This property is located just minutes away from Niagara Falls State Park and other places to hike and enjoy the outdoors. The fenced in backyard and gated front porch were perfect for our little dog. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Neighborhood was very quiet. Grocery store was close by. Owners were wonderful to work with. Would stay again!

Great place to stay, convenient to the falls & plenty of places to get good food. House is bigger than it looks in the photo. I always appreciate owners who allow dogs, & the fenced yard is a real bonus. Future potential renters should be aware, though, that while the back yard is fenced, the fence is not really secure so I wouldn’t recommend leaving your dog out there unsupervised.

We had a comfortable stay. The house is well maintained and clean. The kitchen well equipped. Comfortable beds. Nice rec room with large screen tv in basement. The fenced in yard is tiny but served it’s purpose for our dog. The owner is very nice and immediately responded to a minor plumbing issue. The neighborhood looks to have seen years of neglect but clearly efforts are being made to rehabilitate it. Many houses are being remodeled. It was quiet and we felt perfectly safe. We recommend the property and would not hesitate to rent it again.

Comfortable and relaxing. Very close to the falls and good places to eat. You must try The Craft Kitchen and Bar if you want to have a good time. Only draw back is the front door entrance to the living room has a big drop to the floor. Be aware and careful if you enter and it is dark, and the lamps are turned off. There is a light switch on the wall that turns on the lamps but if someone turns the lamps off at the lamp switch, the wall switch will not work so you cannot enter with any lights. This happened to us on our very first night when we got there. Yes it was a big surprise. But other than that it fit our needs perfectly the neighborhood looks a little skeptical , but it was quiet and clean.

This house was a great location for us. It was well furnished and very clean. The neighborhood was quiet. The property manager was very responsive so that communication was easy. I would stay there again if I ever venture visit Niagara Falls again.

Our stay in the home was as advertised, even a little better. Everything was clean, well furnished, nicely decorated for that “homey feeling “. It was in a great location. It really was close to the Falls. Joe and Kathleen were so easy to work with. I would stay there again!

The house was immaculate. Everything we needed was provided. Great location for visiting the falls. Mrs. Campbell was quick to respond to all communications, She even recommended an excellent restaurant that was convenient to the property. We've recommended the property to other family members.

This home was exactly as described. A very tidy and comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood located within minutes to the Niagara Falls State Park. Kathleen was very helpful and communicates swiftly. The home is cozy and very much lives up to the photos. If you’re looking for a quiet place away from all the hubbub and tourists to relax, then this is your place!

Our stay here was amazing! This little house was super clean, comfy, and had all that we needed! The owners responded quickly and were very nice! I would definitely recommend this property if seeing Niagara Falls; as it is super close. My kids had a great time and felt very comfortable here. Don't hesitate!

Three of us were meeting for a 2 day "Girls Weekend" in Niagara Falls. This little house was perfect. We had a kitchen, bedrooms and bath. A porch to sit on and chat. It's very close to the falls. We had a good time!

The house was adorable the home had a washer and dryer on site. Everything was in working order and clean! Mid century mid kitchen is adorable. The street is quiet but the overall feel of Niagara Falls in America is pretty run down. I’m sad for the despair I saw around us. I would recommend this property if you’re staying on the American side of the falls.

The house was just what we needed for our short family trip to Niagara Falls. We were just a short drive from the state park and bridge to Ontario. The house is dated, but comfortable. The town is very economically depressed, boarded up houses and businesses, but Lewiston, a nearby town, is lovely. Visit Michael's for Italian food and the 24 hour donut shop for snacks and subs. The vrbo hosts are fantastic and will have additional recommendations for you. Super responsive and friendly!
