Nestled in Fernandina Beach, this charming condo for $334 per night is a great option for your next break. The pier is open and the pool has been completely refurbished! Enjoy your vacation in our recently remodeled ground floor, Oceanfront, 2 bedroom. 2 bath condo at Amelia By The Sea. Enjoy having a private fishing pier just a few steps from your back patio. Kitchen has all new cabinets, granite countertops, and all new GE stainless steel appliances. The patio overlooks an updated lush grilling area. You will love the convenience of having the grill only steps away and no need to travel up and down the elevator....just relax on the patio with a beverage and enjoy the view. Large pool and two tennis courts in this gated community. Bring your bikes and lock them in the rack just outside your front door. The main bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, a DVD player, a fan, an oceanfront view and room darkening curtains. Don't underestimate the benefit of these curtains if you like to sleep in on vacation. The en suite bathroom has been updated to include a new double vanity with a travertine top, a walk in shower and new tile flooring. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed, cable tv, a fan and shutters. We also keep beach chairs, tennis rackets, a shovel, small coolers, a beach wagon and beach toys for your use. The glass top round dining table is perfect for family dinners and game nights. The living room is oceanfront and has a flat screen TV, DVD player, Queen sleeper sofa, love seat and a chair and ottoman,.....it is perfect for relaxing. Our favorite spot is the patio....high swivel seating gives you a beautiful view of the ocean. You can stroll out the back and be on the pier, at the pool or on your way to the beach. Try to make it up at least one morning to watch the sunrise and look for dolphins. The unit also has a stacked washer and dryer. Free Wifi . The SURF restaurant is right across the street....walk to dinner and back. We love to enjoy the music and casual atmosphere. You'll also be able to enjoy recently resurfaced tennis courts. WIFI is included. We have 5 charging stations throughout the condo. NO animals are allowed at Amelia By The Sea and this is a NON smoking unit. Parking is limited to two vehicles per condo. Charming, historical downtown Fernandina Beach is just 5 miles away. Enjoy visiting the unique shops, fine & casual dining and nightlife. Nearby activities include golfing, horseback riding, Fort Clinch, kayaking, surfing, movie theater, fishing, shelling, hunting for sharks teeth and visiting Jacksonville (35 miles South). The condo was just perfect for our family trip to Fernandina. We had never been to the area before and fell in love with it. The condo is centrally located on the island and a short drive to shopping, restaurants, etc. The beach is right out the back of the condo and is beautiful! The shell and shark tooth hunting was so much fun. We will definitely be returning. Norah, the host, was a pleasure to work with.

The condo was on the ground flour which was perfect for us. We just stepped out the door and the private pier was just a few yards away. The condo was perfect. Beautiful furnishings and The VIEW was spectacular. Watching the waves was so peaceful. This trip was special in the respect that my sister is very sick snd this might be the last time we are together like this. Wonderful memories!!

This was the first time I went on vacation by myself because everyone else backed out for personal reasons. I have to say, I actually enjoyed it. Norah was such a pleasure to work with and responded right away anytime I texted. The condo was outstanding! Perfect location, quiet, clean and had that at home feel. I will absolutely 100% contact Norah for all future getaways to Amelia Island.

My mother is 80 so I was concerned about the ease of getting her from the condo to the beach, but Norah provided great information, and it was perfect. My mother said that this was the best condo we have ever stayed in and that Norah and Paul had thought of everything!!! We had a great time and plan to go again in the very near future. I will definitely contact Norah for our next trip.

We had a wonderrful time as a family of 6. It's very close to the pier, pool and beach access. Ms Norah was so quick to respond and very helpful. Her and her husband filled the condo with fun activities that took our vacation up a notch. The wagon, chairs, boogy boards, tennis rackets, games, movies, etc were so thoughtful and much appreciated!! We'll be coming back next year!!

I was very pleased with unit 111. My wife's (large) family has been vacationing on Amelia Island for quite a few years and at this particular complex for the last 3 years. We made some 3 bedroom reservations with another source at first of year and needed a 3rd unit on the first floor to satisfy the needs of my in-laws. This was a great find on VRBO. Competitively priced with the other units we already had and the perfect location for elderly guests as well as the convenience of a patio with easy access to the grill area and pool. One issue we've had with this particular complex is the daily chore of hauling beach gear for 6 families from higher floors, down the elevators (annoyingly slow elevators) and to the sand. This unit location gave us a convenient place to store things without crossing the property manager. The unit itself was great...I didn't stay in it myself, but my family that did had no complaints and we all spent plenty of time in and out of all the units we rented. We will definitely look at this unit again for next year's trip.

We had a wonderful stay at Amelia by the Sea. The condo was exactly as described and Norah's detailed instructions made the check in process a breeze. Whether it was starting the morning with coffee out on the patio and enjoying the beautiful view, sitting with our feet in the sand, lounging by the pool, or fishing from the pier, every part of our vacation was just what we needed to relax and recharge. Added bonus was that the condo was equipped for all of those activities, from beach chairs and umbrellas to fishing poles. We can't wait to return next year!

This condo has everything you need. Great location, safe complex and well equipped kitchen. I would definitely stay here again. Golf close and restaurant across the street is good option. Steps from the beach and has private fishing pier.

This property was exactly as listed! Kitchen was complete with everything you would need and entire condo was so clean and comfortable. Appreciated having access to everything needed to take to the beach (Chairs, Umbrella, Wagon, Cooler, etc.). Norah was by far the best host I've ever dealt with. She made the entire check in and out process easy. Definitely a condo we would love to stay at again in the future!
