Nestled in Holden Beach, this attractive house for $639 per night is a great option for your next trip. La Dolce Vita is a beautiful oceanfront beach house located on the amazing family-oriented Holden Beach. This home was just completed in March of 2013. Holden Beach was voted top 10 family beaches and is a family friendly, non-commercialized, perfect spot for anyone who wants a break and loves the beach. The entire island is rental homes. This allows for families to relax and enjoy the spectacular beach without crowds of people. Holden Beach has several fun restaurants but no fast food or commercial shopping at all. The island is 7 miles long. A short bridge links the island to the mainland where more restaurants, shopping, and nightlife can be found if you like. We are conveniently located approx. 1/2 mile east of the bridge. La Dolce Vita is a 2000 sq ft House, 4 Bedrooms, 3 Baths (Sleeps 10), luxury oceanfront home with spacious rooms and large windows with views of ocean. Large expanse of uncrowded beach in front of house. Private walkway from house to beach. Two large decks overlooking nothing but ocean! Beautiful decor with lots of extras: Two family rooms, large well equipped kitchen, great views of ocean from inside of home, two large ocean front decks with rockers, laundry room, dining table combined with a counter bar that will seat up to 12, master bedroom with stunning view of ocean, two more bedrooms each with one queen bed, one more bedroom with four twin XL bunk beds, and large expanse of uncrowded beach, outdoor table and chairs, outdoor enclosed shower, wireless high speed internet connection, 4 TVs, DVD, well equipped kitchen, ceiling fans, quiet and private.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The kitchen is wonderful and has anything you would need and more. The house overall is very roomy and gives you an at home feeling. With the beach only a few steps down the walkway we couldn’t keep ourselves from spending much time enjoying the sand. The whole rental process was very easy and well organized. We would love to stay here again.

This house was perfect! There was plenty of room for our family to relax and spend time together. The lower outside deck was great for morning coffee and watching the waves. The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything we needed. Overall, this beach house was very comfortable and very clean. We will be staying there again.

Great house on Holden Beach
The home is well-maintained, very clean. and well-stocked. The back deck with the tall chairs & tables was perfect for morning coffees and we especially appreciated the locking gates since we had a toddler with us. The living area is more spacious than I expected from the photos, and it worked perfectly for our group. I would recommend this home and stay here again. Thank you!

Fabulous Beach House
This is a spacious well appointed home. The kitchen is very large and well stocked for meal prep. Good quality appliances in the kitchen and laundry too. Great ocean views. Lower deck is a nice place for lunch and upper deck is great for star gazing. The beach is wide, quiet and clean. Good location for access to groceries, dining out and ice cream.

Absolutely Perfect
Me, my wife and 3.5 yr old son stayed at this beautiful home and loved it. I can’t say enough great things about our stay. Kitchen is huge and was stocked with everything we needed. Both decks have plenty of seating. I found the upstairs living room very comfortable to watch tv at night after hours on the beach. We didn’t use the lower level family room too much but plenty of comfy seating with ocean views. The beds were comfortable and a little on the firmer side. The ocean views are amazing. I’m booking this place again for next year as soon as I can! Host was responsive and the house was better than advertised.

We had such a comfortable and relaxing stay in THE best stocked and well designed beach houses we’ve ever stayed in. Plenty of space to sit, relax, cook and eat. I love staying right on the beach and this homes location is perfect! You can tell that great care has been put into this home and it’s just waiting to be enjoyed. We named the upper deck the Tranquility Deck, because it’s the perfect spot to enjoy the beach, when you don’t want to be ON the beach. And it’s where cocktails are always served at 4pm…at least that was our rule! ;-). Thank you for sharing such a beautiful home with me and my family.

Great family home
This house was very well stocked for a family. We had everything we needed to cook a Thanksgiving dinner. The bunks were very spacious and long. Perfect for teenagers. It was exactly what we needed.

