Place was Great. Too much traffic

This was a great home perfect for 4 adults and 4 Bikes. everything was just right and the view of the ocean just amazing.

Condo was what we had hoped for! It was just my husband and I staying for a four day/five night get away. I have family that lives in the area so I have been to the area many times.This was also our first stay at this condo. King bed was comfy but I would have enjoyed updated softer pillows but they were still doable! The condo was very clean and the rocking chair was super comfy! One issue is it is dated so when walking upstairs you hear everything downstairs. We didn’t eat in but did look around the kitchen and found everything we would have needed if we would have cooked. The two patios and furniture was good too to sit and read, the road wasn’t too busy. The upper patio was really nice to sit and watch the ocean. We did not use the inter coastal deck. Loved that we had a one and half garage with washer and dryer. Our rental, Audi Q5 fit perfectly. They have everything you could need for a day at the beach, including a wagon, but be aware you do have to go down stairs to get to the amazing beach! This condo is about a 3-6 minute drive to downtown Flagler but there is so much parking not an issue at all to park and walk around town. There is Publix right over the bridge for groceries too, but the General Dollar has everything but closes at 9 outside of summer. We needed to get ahold of Melanie when we first arrived and she was very quick to respond and never needed her again. Great communication through the whole process. We would be happy to stay again.

This property, I mean home, is just as described except it's hard to describe how really great it is. We filled the supplied wagon with chairs and sunscreen and rolled across the street to our own private beach! We then rolled back across the street and hung out in the sparkling pool. We spent nights on the balcony watching the waves until it was so dark we couldn't see them anymore and then we sat there longer and listened to them! We cooked twice in the prefectly appointed kitchen and the other times we went to the quaint town of Flagler, just minutes down the road, and ate great fresh seafood and met the friendly locals! We only live a little over an hour away and have decided to make this lovely little spot a regular place for our weekend getaways! Melanie the manager was very nice and even checked in on us during our stay!

We had a great time. Awesome location. Cute little beach town. Only thing missing was an umbrella for the beach. We bought one and left for others to enjoy.

The property was in a good location, easy to access and great communication with the property manager. The only feedback I could offer is that the home needs a deep cleaning. There was sand in the downstairs bathroom that had not been swept up and the unit was not very clean. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

Very relaxing condo just across the street from Flagler Beach. It was stocked with lots of beach chairs and beach toys. The only thing it was missing was an umbrella but I’m sure those break a lot. Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed sitting on the back decks to listen to the ocean. During the day the traffic noise can get a little loud. I can’t speak for the kitchen since we only used the fridge for a few things. The house was clean. All in all I’d rent it again if I was in the area.

I had a very positive experience. The condo was clean with all necessary amenities. Close to the beach. I will definitely use vrbo and the Selby group again.

What a gem of a place, right on the beach. A fantastic find. The place was well appointed inside, the bikes were a nice touch. Unfortunately Hurricane Ian made a visit so we had to evacuate to friends. Melanie was fantastic at keeping us informed. Hopefully we will be able to return soon.

Sure felt like home

This is an amazing place to stay in the greatest beach town in Florida. Lots of supplies clean and lovely block of people. Can’t wait to return 😊

We rented for an annual friends’ beach getaway. Beautiful ocean view and it was like being on a private beach! We relaxed at the pool, as well. Nicely decorated and great location. We were able to walk to the restaurants/bars. Would definitely recommend.

Great trip

Myself and my husband were able to check-in earlier than the time of Check-in which made it very convenient to where we had to be for our plans. The location is great if your planning on going to down town Flagler pier or some good local eatery’s close by. The Condo is very pleasant and has a cozy feel. The AC unit is wonderful and working well, nice and cold. The bed is very comfortable for our liking and did not disappoint. We both had a good nights rest while we stayed and woke up revived. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The kitchen also has a dishwasher which makes it a little easier to clean up. Very nice bathrooms as well. The living room is very comfortable and homey feeling and and did I mention that there is a great view of the Ocean!! They also do have a garage in the back which is filled with a few bikes for a small family of three as well as beach chairs and some beach toys for kids. Also, with washer and dryer. There is an outdoor pool which is nice to get in with the hot May weather and cool off and the pool is very low key and pleasant to be in. Overall, we felt very safe with double doors being in the garage which locks as well as the one to the condo door which also locks. Just a few minor detail. When we arrived to the condo we noticed that the upper stairs sliding glass door for the extra security latch didn’t work, however it did lock, so we felt safe. But it is completely broken off the door and my husband tried to fix it the best he could. But it was bent. . We did notify the property management team. Far warning about the beach, please be careful when going out especially if you have little ones. The tide of extremely strong and it’s very Shelly so maybe bring some water shoes for the little ones if you have them. I would love to stay here in the future and I definitely would recommend this condo to my family and friends. We had a great time. Thanks Melanie! We loved this place. Brought my family over after one of the kids tournaments in Orlando during what’s likely the busiest spring break week. This place is right off the beach, had everything we needed, and is in a town we absolutely love. Loved the fact it had beach chairs, toys for the kids, and everything we needed to cook some meals there. But when went out also has great restaurants very close. The beach was not crowded at all, and our family had a great time. Highly recommend! May even do it again next year

Excellent, will come here again

This was an amazing rental! Great views upstairs and downstairs, comfortable, nicely decorated and very clean. Property had everything we could possibly need for a relaxing stay, plus the bonus of a garage. Nice location, with several small nice restaurants close by, and a grocery store fairly close also. Really would rent this again. Thanks for letting us stay!

A very lovely sparkling clean unit with every amenity imaginable for a perfect beach vacation! Plenty of beach towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler, toys and even bikes! The patio and deck offered spectacular views of the sky and sounds of the ocean! We most definitely would love to stay here again!

This condo is perfect. It has everything you need. From a fully equipped kitchen, to bikes and chairs for the beach. And the location is the best part, you can see the ocean from the front porch. Will definetely book again!

It was absolute paradise. The unit is exactly as described and very nicely furnished. It was extremely clean. The view from the master bedroom is beautiful and very relaxing. We had the pool entirely to ourselves. We will definitely be back! 😀

The property was wonderful and the decor was so great. It felt friendly and open. I loved all of the pillows and blankets and cut little things in the condo that made it feel so comfortable. The pots and pans were an upgrade as well. We just loved it!
