Renovated Home Near Old Silver Beach
Unser Haus wurde 2012 von Grund auf renoviert und steht für Sie bereit, um Ihren Anzug und Ihre Flip-Flops mitzubringen. Das Haus liegt nur 1,6 km vom Old Silver Beach entfernt an der historischen Route 28A in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Die Außenseite verfügt über einen großen Hof zum Spielen (wir haben viele im Schuppen und einen großen Basketballkorb an der Seite des Hauses) und ein 400 Quadratmeter großes Deck für Ihr Vergnügen. Die Außenterrasse bietet Platz für sechs Personen und es gibt immer noch viel Platz für die Liegestühle. Es gibt einen Holzkohle- und Gasgrill mit Elektrostarter zum Grillen. Im Jahr 2017 haben wir eine Terrasse mit einer Gas-Feuerstelle hinzugefügt. Gleich hinter dem Achterdeck befindet sich eine geräumige Außendusche und ein separater Umkleideraum, in dem Sie nach Ihren Strandtagen aufräumen können.
Im Inneren des Hauses befindet sich ein offener Wohn- und Essbereich. Der Esstisch bietet Platz für bis zu 10 Personen. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten und einen Flachbild-HD-Fernseher mit Kabelanschluss. Wir haben auch einen DVD-Player und viele Filme und kostenloses WiFi. Die brandneue Küche verfügt über eine Mikrowelle, eine Kaffeemaschine, einen Herd, einen Kühlschrank und einen Geschirrspüler. Es kommt auch voll ausgestattet mit allen Töpfen, Pfannen, Geschirr usw., die Sie benötigen, um Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten.
Das Haus hat ein Vollbad und drei Schlafzimmer. Schlafzimmer eins verfügt über ein Twin-Daybed mit ausziehbarem Bett, das aus zwei Einzelbetten bestehen oder zu einem König zusammengestellt werden kann. Schlafzimmer zwei verfügt über Etagenbetten und das Hauptschlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett mit einer brandneuen Memory-Foam-Matratze. Alle Zimmer haben Deckenventilatoren. Alle Betten sind neu. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden gestellt.
Das Haus hat eine große Waschmaschine und Trockner im Erdgeschoss.

Zusätzlich zum Strand sind wir zu Fuß zum Shining Sea Bike Path, der Sie in die Innenstadt von Falmouth und nach Woods Hole bringt. Wir haben einen tollen Naturlehrpfad auf der anderen Straßenseite, perfekt für Nachmittagsspaziergänge. North Falmouth bietet viele großartige Restaurants. Wir sind nur 10 Autominuten von der Innenstadt von Falmouth und 10 Minuten vom Einkaufsviertel Mashpee Common entfernt

The property is located on a quiet street, just a short drive to the beach, downtown Falmouth and the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard.

My family of 6 stayed in the house for a week. We love visitng the Falmout area, and spend lots of time at the nearby beach (huge perk that the beach was only a 3 minute drive from the house). The house was adorable and kid friendly as games and a basketball hoop were available to entertain. I loved the quiet and convenient location. 10/10!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Allison’s home. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed (towels, linens, hairdryer, beach chairs, beach towels, etc.). The location was great, especially being so close to the bike path and Old Silver Beach, and it was within easy driving distance to everything else. Allison was quick to respond to my questions both before and during our stay. The fresh flowers when we arrived were a special added touch. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Perfect North Falmouth Location
Allison's home was just what we were looking for in a vacation home on the Cape. The North Falmouth location just a short drive to Old Silver Beach, where we spent several days. The outdoor shower has both cold and hot-water to suit everyone. The house was well-appointed with all the basics one would need. The 3 bedrooms would suit most small families, though it was just 2 adults during our trip. Would certainly return if we find ourselves visiting the Cape again!

Just right
We loved staying here. The house itself was comfortable and peaceful, and the location was just what we were looking for, with easy access to the bike path (just a 1/4 mile or so on the road to get there), lovely trails and beaches, and convenient and tasty places to bike to for coffee or sandwiches. We were able to have a quiet yet active trip, without too much driving. The bike ride to Wood's Hole and Nobska Lighthouse was a highlight!

Quiet but fun family getaway.
We struggled to find a nice getaway for April vacation during covid. Thankfully we came across Allison's beautiful home. It was a nice, cozy place for our family. While there's not too much to do in the area, we found ways of entertaining ourselves. It wasn't really beach weather, so we didn't get to go, though it's not too far away. We did enjoy mini golf up the street and the kids enjoyed the fire pit, basketball, games and riding their bikes. The only disappointment was we thought there was a trundle bed but it had just been changed to a full. So we were down a bed, we made it work though. All in all though we enjoyed our stay.