Perfect house. Perfect Beach. My husband and I and our twin 3 year olds along with their aunts enjoyed another perfect week at Holden. This is our happy place. The house is perfectly designed, perfectly stocked and perfectly located. Just love, love, love.

Bedrooms and bathrooms were well put-together and comfortable. Holden Beach doesn't have very much in the way of restaurants and amusements, but to us, that's a good thing! Owners and local maintenance/cleaning people were friendly and responsive. We'll be back!

Absolutely Perfect
I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about this home. I went with my family of five - including three kids four and under. It was the most perfect, relaxing trip and we owe much of that to finding this gem of a home. The kitchen is completely stocked with everything you could ever want and more. The location is perfect - walkable to restaurants, coffee, the cutest candy shop and Italian ice place. You are also less than a five minute drive to even more food, grocery stores, basically all you need for the perfect trip. For young kids, the house has it all - dishes and silverware, high chair, booster, pack and play. No detail was overlooked! It’s clean and so pretty and best of all, you are literally in the sand looking at the beautiful ocean. The BEST.

Beach vacation.
This property was every bit as nice as the pictures appear. I’ve stayed in many rental properties in the past and have never stayed anywhere that was so well stocked. I wish our kitchen at home was as nice as and well equipped as this kitchen. The owners thought of everything and it allowed us to enjoy the beach as well as to make several meals for the whole family without worrying about not having everything that we needed. The community is quiet and pleasant. There are several very good restaurants nearby. I would absolutely stay here again.

Quiet beach getaway
The house is located on a quiet stretch of beach with spectacular views all the way to Southport. There was little traffic while we were there and the beach was busy for late November but never crowded. We could walk right onto the beach whenever we wanted from the back deck and took advantage of it several times a day. The house is nicely decorated and was super comfortable for the six adults in our group. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that we needed to make our Thanksgiving dinner. We would definitely like to stay here again when we come back to Holden Beach!

Had a magical week here. HUGE recommendation for anyone with toddlers (twin mamas, this is place is for YOU!). There are gates everywhere. We loved the proximity to the shore, the house is well-loved and conducive to family time. We've already booked for next year!

Wow Just Wow!!!!
We have been renting houses on the Atlantic and Gulf coast for 30 years and I can honestly say this house tops the charts!! We decided to cook in because of Covid and the kitchen was so well stocked the fridge was awesome. Grocery store and fish market very convenient. We loved that the house had two dens and a large kitchen. We loved sitting on the porches and listing to the ocean or star gazing at night. This was our first trip to Holden Beach but will not be our last!

Awesome Vacation House
This house has awesome views, great location and super clean. Love having gate on front deck. We had 2 yr old twins running around and didn’t have to worry. Lots of towels and a well stocked kitchen utensils. Recommend this house for couples and/or families. Thanks!

Our favorite house at Holden Beach!
We have been going to Holden Beach yearly for the past 6 years. This house is the best one we’ve rented! The house was very clean, well stocked, and absolutely beautiful. The owner answered any questions I had prior to booking, and the booking process through them was very efficient. We can’t wait for our next trip to Holden! Beautiful and uncrowned oceanfront home
This was our first time to the area and we had a great time both being at the house and using it as a base to explore the surrounding area including a day trip to Myrtle Beach. But really nothing compared to mornings and evenings swimming in the ocean as a family with our kids and grandkids on the quiet beach with barely anyone else around.

Best beachfront yet!
We loved the open layout (for kids), double decks, multiple full baths, fully stocked kitchen, and most of all the amazing bunk beds. Major hit with our 4 kids. :) Also a full laundry room & peaceful location made this a perfect house. It was the most modern and CLEAN guesthouse we’ve *ever* rented at this price point, and Dale & Mary Jo anticipated all the needs of a family. We definitely hope to rebook next year!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at La Dolce Vita. The house had plenty of room and was conveniently located right on the beach. The kitchen was especially great and allowed everyone to be together while several people prepared dinner. Would definitely consider staying again!
