Lovely rooms, great hotel

Vito hotel boutique was extremely accommodating, they helped us book private transfer from the airport in Cartagena to the hotel and greeted us at 9pm to check us in. The room was very comfortable and AC was great, the pictures were a very accurate representation of the rooms. They were also very accommodating for the breakfast and check out. Laura and her mom were very kind and we very much appreciated all of their help.

Laura was a great help. The rooftop terrace is awesome.

Laura and her mother run a fabulous hotel in Taganga! Gorgeous property with comfortable, air conditioned rooms. On the night we arrived they escorted us down to the town center to a restaurant they suggested. When it was starting to get late, Laura called the restaurant to have them tell us to get a cab back to ensure our safety. Breakfast each morning is fresh, delicious and varied. They offer a great laundry service for a good price. Held our big bags for us when we took a trip overnight to Tayrona and helped guide us with transport there. Called us a cab to the airport when we departed. Warm, genuine people who really care about what they do! Thank you ladies

Laura is a very friendly person. Making you feel at home. She arranged for delivery food when it was raining too much to go out.

Laura answered in a minute and was so helpful. She and her mom are some of the sweetest people we have met and we really recommend staying with them! The room was clean and comfortable, and the location is great! 3 minutes from the beach, but relatively very quiet (Taganga is a very noisy place). The breakfast was delicious, our stay was very good experience for us. Thank you Laura and Servilla!

The owners were always on site & very helpful with information around the area. They take pride in their business & it shows in their customer service and building maintenance.

The owner of the Hotel is a very kind and friendly person. She was flexible with the acomodations when my kids dropped in, and extremely helpful all time. The view is excellent at the terrace. The lady that made the cooking was also very friendly and made some good pasta and paninis. I just lovedd the stylish yet not snobby art of the hotel. I will come back to this place!

This is not rally a big disadvantage, just for people that are scary. The location of the hotel is a bit away form the center of town and on an offroad road. I NEVER felt threatened there... but just so you know. It is not in a main road.

Laura and her mum are lovely and super helpful. They arranged dinner for us and a taxi. The place is great for a good night sleep, not in the middle of all the noise, like most places. The service is very personal and they even ask you what time do you want your breakfast. The roof top is great to relax, sunset and a good breeze.

The only thing is that most of Tagangas roads are not built, therefore full of stones and sand, this makes it a little hard to walk from the beach up.

Laura and her mother were lovely. I enjoyed the hammock.

The location for me was not good. Walking down to the main street took only a few minutes, walking on uneven dirt and gravel, but returning was terrible because there is always a strong wind in your face and the dirt is blowing everywhere (plus it is uphill for a few blocks). For me, it wasn't convenient to go to the beach and come back to take a shower and go back to dinner. It was suggested that I order delivery, but I prefer to go out. There is no sign with the name of the place to tell you where it was. The only mark to tell you where you were is a yellow wall. Also the first day the dog didn't want to let me in and jumped on me. After that I saw the dog wouldn't hurt me. My reservation was for 5 nights and I did my best to stay 3 nights. Laura knew I was unhappy there and said she understood. When I paid, she charged me for 5 nights and for the "free pickup from the airport"

I loved the hospitality of two wonderful mother and daughter. It truly felt like home

wifi and water kept disconnecting. But, they amended the issue right away!

It's a great place to enjoy a quiet and comfy stay, the staff is very nice and will make you feel welcomed since the first time you step in.
