I was surprised when the property manager take my credit card and take a photo of it with the security number pls a 200 deposit. I asked hen why? He said some people leave the property dirty. It wasn’t comfortable to me as I was worry about my credit card and I had to cancel it immediately to avoid any fraud can be happen

Excellent stay in an A+++ apartment. Very good communication with owners. @arrival, Barbara was a very welcoming hostess. Appt was very clean & spacious. Everything in the appt. is of very high quality. There's ample parking. Free sauna. We had a small problem with the digital lock. Was fixed within half an hour. Skilift in Kaprun centre is a 5 min drive. We would gladly stay again !!

The appt is not situated in the centre of Kaprun. We knew this on beforehand, so no big deal. We mostly drove to the centre of Kaprun, which is a 5 min drive. Finding a parking spot was never a problem. You can also easily walk to the centre, which takes about 15-20 mins (not recommended when carrying skis).

Lovely looking apartment

Lied about being "entire unit is wheelchair accessible". I couldn't even get into the building as there is a large step. I could not take my chair into the bathrooms or toilet. It is a *lot* further than 0.3 miles to the Maiskogelbahn, there are no baths, no mini market or ski places on site, If you opened the sofa bed in one of the bedrooms you could barely open the door to get in (fire risk), no spa facilities, claiming there is a beach is ludicrous, no water sport facilities on site. All this is what they claim to have on Booking,com Woman who greeted us extremely rude and shouting a lot, owners made ridiculous claims such as that wheelchair accessible just means you can get into the apartment, not that the building itself was (It's wheelchair Marcel, not a jet pack!) , and that it was all my own fault for believing their lies on this site. Eventually I got a pair of ramps, but they were unusable because they kept being moved. I spent most of my holiday unable to go anywhere. Booking were also hopeless at resolving this, and I have just had the frankly ludicrous offer of 10% off if we go back next year. Why on earth would we do that? No offer of compensation, so I will post this review on any sites I can, in the hope they actually show what is available and stop scamming people If you want a half hour walk to the ski lifts in your ski boots, a ski bus that is just as far away, and half the facilities they claim, you'll have a great time.

I like the decoration and the facilities they provide like large screen, apple tv, and playstation. The kitchen was complete. And finally the staff are very helpful and kindness.

The towels had some bad smell and the spiders were everywhere on the roof, in addition they have three path room but only one have lavatory.
