Dieses 3-Schlafzimmer-Haus mit 3 Bädern ist nur wenige Minuten von Angeln, Stränden, Golfplätzen, Restaurants und all den fantastischen Dingen entfernt, die der Lebensstil in Florida zu bieten hat. South Gulf Cove ist eine wirklich schöne, ruhige, gehobene Wohngemeinschaft mit kilometerlangen malerischen Radwegen und einem wunderschönen Park / Picknick-Bereich, den wir zu Fuß erreichen können.

10+ out of 10! Absolutely amazing home, vey responsive hosts and EXTREMELY accommodating given our situation. Very pleasurable experience. Clean home with plenty of amenities, supplies, state of the art utensils and cookware, all the beach equipment, and the list goes on and on. Pool and hot tub are gorgeous. Will definitely rent again. Thank you for everything. We will be recommending our friends and family also!

We liked that there was a dock to fish off of in the back yard. The home was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet. The pool and hot tub were beautiful and clean as well. We used both of them daily. Thanks again for the great stay!

This property was great and very well maintained. The kids enjoyed the pool and the adults the hot tub. The arcade machine was a hit with the adults trying to compete for high score. Hosts were also very responsive. Would highly recommend the property. Thank you Ed and Nancy for opening up your place to us.

You can’t go wrong with this property. It was very well-maintained and stocked with everything we needed. We requested a blower to tidy up the deck and garage area and the owner had Amazon deliver one!
We rented the house for 34 days and enjoyed our winter break. Met several of the neighbors and everyone was inviting and friendly.
The area offers a variety of activities like visiting the beaches, hiking and bike riding. We also enjoyed the spa and swimming pool.
We would definitely book this property again.

There are so many things I can say about this property, but I will try to summarize it in just a few sentences. The home was beautiful and well maintained and provided every amenity we needed for a comfortable getaway. We visited Englewood Beach one day while we were there and it is such a beautiful beach! Other than that, we spent the majority of our time down on the dock and we saw three alligators and multiple sea turtles. We didn’t have much luck fishing, but that didn’t stop us from spending our days on the dock and then taking a quick dip in the pool to cool off. The weather was perfect to enjoy the hot tub in the evening, which we did as well. We would certainly book this rental again in the future!

Property: The house was great, modern and clean. We really appreciated that it was equipped with anything and everything you can possibly need, way more than most vacation rentals. The neighborhood is quiet and great for taking walks. We spent most of our time outside in the hot tub. It was a little chilly for the pool even with it being heated (we were there end of December & Florida was affected by the cold wave the country was having).
Location: You will have to drive everywhere, but the grocery store (Publix) was very close (less than 5 minutes). For the beach, good restaurants, Punta Gorda, fun shopping, was at least 20-30 minutes away.
Last thoughts: Communication was wonderful with the host! As a group of 5 adults, it was plenty big enough and nice that each bedroom kind of had its own bathroom. We had a wonderful time during the holidays at this property and would recommend if you are looking for a place away from the hustle and bustle.

WE TRULY ENJOYED OUR STAY THERE; WE LOVED OUR VISITOR AT THE CANAL DAYLY. THERE WAS ALL THE EMINITYS THERE FOR OUR STAY FOR COOKING, BEACH AND FISHING GEAR. THE ONLY THING FOR US THAT WAS WE WERE FARTHER AWAY FROM A BEACH THAT WE THOUGHT, AND THIS MADE IT A LITTLE TOUGH FOR THE KIDS BECAUSE THEY DIDNT LIKE THE RIDE, BUT STILL WAS A GREAT PLACE TO STAY.

We had an excellent stay and a very relaxing vacation. It honestly was our best stay. The owners were so nice and went way above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with everything in the home. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and had some memorable cook outs. Very nice and friendly neighborhood. We're looking forward to staying here again!

My husband and I brought our son. He just graduated from high school. This house was perfect for a fishing trip with the canals right behind it. All of the household amenities that were available to us was impressive! Highly recommend this home away from home!

House is very nice and accommodated our party of 6 very well! The pool, hot tub, and dock provided perfect wind down spaces after long days of boating. We vacate to Florida a couple times a year but we’ve never stayed in such a well stocked house! You’ll get the sense of being in your home as you have everything you need. In addition, Eddie goes way above and beyond to accommodate his guests. We will certainly return!