A home we loved
Perfect place to unwind. Everything was wonderful, from the deck where we grilled and ate our dinners to a well-stocked kitchen, a great shower, a comfortable mattress, vaulted-ceiling & well-lit living room, and a cozy fire-pit.
The owners responded quickly to any questions we had, and they provided thorough & helpful information about the house itself and the surrounding attractions, of which Old Silver Beach was the undisputed star. We are certainly planning to go back!

Great rental and exactly as described
This house worked out great for my family of two adults and two children (5 and 2 years of age). The kids especially loved the bunk beds. House was clean and tidy. The owners have a great reference booklet of all the relevant and pertinent info for the house and surrounding area. Would highly recommend.

Charming home, great location
Home was adorable, clean, close to all of the spots we wanted to visit in Falmouth, and Allison was readily available and easy to communicate with throughout the booking process. Only negatives were that the ACs were rather noisy, the only comfortable bed was the room with the foam mattress, and one of the two couches had various stains. All in all though, a great value for the area, perfect for two people, and we would absolutely return.

Nice spot, helpful owners
Nice house, reasonably convenient to beach, bike trail. fairly new renovation and well equipped, particularly with kids games, beach toys, etc.
Owners Tim and Allison, were very accommodating. We came and found the cleanliness well below standard but this was presumably due to a shoddy cleaner. the owner was there within the hour and personally attended to most of the cleaning.
while initially concerned were were thoroughly satisfied in the end and would stay there again.

Wonderful, clean,convenient& amazing home owner.
Home owner was amazing. Provided home phone number if needed, which was appreciated we had a slight problem with an appliance totally out of her control & she was immediately on it even though she was out of town at the time. Professional & responsive & I only hope we have opportunity to stay there again. Everything was true to description of property & I would gladly inform anyone I know to take advantage of this property. We were there for our son’s wedding, it was all we had hoped it would be. Location was convenient for us,only wish we had more time to enjoy the fire pit, grill, lay back at the beach-always a next time!

Perfect little house central to where we wanted to go
The house was thoughtfully remodeled. The kids loved the bunk beds and storage baskets in their bedroom. Nice open space in the kitchen/dining/living room areas, made it easier to get the family organized. Easy to get to and close enough to attractions that we were interested in, while still out of the way, to give it a feeling of escape and privacy. Owner communicated well, helping us to relax and enjoy our time on Cape Cod!

Wonderful Getaway!
We were in town for a wedding at the Seacrest Resort and were so excited to find this little Cape getaway so close to the festivities. With another couple meeting us from London this was the perfect place for us to gather, catch up, and not be crammed into a hotel room. We loved the chance to show our friends from abroad around the Cape for their first time and I think this house was the icing on the cake. The owners were very responsive to any of our questions and we will definitely remember this for any future Cape adventures. Thank you!

I rented this property with some friends for a wedding. It was a great location, a couple minute drive to the beach. Very clean, instructions for rental left at the home, and owner was accessible for any needs. I would definitely recommend this property for a rental!

We loved the house. The deck, grill, fire pit and outdoor shower made for a complete vacation stay.
The house and property are great. The trade off is being just far enough away from the beach that you need to drive, but the trade off is worth it. You can walk to the beach (about a mile?) and you can definitely walk to the Shining Sea bike path. The house is on 28a, and close to Rt. 28, for ease of accessing Falmouth.

My wife and I rented the house from July 17 - 24 2016. Overall the house is very nice, clean, and is well maintained. The location of the home is great, it's not to far from Old Silver Beach and is a short drive to downtown Falmouth. Dealing with Allison and Tim was a pleasure. I would recommend this property to others.

Very comfortable modern house in great location
We had a great stay at this lovely house, it's in a great central location for travelling around Cape Cod. It was very comfortable, beautifully decorated house and had everything you could need to make your stay a home from home, sone of the extra special features was the fantastic outdoor grill & deck area including the outdoor shower and baseball hoop.
The house is close to some good local shops and restaurants and a beatific beach with great amenities. The owner was very friendly when we contacted them, offering clear prompt information regarding the property and area around. There was a guide to some local attractions in the house which we used and the advice was very accurate I would definitely recommend this house to anyone considering a holiday in this area.

Vacation 2014
We stayed at the house in August 2014 and we loved the house. The house was super clean and had plenty of space for our 3 kids. The kids loved the bunk beds and all the outdoor games that the owners had. The location was great, next to bike path and a very short drive to our favorite Old Silver beach. We would love to come back to the house again.
