We had a wonderful weekend in Newport thanks to the most gracious hostess, Deb. She took great care, and making sure we were warm and comfortable. She thought of little details that meant a lot. We appreciated her recommending places to eat and visit. She went above and beyond. We will be back.

I had a fantastic experience staying at Deb's VRBO in Rhode Island. As a solo traveler seeking some much-needed relaxation, this cozy space was exactly what I needed. The two bedrooms provided ample room, and Deb's attention to detail was impressive. The place was immaculate, and she even had coffee and creamer ready for me. The best part? Both bedroom windows offered stunning ocean views.
Situated in a charming neighborhood right next to Easton Beach, I could reach it in just a few minutes' walk. The quick and easy 2-minute drive to Newport allowed me to explore the city's numerous restaurants and shops, including The Nitro Bar on Thames Street, where I highly recommend trying the coffee and blueberry pancakes. Additionally, there's a delightful restaurant in Middletown called Anthony's, where I savored their delicious "stuffies" and other mouthwatering dishes.
I also managed a day trip to Boston during my stay, and the location made it a breeze, taking just over an hour. I do want to mention that if you have mobility issues, the steep flight of stairs leading to the room might pose a challenge. However, if stairs aren't a concern, the central location and attentive host, Deb, who provided me with a wealth of recommendations and truly cared about my experience, make this place a gem. Thank you, Deb, for making my stay so memorable! I hope to be back again.

Deborah was the most incredible hostess I have ever had at any vacation rental! She made sure we had everything we needed ++! Provided local recommendations on food, sightseeing and provided the best local knowledge. The accommodations are exactly as described, and I thoroughly enjoyed the short walk to the private beach with coffee in hand every morning. We will be returning to this exact place again! Thank you!

My daughter and I spent three wonderful nights at this lovely spot for a beach getaway! The third floor apartment was quiet, beautifully decorated, roomy, very comfortable and CLEAN. We each had our own room & cable TV., plenty of space for our luggage and comfortable bed. There was a kitchenette area with coffee pot and coffee, tea kettle and tea, mini refrigerator and microwave. Deborah even had ice ready for us as well as chilled bottles of water. Everything we needed was provided. Beach chairs, boogie boards and beach towels were also included. We enjoyed the outside shower as well.
The host greeted us upon arrival and even invited us to stay a little longer on the day of checkout since we didn't have the best weather.
We love that everything was within walking distance! We parked the car upon arrival and walked everywhere! We walked to two local beaches, restaurants, an ice cream shop and convenience store. The beaches had beautiful soft gray sand, waves to bob in or ride, and the water was warm! Flo's, Atlantic Grill and Clementine's where our favorite places to eat!
After reading several reviews, I was concerned about the stairs leading to this third floor apartment. I am an overweight middle-aged woman. The stairs were easy to navigate! They are inside, carpeted and we're wide enough for me to carry up my luggage.
This was exactly what we were looking for! We would definitely stay again when coming back to this area.

Had a nice stay with all the basic necessities needed for a beach getaway and a chance to explore Newport. Communication was excellent, the house is in a quiet little cul de sac of sorts and it was what we needed. Thank you Deborah!

This was the perfect place for our stay. The location is close to bars and restaurants. And very close to downtown Newport. It’s perfect for those who will be in and out a lot since you have your own entrance. It was clean and when I texted a question I received an answer almost immediately. I would stay here again.

The house is in a very quiet neighborhood withing walking distance of restaurants and shops. The bedrooms had water views of Narragansett Bay. The attic apartment space was small but cute, well appointed, and clean; we didn't need anything more than the little kitchenette that was there. We met Deb when we arrived and she was very nice. But the STAIRS - wow. I didn't remember reading about those in the reviews ahead of time (though my friend did) and don't remember if they were mentioned in the venue description. There are A LOT of stairs, they are STEEP and NARROW and very tricky to navigate in heels or with luggage. The stairs are why I took a star off.

