I didn't like the hotel because of: 1. Despite giving assurance for early check in during my earlier conversation they forced me to pay ₹500 extra for early check-in which is unacceptable. Already their cost was on the higher side. I would have gone to some other nearby hotels if I was not suffering from fever and was not badly weak. 2. Rate is inclusive of breakfast but in the name of breakfast they are supplying everyday the same plate of cold/dry idli, Vada & sambhar. There is no option to choose from a few. That too they will supply it at their own time. It doesn't matter whether the guest is still sleeping or else. They will keep the plate on your bed like a hospital. 3. The bed was badly carved in. So it was uncomfortable and difficult to get up from it. 4. The housekeeping staff was asking for tips which is a new experience for me.

First impressions are the last impression. So some good points of the hotel remained unseen . I felt I was duped. I advise other booking.com customers to avoid Treebo Hotel. The contact number is provided in the confirmation mail is not of the hotel but Treebo which is IVRS . So you can not connect to the hotel directly. Somehow I managed to collect the hotel's contact number and contacted them several times to confirm my booking and requested for early check-in. Despite assurance they charged me ₹500 extra for 4 hrs early check-in. That too is not included in the invoice they have issued to me.

Need more courteous staff and actual and virtual images presented in the websites should be avoided. Very bad experience not recommended.

Cleanliness. Th single room is enough for a bachelor or solo traveller for an overnight stay. We boarded at 1 am the next night and the check in process was smooth.

The age old elevator my bring some palpitations 😬 and only open road side parking available for 4 wheeler.. on. Busy day u may find stranded to find a slot..

The staff was good and the location. AC and TV were working.fine. The bedsheet and pillows were not clean.

The washroom was a disappointment. Water was not there and wasted 1 hour on room shifting. Flush was not working properly. Jet spray was not good. Overall not worth 2000 rupees.

every thing is awful. I found a cockroach roaming in the room. rooms are rundown and the bed and bathroom linen were smelling.

Great small place, the people were super friendly, the location was ok and the staff was very helpful. there was a small issue but the staff solved it immediately, and fairly clean I have no complaints.

It could be cleaner and the staff could speak better english but I guess that's ok for a place of this price range. Also, pillows are not very comfy, but also, is up to your taste. I really have no major complaints
