The unit is the entire top floor of the resort. Plenty of room for your family. The deck was our favorite place to hangout in the evening. TV was a little tricky to figure out and had issues with WiFi connecting but we hardly used either because we were on the beach or out eating. Resort is in a great location, walking distance to several restaurants, and just steps to the beach. Access door in master that leads right to the beach. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the unit was perfect for our family.

This penthouse condo is even better than the pictures show. A view of the ocean and beach from nearly every room. The biggest balcony and deck space out of anyplace on the beach. The penthouse is the cleanest property I have ever rented in Florida. No ants, nothing. The location is perfect with many good restaurants within walking distance. Beds and pillows are very comfy. Lots of comfortable couches. Just a few minor issues to consider. First, as mentioned in the write up, the third floor condo is accessed by stairs. The stairs are narrow and steep and would be difficult for older folks. Just FYI. The wireless internet really doesn't work consistently. I used my iphone as a personal hotspot for our two weeks at the place. Even when I called to get the internet rebooted, I was tolk in no uncertain terms that the wireless was not good and was bare bones. The very old DVD does not work, and I didn't even try the VHS because, well, who has VHS tapes? I bought a new DVD to use while at the penthouse in the evenings. If you like to cook when on vacation, (like I do), you will find the appliances a little old and tired. Mainly the dishwasher (with missing tray wheels), and the stove (old electric coil cooktop). Still, everything works, the fridge is great, and the washer and dryer located in the unit is wonderful to have. This is a great property, we enjoyed our two weeks at this penthouse. So will you!

While a "classic" low-rise converted motel, the unit is bigger than most condos as it has the entire third floor fronting the beach. Unit has a separate entrance, full front balcony, and a large open sun deck...plus two baths and large rooms. Some of the furniture and decor is dated, but doesn't detract from the size and location of the unit. A truly heated pool for the cool months is a bonus. Will certainly stay again, and have twice so far.

If there was a bad experience, it would be access without an elevayor for elderly and/or handicapped. Otherwise, a GREAT stay and experience!!

We had a great time. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The view from the balcony was wonderful.

To start off, you are paying for location. You are right on the beach, literally. Views are spectacular. Sit on the private deck and enjoy beautiful sunsets. That being said, the condo itself needs some updating. Wifi is non existent. Works in one spot in the kitchen. Way too many wall switches that you can't figure out what they do. Every TV needs 2 remotes to operate. The stairs to get up to the condo can be a hassle when carrying things up or down. AC has a hard time keeping up during the day. Overall I would say we enjoyed our stay, but when paying over $2000 for a week I was expecting a little more.

Everything went smoothly. The condo was more spacious than we expected. Having to climb 3 flights of stairs did pose an inconvenience as my husband and I are seniors. It would be a good idea to let future vacationers know about the stairs.

Spotty WiFi only available in the kitchen. Tape on the floor between tile and carpet transitioning? Holes in the wall where door knob opens in to it. Screws sticking up out of wood on sun deck. Railing on sun deck is unstable. Loose wiring laying on the floor of balcony. Birds living inside the roof of the condo.

Great location, great service....property is older however that adds to the charm! Our plan is to return annually!

We picked this place for it's perfect location and extra room for the family to spread out on our trip and it was just what we were expecting. We had read the reviews, and yes, the property is outdated and need updating. But that being said, that is not why this property met or exceeded our expectations. Plenty of space for the family to be in multiple places and not be in each other's business. The private deck area was awesome for sun tanning without the sand all over you and for watching the beautiful Florida sunsets! The unit had an umbrella, boogie boards, beach toys, chairs, and a sand mat to use which is very helpful. The kitchen set up is a little weird but plenty of counter space. The bedrooms were good size, but the master bath was a little small considering the room was extremely oversized. We had a few minor issues that the company handled very promptly, which is an added bonus. Overall a very good stay as long as you can get past the old fixtures, mismatched paint touch ups that give it an outdated feel. Go for the space, location, and proximity to one of the best beaches out there.

