Located in Michigan, this attractive lodge for $360 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Welcome to Northern Comfort located in Atlanta MI. ! This beautiful 4200 sq. ft.. 7 bedroom and 4 full baths in a lodge setting with wrap around porch, with 3 acres is sure to appeal to all. Perfect for groups, or multi- families to stay comfortably. Add on side by side rental during your stay Offering a complete adult game room with spacious sitting area, wet bar, pool table, electronic professional dart board, poker table, 60 LCD TV with dish network and a surround sound with Bluetooth connectivity. Kids game room in basement with air hockey table, card table, tv for gaming councils, and a pacman multi game. Fully stocked kitchen, (not food) dining room, game room, living room, all located on main floor, with the 4 bedrooms located on 2nd floor, and 3 bedrooms located in the finished basement with emergency escape lights, along with a large capacity washer and dryer located in basement. Propane and charcoal kettle grill available for use with utensils on the back deck. Tiki bar with outdoor lighting with bonfire area. For bigger groups we have 4 smaller cabins adjoining the property are available for separate bookings (cabins at northern comfort #1#2#3#4) Whether your looking for extreme sports or just want to wind down and relax in this tranquil setting. This home and town have it all within 2 minutes from town. Area amenities: ATV, ORV, Snowmobile preferred route runs the road in front of lodge. Hundreds of miles of interconnecting ORV trails reaching town to town. Many roads open to ORV use! Garland golf course (Lewiston) is 20 min away Mackinaw city is 80 min away Tree top ski resort 30 min away (Gaylord) Canoe or Kayak down the thunder bay river. 1000's of acres state land surrounding the area. Many small lakes close by Local fishing pier with boat launch 1 min away Clear Lake state park has a beautiful beach and is 12 min away Hiking, fishing, hunting , elk viewing, bird watching. We were staying in the area as we were volunteering at Sno Drift and were also looking to have a couple ski days. The home was perfect for what we needed. We had a great amount of space, the property was quiet and beautiful, the home was well taken care of. Would stay again.

Highly, highly recommend this place!!
This place was perfect for our family of 8 adults & 1 child. The kitchen was big enough to cook meals, the bedrooms more than accommodated our needs, plenty of restrooms/ showers, we utilized both game rooms and in the middle of the worst snow storm we were plowed out in a timely manner.
The host took care of us, communication was great, and he anticipated our needs before it became an issue.
It was an unanimous vote that we want to make this place our yearly vacation spot!!

We stayed at this property to celebrate a family Christmas with all the aunts, uncles and cousins. The space was big enough to give everyone some space and the gathering spots were a perfect size, large enough to hold everyone. We played a ton of games and had a ton of laughs. We definitely would consider staying here again! The only thing we would change is more lighting in the kitchen.😊

Comfortable, great space for a group without feeling crowded. Close to town. Great for anyone that enjoys being away from the maddening crowd and do outdoor activities. The host one of the best to work with.

This was the perfect place to stay for our family get together. We were married offsite and then had a family bbq at this house afterwards. The space, yard, grills, bar and games, covered wrap around porch, gazebo and conveniently placed cabins outback made it all perfect. 10/10 would recommend and rent again!

Our group of 10 chose this place because of its proximity to the ORV trail system. It did not disappoint! The rec room/bar area was plenty big enough for us to enjoy and play pool, cards and darts. It does not have central air but the window air conditioning units kept the main floor and upper floor rooms very comfortable. The basement however was almost too warm.
The outdoor area is very large-and beautiful at night. We all agreed that we’d rent it again if we were back in that area.

We had an amazing weekend with our family in the cabin. It was a beautiful place for our small backyard wedding ceremony in front of the gazebo. Plenty of room for reception space and the fire pit with string lights and bar was the perfect night time spot. The owner is extremely accommodating and helpful. We hope to make this a yearly tradition!

This is our 2nd time renting this home and we will be back again. It is the perfect home for large groups and is in a nice quiet location with lots of privacy. No shortage of activities to do indoors if it rains and lots of room outdoors for yard games, bonfires and parking.

Awesome place with plenty of room, lots of toys, all the accoutrements and a great location! Requested grass cutting and it happened next day. Requested 4-seater side by side and my daughter’s family had a ball. So very peaceful and relaxing— much needed! Bonfires every night- a true getaway ❤️ highly recommend!

This woodsy cabin was perfect for our family celebrating mom's 90th birthday. The house was clean, spacious, beautifully appointed with outdoorsy accessories and provided everything we needed for food preparation, entertainment and comfort. Robert was a fantastic host/owner: prompt and thorough communications, kind and friendly. I highly recommend this property and if you need something smaller, see Rob's other offerings just coming available, they are beautiful.

Listing was even better than expected! Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space while still being together. Game room was a great touch. Highly recommended for larger groups that are looking for that up north cabin feel. Would rent again if the opportunity allows. Curling at Lewiston Curling Club was a great experience and a recommendation for all ages.