The property is very cute and in a quiet neighborhood. It is not as close to downtown as we thought (definitely not walkable). The place is on the third floor of a house. Some of the light bulbs were wonky --- in one bedroom the lamps flickered when they were on. Another bulb was dead. Changed that one but could only find one spare. The kitchen area was well equipped, and the bathroom was very spacious.

My dad and I spent a chilly Presidents' Day weekend at this clean, cute apartment, and we loved it. The space is small but cleverly laid-out, and we had everything we needed for a few peaceful days. We particularly loved the location - it put us a few mins away from Sachuset Point Natl Wildlife Refuge (our favorite part of our stay), great beaches, the mansions, and downtown. In the summer, it would be so easy to walk or drive to great swim spots.
The apartment was quiet and cozy, the neighborhood was nice, and Deborah was extremely responsive and kind. We would absolutely stay again, and we loved being in a new area of Newport!

Wonderful place to stay, well appointed, quite yet close to the beach (can hear the waves crash on the rocks by the beach), restaurants, and small stores. Felt safe walking around the area. It is on the 3rd floor which was fine for us but if you have stair issues you would not want to stay here. I will definitely re-book and stay here again.

Very clean apartment in an awesome house in a really lively neighborhood. Deb was very helpful and super responsive. She left us a bunch of waters in the fridge and creamer for our milk. There were a ton of towels left for us, both bath and beach. She even let us use some beach chairs for the weekend! Would highly recommmend!!

I can’t say enough good thing’s about our stay! Deb was a fantastic host – very flexible about our arrival and departure times, super responsive to my questions, and offered up SO much helpful information.
We were in town for a wedding at the Newport Beach House and the apartment was literally in walking distance, which was fantastic. It was also an easy walk to Atlantic Grille for breakfast, Flo’s Clam Shack for lunch, and to the beach. We walked to the beach in the mornings to drink our coffee and look at the ocean. Beach chairs and beach towels were available for the beach, which was great.
The apartment itself was lovely. The pictures really don’t do it justice. It was so nicely decorated and comfortable. It’s up two narrow flights of stairs so wouldn’t be great for people with mobility issues, but was not an issue at all for us. There was a table and chairs with an umbrella outside for our use – unfortunately it was insanely hot while we where there so we didn’t take advantage of it, but it would be a lovely place for coffee in the morning or wine in the afternoon.
All in all, it was a great stay and we definitely hope to be back one day!

Convenient clean stay
The apartment was very clean and we were provided many towels. Deborah, our host, was easily accessible. The property was conveniently located— walking distance to beach and cliff walk. The mansions, wharf and ocean drive within 2 miles!! She also provided beach chairs and beach towels! We had a great stay and had so much fun!!!

Wonderful Stay
We'd stay again! The apartment is quiet, clean, comfortable, pretty & more. Deborah stocked the frig with cold water. We stayed in summer & the space was nice & cool. We had the utmost privacy. It was in a very safe neighborhood. We could see a piece of the ocean from our bedroom windows. The walk to the beach is only 2 mins. Deborah went above & beyond in her communication with us. She even texted day of to invite us to arrive early.

This Vrbo is an example of why I don’t use hotels anymore. It had everything we needed and more. It was quiet, spacious and the perfect location. More towels than we needed for beach and bath, fridge, microwave, coffee supplies, glasses and wine opener. Also there were full length mirrors and tvs in both bedrooms. Also fans in every room including the bathroom!!! Not that we needed them b/c the air conditioning worked great but I like to sleep with one ☺️. Can’t find this in a hotel room that is double the price if not more. Was walkable to first beach but we went to second beach which was the nicest beach I’ve been to in RI. Communication with the host was great! Would stay here again and again .

The best stay!
Was so happy with our stay here. The check in process was smooth & easy. Contactless entry & the host was so kind and responsive. The space itself was so pretty & felt so clean. The bathroom was spacious and felt sanitized when we came in. Both rooms had nice full length mirrors to help with getting ready. She also has an outdoor shower and beach chairs which she offered us to use. We would love to stay again soon!

Myself and my best friend stayed here for a bachelorette weekend in Newport! This apartment was exactly what we needed, close to the beach and a few restaurants and a very quick drive to downtown Newport. We had a lovely time there!
