Cayman Islands. The people who stay at this resort were friendly, informative, and many were seasoned Cayman visitors. We felt safe and right at home. Don't miss the nighttime views of Camana Bay (a short walk), drinks and wings at Coconut Joes and the easy and cheap public busses that will take you all over the Island. We will definitely rent here again.

We enjoyed our time in Cayman and will definitely come back. This condo is a short walk to just about anything. Rent a car though because two taxi rides will pay for a week long rental.
