The house is beautiful, well appointed and in a beautiful location. I also enjoyed working with Don. He was very accommodating as our plans unexpectedly changed. Would love to come back!

It’s difficult to describe just how incredible this home really is. The house itself is gorgeous, spacious, and set up for entertaining. Everything is well stocked and has everything you could want/need. But the yard and view seals the deal. We spent the majority of our time in the water and enjoying the dock. The Doggetts are wonderful hosts and were accommodating to our last minute requests and questions. We’ll be back!!!

This was our third summer staying at Don’s lake house. We once again had a fun weekend. The house is in great shape, it works well for families, and we noted several upgrades (like new furniture) that had been made since last year. Convenient location, quiet cove, and a great swimming area for kids. Definitely would recommend staying here!

We loved the house and Don was very good at communicating. There is a lot of space. It’s great there is an extra fridge. The Ac works great as it was hot. There is quite a hill to the lake that does not appear that way. The dock is nice however you only have access to one side as it has 2 boats and jet skis on it. So no slip available. If you plan to grill you probably should bring your own grill as the grill is very small and in poor condition. I did report this to Don. Also, the washer could use replacement as well. Overall, very nice home and convenient to boat ramp. A lot of space and quiet cove to kayak. I would stay here again. Very nice place. Thanks for sharing your home.

It was so nice to have a second family room with a pool table for the younger crew. We also enjoyed the fire pit and swing. Fishing from the dock was relaxing, and if we had brought our boat it would have been perfect, the boat ramp was a just a short walk away!

We really enjoyed the quite time here. Be aware that this is way out of town and a drive to most places, very quite and peaceful. Nice place to swim in the lake and read books. One negative is the cell phone service is not available inside the house but can get a weak signal on the deck.

Our family booked a Labor Day weekend at this beautiful home. Don is such a nice guy-easy to work with and very accomodating. The home has everything you need and then some! Don gives you access to his canoes and paddleboards. The beds and linens are nice, the kitchen is stocked, the internet was fine. Plenty of TVs for a nice football weekend. Lake location is quiet and private. Enjoyed the firepit, dock, beach, and huge deck. I highly recommend! Thanks for a great stay, Don!

We had a wonderful weekend at the house. We were in a protected cove and the kids swam all weekend off the dock. It was nice being away from the boat traffic of the main channel. House was well equipped and it was a great time!

Wonderful location to house some extra guests for my annual golf event at the Cliffs at Keowee Falls.

This is our second time staying at this house and it is in such a peaceful cove with all the amenities we needed. The house was clean, comfortable and spacious.

Lower area is a great entertainment area with big TV Pool table. We enjoyed our stay very much. Wish it could’ve been a longer stay. The owner is Very communicative and easy to reach. Would highly recommend the property to anyone considering it.

This was a great place to stay and had a nice garden back yard with a beautiful walk to the water. Located in a calm cove and we were able to park our boat at the homes private dock. The windows and view in the great room was really nice.

We had an Amazing Labor Day weekend. The house sits in a quiet cove and is super relaxing! Don has a book of info about the area if you are interested in exploring. The landscaping and backyard is gorgeous! Enjoyed s’mores by the fire pit. We stayed and enjoyed the lake house for a week without any outings. There is so much to do and see!

We enjoyed our stay immensely! The house is beautiful and the view from the house to the lake and from the lake to the house are amazing. We enjoyed the quiet, peaceful cove and spent tons of time on the dock and enjoyed the swim mat! The rooms and house were nicely appointed and the beds were extremely comfortable. We enjoyed having 3 floors and the extra kitchen as well as the pool table. The only thing missing was more time to stay and enjoy this fantastic home! The owner Don was such a pleasure to work with and was quick to respond to all of our questions. We plan to come back in the future!

We had the BEST time at this gorgeous immaculate home with wonderful landscaping and great location right on beautiful Lake Keowee. We enjoyed swimming in the clear blue waters right off the covered dock with sandy beach, kayaking the peaceful wooded cove and playing pool/ping pong! Close to Keowee Towne Market, Pizza & Deli is a plus! We hope to come back soon!!