My family and I had an amazing time at Fisherman's Fantasea! The home is beautiful, modern and incredibly clean...upgrades everywhere. The the pool, hot tub, and the dock were just what we needed to sit back and relax! We visited Boca Raton, Siesta Keys, Fort Myers and Punta Gorda, which were also wonderful! Edward is a great host and easy to work with. We highly recommend Fisherman's Fantasea!

fisherman fantasia was awesome. My grandkids were so excited to fish, swim in the pool, and then go to the beach nearby. The home has everything and anything that you may need to vacation with the family. This VRBO owner goes above and beyond to make you feel very comfortable and the home is clean and safe which was so important to us. Thank you Eddie!

This house was beautiful and spotless. The owners were so kinda and responded quickly to any questions that I had. Our kids enjoyed the pool, which was clean and felt amazing! I would rate this property a 10/10 and would recommend it to anyone.

Our stay at the Fisherman's Fantasy was just what the doctor ordered for our entire party! So many conveniences made our trip even more enjoyable (Pool toys, beach accessories, binoculars to keep an eye on the neighborhood crocodile, plenty of seating around the pool, the grill and stocked kitchen, and the convenience of laundry facilities - Extremely helpful with two boys constantly in and out of the pool). Ed (Our Host) was readily available to answer our questions or offer suggestions. We will certainly recommend this VRBO and Ed to our friends and family looking for getaway.

Eddie’s house was amazing! He has everything you need. When I say everything I mean everything…spices.oils .condiments ,paper plates napkins, shampoo.lotion,sun screen, laundry detergent you name it. There are pool toys, fishing poles, bait ,coolers and chairs for the beach. The pool is amazing!!! We have traveled to many places, and this was the best ever! We will be back in the fall and will definitely be staying here.

This is a wonderful vacation home. It has all the amenities you could want even a visiting friendly alligator in the canal. The home is clean, comfortable and Edward was very prompt at answering and solving all enquires. We had a very enjoyable month in the sun enjoying the beach, the pool and the hot tub.

This home had so many special features from technology and special lightening to beach chairs and umbrellas. We ran out of time to use the bicycles. We enjoyed grilling a couple nights and a crock pot meal another night. The toaster oven and coffee pot also came in handy. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck by the canal. We really appreciated that the pool and hot tub had salt water systems. The home is in a nice neighborhood with a park and it is not far from Punta Gorda and many beaches.

Beautiful, extremely clean home on the canal with a full compliment of amenities. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub and a daily visit from a small gator to the dock area. Edward was very friendly and checked in with us via phone to assure we were taken care of. Highly recommend this house and hope to return sometime in the future.

Took our 83 yo parents to see friends. We are from iowa. Our stay was the best. Everything was as described and Edward was prompt and awesome when asking him a question. Recommend this property and we WILL BE BACK!!!!! Thanks for sharing your beautiful house with us.

Our family loved our stay during Christmas. The house is absolutely beautiful, spacious and extremely clean. Everything was very clearly explained and had labels on remotes and even all the light switches had names on what it controlled. The house was equipped with anything and everything you can possibly imagine. We also had an alligator hanging around everyday, he was very fun to watch and always stayed his distance. You can tell that the homeowner; Eddie, went to great lengths to create the most perfect getaway for his guests. All the comforts of a resort created into a home. Looking forward to coming back.

Felt like home. very beautiful & comfortable. All except the cameras that were everywhere except bathroom & bedroom.
My wife would not come out of the bedroom because she was embarrassed by her nighty as to revealing. Would not swim or get in hot tub for same reason. Overall an excellent choice except an F for privacy.

Loved this property!! Everything needed was there. We came into town for a family event and there were six adults that stayed at the property. It was great that each couple had their own bathroom. We had some other family over to visit and the house easily accomodated the six of us and ten others for dinner. We come to the area frequently and have not found any other property that fit our needs so well. Kitchen well stocked - even with spices, etc. that we did not need to go out and buy. Beach chairs available to use, fishing poles, pool toys, etc. I always get nervous when I am the one planning the stay but our other guests loved the house. Thanks so much for everything!!