Lots of extra room! Bedrooms, bathrooms laundry, living area, pool and outside area were fantastic. Would only suggest getting some new cooking pans for kitchen. Would love to stay again! Beach wasn’t over crowded during spring break.

Nice private balcony and great views and beach! Could use a little tic- kitchen cupboards a few where half off, minor upkeeping. Otherwise overall it’s a nice place.

Check in time is 3 PM - 5PM. We reached at 4 PM after driving 12 hours and saw the office is closed. keep on calling for 25 Min. but no one picks up the call. Went to a near by office and they were clueless why the office is closed. Got the code from them after a long fight. Very Good, open balcony and deck, we got happy but very next morning we wake up with the loud sound of construction and saw people are working in front of the Window and Balcony. We complained via Email and Phone. Surprisingly they replied me that they don't know about any construction. And the construction didn't stop and it ruined our vacation and new year. My family was so annoyed on me that we had to leave the place before ending the trip.

If there is one negative review and all others are positive I discount the negative review. Big mistake on this property. I don't understand the good reviews on this unit. The unit is very dated with old dirty furniture and rugs that should be thrown away. The dishwasher is broken and the refrigerator has cracked dirty shelves. Don't get me started on the bad lighting and touch-up paint that doesn't match the original. Very disappointed in this property. Now for the positive, the property management company was very responsive to my complaints and tried to find an alternate place for us to stay. Their efforts were appreciated and I would work with the company again. Since it was the week of Christmas there wasn't anything gulf front available. The outdoor sitting areas were also nice with wonderful views.

Picked the unit mostly for the large, uncovered outdoor deck…but the rest of the unit and overall experience were great! The unit was well outfitted and the rooms were huge! Will definitely stay again. Only shortcomings are the lack of counter space in the master bath and the WiFi. Don’t plan to do any heavy work or streaming.

Hard to understand the positive reviews on this place. First of all., There is no office. You call on the phone and get instructions on how to get into condo. The condo has a 10 number code to get into. We had to have it changed three times. A real pain. Two bathrooms 4 rolls of cheap toilet paper for 4 days. Blinds in bedrooms were old and missing slats so no privacy on windows. Old and disgusting. Toilet was running but maintenance did repair. 6 sets of towels for 4 days for four people. One small bar of soap in each bathroom for 4 days. Ceiling fans were filthy. Carpet in bedrooms had duck tape to hold in place. Furniture was very old. The building was ancient and very narrow stair steps. . Ice maker did not work. I did email before visit to make sure coffee maker was working and it was. We paid almost $300 a night . The only good thing was the view . It was so close to water but not sure if that made up for the disappointing stay. Unless you bring everything including towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies and ice you might want to stay away.

The rental was great for us! It was well stocked with beach chairs and umbrellas, as well as beach toys for the kids. We had a small issue the first night but the property manager was fast to act and resolve the problem. The only complaint we had is we couldn't get either of the coffee pots to work - but there is a Dunkin Donuts right across the street! And we never could figure out how to get the TVs to work. But with the evening views, who needs TV? It was a great place to stay and we would use them again if we ever travel back to that beach.

We really enjoyed a staying at this property. The views from the unit were great! The outdoor furniture has also been upgraded from the photos in the listing, and we very much appreciated how nice all of the outside seating and dining areas were. The only downside is that is there is absolutely NO wifi in this unit. Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay.

We have stayed in a couple other places but for the space you get this was the best price. Redington Beach was by far our favorite. We will definitely try and come back here!

We found this property to be very roomy and private. We had 5 in our group and the place could have easy held another couple. If you plan on cooking some, this places has many pots and pans, more than any other we stayed in, also has a slow cooker. Also, had a lot of beach amenities left from other people. Chairs, umbrellas, toys....... we left a cooler. We'll defiantly be back.

Would come back and stay again.
