Lovely cottage, very comfortable and plenty of space, beds comfy and kitchen/dining well appointed (we appreciated the tea/coffee, milk and biscuits) and small but cosy outdoor seating/bbq area.

Parking was fine for us but possibly difficult to find exact spot at night.

The cottage is clean and very comfortable. The owners are super helpful and the location is good.

The property was so fresh and clean and had a useful booklet of information.

I couldn’t find anywhere to dry wet beach things, but it’s possible I didn’t look well enough!

Met all needs and expectations.

We parked in the wrong parking bay and inconvenienced a neighbour to whom it belonged. Instructions are provided. But there ar eat least three bays narked No 5 and in the rain and gloom it is easy to get incorrect. We were apparently not the first to park incorrectly maybe a clear sign stating the actual address would be helpful to avoid confusion.

I couldn’t recommend this accommodation highly enough - beautifully decorated & well equipped - a real home from home - very comfortable beds & central to wander around Truro. Private parking round the back for the day trips. The hosts are so lovely & provide really useful local information - also very responsive about any other queries .

Great location for the stay had all the essentials and was very clean and tidy. Liked the modern furnishings and was very cosy.

We had 2 small children and the stairs were a bit steep but the was the style of the build. Parking was available but was very tight for the cat we have.

Excellent location base to nearby beaches and coves, nothing too far. Great location with easy walking distance to town, pubs, restaurants etc. The hosts were very thoughtful and provided welcome groceries on arrival, very nice little touches.

I wouldn't say I didn't like anything really, the only tiny element was how bright the bedroom was... mask definitely needed to sleep, that said a very pretty main bedroom.

Hard to unload the car as the parking space is a bit of a walk, and you didn’t seem to be able to use the rear entrance.

The location is very convenient, very close to the town centre and quiet at the same time.

Despite booking for 3 people only one bed was made on arrival, it took nearly an hour to get the missing bedding delivered to us and making a bed ourselves in someone else’s house for a small child way past its bedtime is not the sort of thing we were looking forward to doing on holiday. Pillows and duvets were extremely poor quality (the polyester filled type) with a duvet cover that was a bit too small for the duvet, so not a success by any accounts. I appreciate some people may have allergies etc but this bedding was very very poor in quality and uncomfortable. WC has a broken flush button and the bathroom sink hot tap had issues as well. Wi-fi was terrible - it’s not a dedicated WiFi but an extension from someone else’s (a neighbour perhaps!?). When we arrived the WiFi was switched off and it took us some time to find it and turn it on, as we were looking for a normal router, not an extension. The TV is absolutely tiny, basically a size of a computer monitor and Netflix on it works very poorly as WiFi is not strong enough, tv programmes get stalled constantly as the download speed is too slow. Sound insulation in the house is very poor - when sleeping in the bedroom upstairs one can hear the whole conversation being held in the living room downstairs (not great for people with kids or light sleepers). The car park is extremely difficult to get into, it’s not as much the size of the parking space as the access to it. The only reason we were able to park is because 2 cars next to us were not there. It’s a shame really as the cottage has a great location but I would not recommend it due to the aforementioned issues.
