Very friendly host who arranged early access and provided very helpful advice about what to see in the city. Generously spaced room facing a relatively quiet plaza, but beware of nights on a weekend. Shadowed by large tree. Ideal location for venturing the city as it is right in the heart of Avignon.

There is no air conditioning, contrary to what our confirmation says, just two ventilators. We visited in early June and it was too warm for a good night's sleep. The sofa is completely worn out and uncomfortable for both sitting and lying down. The Wifi is weak. No proper coffee provided, just instant.

Vincent was a great host. First, he met me on bicycle when I got lost a bit and helped to find a way and park my car (too large for old city). Then he showed the options to spend several hours we had to get the best out of Avignon. It helped a lot! Room was really charming and special (huge selection of books on history - Local, France, World)

My son didn't like that there was no TV, but for me it was actually a plus. So nothing.

The location was amazing (+ private parking ) Vincent was also super helpful, flexible with the time of arrival + giving us a lot of suggestions and information for the attractions of the city.

Liked everything. Would maybe suggest you get some brighter lights in the bathroom for those of us who need to apply makeup (no big deal, though!)

Firstly, Vincent was an excellent host. Very friendly, helpful and courteous. The apartment was very characteristic, warm, cosy and relaxing… and very clean! It is conveniently positioned in the heart of Avignon. We shall definitely be returning!!

Owner is a very nice man. Location perfect, secure parking in owners garage. Apartment with real french flavor! Nice window views. We reccomend.

The host was exceptionally generous with his time, advice, maps and help squeezing our car in to his private garage. His knowledge of his town, museums, restaurants etc was much appreciated.

Our host was wonderful. He is very knowledgeable of Avignon and its surroundings and gave us good advice of where to go. The price was good and the location is great! No breakfast included but there are plenty of boulangeries around, so not a problem at all! Would go back!

Our host was amazing. He met us outside the City wall on his bicycle and guided us to his secure parking. He spent a long time suggesting places in the City for us to visit and recommended an excellent restaurant.

Super central location, in a charming old building that retains a lot of old features. Host is kind and helpful and although we stayed just one night, we felt totally at home.

We liked everything, but had we stayed more days and had to use the car, we might have found it strange to have to contact the owner to open the garage each time (but maybe he would’ve given us the key). There’s no negatives, the stay was super good!