This was our first stay at this cabin and it did not disappoint. Very clean and enough room for everyone to stay comfortably. The game room kept the kids entertained for hours. The hosts even left the Christmas tree light upon our arrival which was so welcoming. We will definitely rent again.

This house was perfect for our family holiday trip. It was our 4 daughters, their spouses and 4 grandchildren and we still had extra space. Our first family holiday trip was a success. This house had everything. Lots of space, plenty of bedrooms, extra blankets, lots of towels, extra supplies in the bathrooms, he even had a decorated Christmas tree. My grandson was obsessed with playing air hockey all weekend. We all wanted to stay longer. This house would be perfect for both winter or summer trips. The town has a couple of good pub/bars and you have to check out the local grocery store Freddies. HIGHLY recommend.

This was our third time renting this cabin. It never disappoints! Plenty of beds and space for everyone. I always love the amount of things there are to do there from air hockey to pool to a calming bonfire at night. This year we timed it just right and the fall colors were absolutely stunning. We also got to meet the property owner and I can’t say enough good things about him. He was very professional and so easy to converse with. I am very much looking forward to renting this cabin again!

Me, my husband, my sisters, my brother in law’s and my mother all enjoyed our stay. The host, Robert thought of everything. The lodge is gorgeous with tons of room. The dart board, pool table, poker table, Ms. Pac-Man, Corn hole game, fire pit, huge covered porch, covered propane grill , etc..kept us busy on the rainy days and evenings. If you are bored, it’d be your own darn fault. Lots to do and see locally. Absolutely beautiful area. We’ll keep this VRBO in mind in the future.

We had a pretty good size group stay the weekend for Labor Day and there was plenty of room. The accommodations were GREAT! Property was plenty big for parking and yard games. The deck was perfect for grilling and relaxing. We will definitely book again!

Family weekend Getaway to the Mackinac area. There was 9 of us altogether-6 adults a teenager & a 6 year old. It was a beautiful home in a quiet surrounding with more than enough room & games to keep everyone busy, and all of the amenities., Everyone Really enjoyed the stay.

This property was excellent for our family of 14! Having 7 bedrooms allowed us to spread out. Our family especially enjoyed the upstairs rec room and the back yard of the property. We used the 3 sided porch every day and had lots of laughter and fun. We brought badminton for the backyard and other yard games to enjoy the large backyard. Our family ranges in age from 68 to 2 months! The kitchen was well equipped and sufficient for our needs. The bedrooms were comfortable and we used the main bedroom large tub for the kids who really enjoyed it. Clear lake is a 12 minute drive and the beach and lake were where we spent the majority of our days. We enjoyed a couple meals out at Chatters and highly recommend them!
A few suggestions for other families staying here. All of the upstairs rooms have sky lights and thin window coverings so you may want to use the black trash bag and painters tape hack to darken the lower windows. The basement bedrooms are loud when people walk upstairs, so bringing a sound machine was helpful. Buy groceries at a major store before coming to Atlanta as the grocery store is more like a mom and pop store with the basics but not all the things if you are planning to eat the majority of your meals at the house. The gazebo would need to have the floor cleaned before using it as the bats have been leaving their droppings behind.
Overall, we loved this property and our family made many wonderful memories!

In the words of my Grandkids "this was the best vacation Papa.. we love this house" The property had everything we needed for the entire family! Plenty of room, game rooms, games for the kids, beautiful yard, porch, fire pit! We had everything we needed and we hope to book again next year! Would highly recommend this location if your looking to get away and spend some quality time with the family. Very clean and well maintained property, thanks to the owner!

This place is gorgeous
The property is gorgeous and very well kept up. Everything you need is there and it is so thoughtfully laid out with an air conditioner in each room, bathrooms fans and two game rooms so people can do different things. It has a grill, outdoor eating area and a nice fire pit. My favorite part was the jacuzzi in the master bedroom but really everything was perfect. It also has great wifi which is amazing in this rural location.

Extended Family Vacation
We had 3 generations (12 people) vacationing together at this property. The house, grounds and amenities were exactly as expected. There was plenty of room for us to be together, as well as places to spend time separately if we wished. The owner was quick to respond to inquiries. We enjoyed the games and fire pit. All in all, a great way to connect with family.

Our family of 17 people from ages 65 to 11 month had plenty of room and plenty of fun! This cabin provided plenty of spotlessly clean, well stocked, comfortable space. The two game rooms, big yard, firepit, gave us hours of fun and we would love to stay again. We'd really like to keep it our secret so we are always sure of availability for us!

This home was beautiful and spacious. 13 adults over 60 stayed 4 days, beds enough for 5 couples and 3 singles. Lots of games to play, seating inside and out, plenty of room for food and beverages. Host was excellent at attending to our needs. Please note: bedrooms are on the upper floor and basement, none on main floor which was a little challenging.
