We have stayed at fhe Landing about four times. Each unit has been very clean and nice will be back next year.

My wife and I stayed with our two sons (5 and 2) for the week. We arrived to the most beautiful sunset over the lake that I’ve ever seen. The condo was very well appointed, clean, comfortable, and spacious. The TV in the living room was HUGE! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner for our family. Grocery store, restaurants, and gas were very close. Our sons fished off the dock each night. The owner/property manager was very helpful. We had an amazing stay and will definitely be back!

When you walk through the front door there’s a spectacular view of the lake from the glass doors to the balcony. We watched the sun set both nights from the balcony. We’ve already discussed staying again.

Great communication!
We enjoyed our stay in this condo. Property owner very easy to reach, especially when we had issues with the lock on the door. He came right away to fix the problem and it didn't spoil the busy day we had planned.

Nice but noisy
This was a very clean place to stay. Not many extras were provided. I didn’t think to take a hair dryer & there wasn’t one that I could find. I don’t know if we just have bad luck or what, but the upstairs neighbor came in about midnight & was so loud. We could hear footsteps, shower running & toilet flushing. Other than that it was fine.

Wonderful! Great choice
Outstanding value and location! The view of the lake is terrific and just a few feet from the patio. All new flooring, vanities, toilets, etc. Very clean and updated Kitchen. The furnishings were outstanding and the bed was very comfortable. Clean as could be upon arrival and all communications were clear and easy. I would stay here over and over again. There was even a grill to cook on. Just an 8 dollar ride by uber to Oaklawn and 10 dollars to downtown when we were there. Parking was easy with plenty of guest spots in addition to the two spots reserved for the condo itself. Hoping I get it reserved for some weekends at Oaklawn racing for next year. We will definitely be back!

Great Place in a Nice Location
Have stayed in this community several times for both work trips and recreation at different properties and this is as nice or better than any of them. Clean, modern and everything you need. I will be back and this will be on my short list.

Beautiful and spotless condo. We were celebrating our 6th anniversary and enjoyed the gorgeous view and relaxing atmosphere. The condo offered much more than a hotel in our opinion, and exceeded our expectations. The owner definitely has an eye for detail. We would love to stay here again.
