About this resort
Located in Hungry Horse, this charming resort for $210 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Clean and comfortable! Located just 11 miles to the entrance of West Glacier National Park, 16 miles to Whitefish Mountain and 23 miles to Kalispell. Unit #11 is a studio style fourplex cabin, it has 2 king size beds, a full kitchen, and full bath. It is part of a 4 unit side by side set of cabins located at Beargrass Lodging & RV Resort. We provide pantry essentials of salt/pepper, cooking spray, foil, plastic wrap and coffee filters. Two packets of coffee and small assortment of teas in your cabin. Complimentary coffee/tea provided daily in office/gift store. Enjoy our outdoor heated swimming pool (July 1 - Sept. 15), cozy up each evening at our communal fire pit, or BBQ your dinner at one of our 2 communal provided BBQs! We have a gift shop with Made in Montana gifts, souvenirs and snacks. There is also onsite coin operated laundry if needed. We DO NOT provide daily maid service. We DO promise to launder all linen, including your duvet cover and blankets between EACH and EVERY guest. We are happy to replace towels and linen upon request for longer stays of 4+ nights. Room was so clean. Comfortable (but creaky) beds. Able to rent bear spray. Only 15 min from columbia falls and also the west glacier entrance. Loved this cabin!!,

The Beargrass property was conveniently located and well-maintained. Duane and Donna were friendly and helpful…checking in and out was a breeze; and they were able to help with ‘extras’ (bear spray, a small cooler). Overall a very nice place to stay, and a great week in Glacier.

Our accommodations were very clean and the kitchen was nicely stocked for simple meals. Conveniently located just 11 miles from the West Glacier entrance to Glacier National Park. Friendly staff and laundry available too! Great place to stay!

We made Hungry Horse our West Glacier base. We did drive back and forth to the West Glacier entrance but the short distance was covered in less than 20 minutes. Accommodation location and room was perfect for two seniors; we walked from one end of town to the other and enjoyed supporting local businesses along the way. Staying at Bear Grass Resort is an excellent choice for all ages and interests.

Super close to park. Clean. Easy check in. Comfortable. Having laundry available was super helpful. Check in staff was super helpful and had great tips. Can’t get much closer to Glacier unless you are inside the park. Thank you for a great stay!!!

We were so impressed by the functionality and cleanliness of this property. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. We loved that it was so close to Glacier’s west entrance.

Very nice and clean place. Only complaint is the beds in our room were very noisy. Anytime anyone moved on them they creaked. With the kids moving all night we did not get much sleep.

The room was very lovely, but built for a tall person. Roomy with everything you need! Nice to have a full kitchen & so close to Glacier National Park. Also easy check-in & great information in the room of things to do, visit & places to eat.

This was the perfect place to stay for Glacier! Convenient to the west entrance and close to Whitefish too. The owners were fantastic, the place was so clean and it felt like a little community of cabins. Loved it!

We stayed at Beargrass on our visit to Glacier National Park. Very pleased with our stay. Our unit was clean and came with everything we needed. The WiFi didn’t work very well, but we were in Montana to get away from everything, so that didn’t matter much in the end. Overall a nice and affordable place to stay if you’re visiting GNP.

Last minute booking for 4th of July weekend. Stayed in cabin #11. Clean, b price was great, and just 10 min from the entrance to West Glacier. Owners/managers are great. Would stay here again.
