Das Apartment hat eine gute Größe und ist nahezu barrierefrei. Es befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Straßenbahn.

In dem Betonblock staut sich die Hitze. Obwohl es draußen nicht einmal warm war, war es in den Räumen furchtbar heiß, sodass Türe und Fester offen gelassen werden mussten. Möchte man sich dabei vor neugierigen Blick schützen spielt es keine Rolle, ob Tür oder Fenster offen oder geschlossen sind, denn: alles ist aus Glas. Auch die Badtüre, sprich: Fans von Privatsphäre sollten sich ein anderes Zimmer buchen. Ansonsten natürlich eine gute Gelegenheit Freunde und Partner noch besser kennenzulernen.

The attention and diligence of the staff and how clean and practical the room was

The wifi was not the best at our room.

The location is good for transportation, food restaurant searching and supermarket purchasing.

The way in their service. Can't find staff right there in working time (I arrive before 5PM but no one in the room and RING can't reach, when I can't find key no one can help!) and paper note pasted on the door of staff office just giving your service line in emergency case. Besides, phone receiver never know which area your hotel is (you need to tell him which city you are because they have so many hotels in different cities). Any emergency case you call and must transit and transit want to reply later. (even they don't have your booking data info like contacting phone etc).

The only good thing was that the train station was a 5 min walk from the apartment

Upon arrival to the ipartment we found out that our key was not working and were not able to even get inside the building after callin and calling multiple times it took they asssistance office 2hrs before we were able to get inside.:: the shower was horrible with the shower head broken had to do a small fix myself to make it work properly.. the bathroom door was barely hanging by a screw couldn’t even close it.. room had a weir smell when we got inside... and although it said there was WiFi it did not work at all.. called and they said they would not be able to do anything until the next week oh yeah the tv didn’t work either ...

At our arrival we found only a singe duvet one the bet and 2 small face towels. It was very difficult to explain to them about the problem with the duvet and and for a long time on the phone were trying to explain to us that this size was the right one and the only available, I had to be very illustrated at the point that told them that I travel with a coworker and we can’t sleep cuddling in order to be both covered . It seems that this example worked out because the same night we found on extra duvet on our bed. The second and major problem was the total glass transparent door for the bathroom .
