The upstairs loft overlooks the great room and offers an additional space to lay back and relax! The cabin includes a dining room that seats six and a country kitchen, both rooms overlooking the rushing creek and equipped with full-size appliances, including a gas stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Enjoy the 40’ concrete patio to the side of the home overlooking the ½ acre lawn and creek! Perfect for entertaining with a wood-burning outdoor fireplace and gas grill. This cabin will make you feel like you have disconnected but is conveniently close to all amenities, major roadways, and shopping. Information on nearby attractions, restaurants, and shopping is available at the home. The cabin is steps away from the Bushkill Creek where you can swim, tube (some tubes are available for house guests), fish in the trout-stocked creek, hike or take a stroll and enjoy the beauty of nature. Included in your booking are fresh bed linens, dishes, cookware, and one tank of propane gas (seasonally). Guests must provide their own bottled drinking water - the home is equipped with a well water system. This cabin is so beautiful and very well equipped. We had a very relaxing time. We loved waking up with the view and peaceful sound of the river. Upon our arrival, everything was very clean and ready for us. We had an amazing time. Thank you Vanessa :)

Was a very peaceful weekend by the river! Ceilings are low fyi if you have tall friends they whine about it lol. Loved the cabin it's rustic but clean. River was so relaxing!

We really had a nice, relaxing stay. My wife and I were able to take nice walks with our dogs around the many trails close to this cabin. Communication was great from the property owner. We would stay again!

We stayed at this quaint, cozy cabin for 4 days. The stream in front was such an amazing view! The cabin was very nice offering comfy sofas and large screen smart tv. We could have used more lighting but I know they added what they could to an old log house. Having laundry facilities available was very nice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The cabin is beautiful and charming with a cozy feel. The views of the water and property are just amazing. We had a great time with our pups walking in nature the street is nice and quiet. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing getaway. The location is also great and close to plenty of fun activities nearby if you are looking to do more.

I haven't been this relaxed in years. What an amazing, charming and cozy spot this is! Great for family or a few couples! Wifi was excellent (and i work for a major wifi company) place was 100% as advertised. The dogs loved it as much as we did. As others said, it truly feels like you're staying at a dear friends place. Well stocked with everything you need! Vanessa was extremely professional and friendly. We didn't want to leave and can't wait to get back!

The way the property was situated you thought you were the only ones around. And the sound of the running waters set the scene for a relaxing time. My only disappointment was that, although there was a wonderful view when sitting by the fire pit, it was across the road from the house. People would walk past you while you were there, so it lacked some privacy. I just wish that had been disclosed. That being said, the place was very nice.

The cabin is gorgeous. We had an absolutely perfect vacation with a campfire and tubing down the creek. The cabin layout is just right.Kitchen was well-equipped. Would LOVE to stay again!!!!

Unfortunately we were only able to stay a few days due to a family members health emergency, but we enjoyed the peace and quiet. The cabin was perfect with everything you needed. Also being near the water was the best part. It was very relaxing. There was plenty to do for activities and the water park was an extra bonus. My only suggestion is to cut down the holly tree to take advantage of the view on the porch.

Fantastic! This was the best place to unwind and connect with nature. The cabin is amazing and has everything and more that we needed. The location of the cabin is towards the end of a what amounts to a private lane with little to no traffic although we had the opportunity to meet and talk with some people who have a place nearby who were friendly and helpful with learning a bit more about the area. We would love to come back and stay again sometime!

The place was very rustic and so nice to stay. The only issue we ran into was no service and not having wifi information until going into town where we could connect. Other cell service could be different. Was so nice to disconnect and relax!!

Everything was just great! Best outfitted kitchen we have ever had! Suggestion: Expensive, we know. The house should be totally rewired with at least a 250 Amp box. These days small unobtrusive conduit can be run throughout the cabin without having to put the new wiring through walls. Instructions for the TVs would be very helpful, especially how one gets around in ROKU. Not everyone knows how this system works. We found that sometimes the left and right buttons did not move in the search function and once you searched for something, how to execute it.

This cabin was the perfect getaway for our family. The property was clean, spacious, and better than the listing shows. The owner was very nice and everything went smooth. I would recommend this cabin to anyone looking for the perfect setting to relax and we will certainly be back.

We spent three night here with two other couples. Check in was easy. The home was very clean (except could have used some dusting) and had everything we needed (sheets on the beds, hand soap, dish towels, soap for dishwasher and laundry, spices, oil, aluminum foil, nice selection of pots, pans and other dishes....). Beds were comfortable, water pressure was great, hot water was hot. We loved the cabin! It was just as pictured, warm and unique with unique touches. Also, super location; good privacy and the stream was SO relaxing. It was not warm enough for us to use and of the water toys but I'm sure they are fun. We loved our stay and highly recommend. Do ask for the WIFI information prior to going- I did not see it anywhere in the cabin and otherwise you may not have connection.

Something that didn't come through in other reviews was the location. Each night we built a fire by the creek. In the mornings we would have our coffee there. Coming from the city it was nice to be in a place where the loudest noises were the birds talking to one another. As other reviewers have noted. Vanessa was very responsive.

Vanessa does an outstanding job managing this property. This is my third time staying and I continue to love the property; the cabin, the Bush Kill, the land, and mountains. And my Blue Healer loves running around. We even saw deer in the yard. I'm going to stay again later in the winter and enjoy the fireplace :-)

The property was great. Very rustic house, and the Host Vanessa was great. Th only negative i have to say, and its a small one, is that there were no instructions to operate the tv's. All the members of are group were 60 and over and not very tech savy, but we did figure them out, and that is not the reason we came anyway...

Wife and I spent a week at this property and had a great time. The pictures don't do the house or location justice. The beds and furniture were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for meals. There were games and smart TVs for rainy days. The best parts of the property are the view / access to the creek, and being at the end of the road. We're over 50 but couldn't resist putting on our water shoes to explore and splash around. We saw less than a handful of people on the road the entire week. It's well off the beaten path, taking 20 minutes to get to Rt. 209. There's loads to do in the area especially if you're the outdoorsy type. Communication with Vanessa was excellent when we had an issue with the washer.

Absolutely had an amazing time. The creek was right across from the property, and I enjoyed my coffee and the sounds of the water each morning. Nothing but birds singing and the sound of the creek. The cabin was beautiful inside and had everything we needed. The back porch was wonderful to sit outside to eat and enjoy conversations with my family. The property manager was amazing and helped us when we had questions or issues. Would definitely stay here again!

We did not want to leave. Extremely peaceful. Looked forward each morning to coffee on the porch and barbecues at night. Fun swimming in creek 5ft deep in area at the end of the road. Playhouse and waterpark were a hit in the immediate area. TV worked great. Charming woodsy interior. I never slept better. This is a keeper.

My husband & i with our two 20-something kids & dog had a wonderful, relaxing week. The house was unique (for us) and very comfortable and clean. Rustic charm, but modern conveniences. Access to the creek was a treat for all & there was plenty to go see & do nearby, if you choose to. I would love to go back!
