Beautiful cabin with an amazing pool house. Plenty of room for the 8 of us.

We had a great time at Green acres. We hardly left the house the whole weekend because we had everything that we needed. The pool and yard were great for games with the kids. The game room was very popular with the teens. the Kitchen had everything we needed for big family meals. The hot water was sufficient for a big group. The cell service was spotty but form my point of view that was a plus since people spent less time on their phones. Great time had by all.

The Highland Lodge was exactly the dream location for our family trip. With three generations under one roof, it had everything for everyone. A pool for the kids, a hot tub for the adults, and a porch with rocking chairs for the grandparents. We all came together around the fire pit to roast marshmallows and make s'mores. The only concern was the sixth bedroom in the pool house; there were no windows, and the room was extremely hot, which made it unusable.

I really enjoyed my recent visit to Highland Lodge with my family of 13. The pictures doesn't do it justice, it's a beautiful place in a wonderful location and very close to everything. It had everything we needed for a great time and much more.
The Lodge was great! Plenty of fun spaces for the family to hang out: the pool house, the game room, and the deck. I really enjoyed making s'mores at the gathering space near the pool. The property included so many wonderful amenities. A great time was had by all!
The accommodations are beautiful and well maintained, spacious and welcoming! I will definitely be spreading the word. My only critique is the TV service was unstable. But that was a minor annoyance.

My sisters and I brought our families together for the weekend at the Green Acre Lodge and it was a great time for everyone. From the toddlers to teens, they all found something to enjoy. The pool was a bit hit, followed by the hot tub. Hikes are close by, too.

This cabin is amazing. The pool house is so nice and big. My kids loved the heated salt water pool. It has a nice sitting area for the adults to watch them and the TV was a big hit. They would have a show on while playing in the pool. The outside fireplace was covered, so even when it rained our family enjoyed making s'mores outside. The hot tub was so nice and seats 8. As a mom of young kids, ages 6-11, it's the small things that made my trip easier. They had hampers in the room which made laundry easy and the beds were so comfortable. Everything was nice an new. We would stay again and didn't want to leave. It's close to many of the popular hiking trails too. My kids keep asking when we are coming back.

We had a great time at Green Acres. The cabin was very close to Conkles Hollow and some other trails which made getting out into Hocking Hills a breeze. Pool and hot tub were both clean and in perfect condition. Cabin was clean, cozy, and great for our group of adults and kids ranging from 1-5 years old. Check in was easy and host was communicative in lead up to the stay. Would definitely book again!

We spent a wonderful weekend celebrating a friend's birthday. The home is perfect for large groups and was just the right size for our group (12 people).
One thing: sound travels easily throughout the house, so do not expect much "privacy" and those that are light sleepers should be put in the lower-level bedrooms.

The management was very accommodating and returned texts quickly. Information was clear and easy to follow.
The house outdoor area was great. The wrap around porch and outdoor fire pit and fireplace was great. We used the pit the first night but had to bring it under the patio night 2 due to rain.
Just fair warning if you have lite sleepers anywhere in the house, due to all the wood you will hear every footstep no matter which floor you are on.
A table with chairs vs picnic table would be nice by the pool as that is the only place to go play games and talk as adults once kids are asleep in the loft.
Overall great weekend. Hard to get the kids out of the pool to go see the trails which is what we were there for.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The cabin was clean & cozy. It was so spacious and very comfortable for our group of 12. The hot tub and indoor pool were wonderful and the game room was fun to have available. The play structure in the yard was fun for the kids ages, 2.5 & 5, but not shaded, so use was early morning or late in the day. Location was great, quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed eating out on the deck watching deer, bunnies and hummingbirds! Was close enough to attractions we were interested in, but really, spent a lot of time just enjoying the house! Hope to go back again!

Awesome cabin, we spent the majority of our time on the amazing porch. But the entire experience was great. The kids enjoyed the pool and C the basement game area. We had a decent sized group but never felt cramped

We had a very good time at the property! The indoor pool was very cozy during the winter months! We enjoyed the outdoor fireplace as well as the outdoor fire pit. There is a large propane grill that we used to cook burgers on. The driveway had ample parking for several cars. The only minor downfall to the house is that the all wood interior and flooring does not contain sound very well. You can hear people walking and talking from above and from below while you are sleeping. Please be aware of this if you have babies or kids in the house. I would not reduce the rating due to this as the house is spectacular! Thanks!

This is our second time at Green Acres and it was even better than last time. With 5 kids under 12 years old and 7 adults, Green Acres is perfect because of all the spaceoh and the swimming pool. the indoor swimming pool is amazing since we cannot count on the weather in Ohio. It's becoming an annual tradition.

As I am sure everyone who stays here will say, “the pool is outstanding “. We had family from age 68 to 12 staying and everyone enjoyed the pool.
The bedrooms were clean and there were plenty for our group (5 private bedrooms and a loft with 4 twin beds)
Only downside is if you are sleeping on lower level, you can hear every footstep on the main level.

It's hard to find a place that people from 9-80 will enjoy. However with it's Master suit on the main floor and an indoor pool everyone was happy! It's the first time I've ever seen a pool that's actually bigger than the pictures show! This property is private yet close to the hocking hills attractions shopping and dining. The covered porches were perfect when it rained. The one and only thing I'd change is to put some kind of grip on the pool steps, they are extremely slippery and we had multiple people fall. Luckily it was into water!

Beautiful setting. Cabin was great. Only thing might change was game tables were pretty worn. Pool was awesome. Trail on property was questionable, but Hocking Trails were scenic and great. Would recommend to anyone.

Beautiful cabin
Everything was as described :) only thing I had a issue with is I slept on basement n woke up n was really cold even with the vents closed n couldn't find a thermostat. Found it on top of stairwell the next day and it was set to 70, which was ok for main floor and a Lil warm for top for bur cold for basement :) figured out if fan is on in living room it circulated the air a bit more n cooled loft area down to .. nice big pool . Didn't get to use much of anything on the outside n only once in hot tub in our 4 day stay because of extreme heat and humidity it went to in upper 90s n heat index was over 100 .

Reunion Weekend
4 families stayed here for a college reunion weekend. We all have kids, and the oldest was 6. This cabin was great! The pool was amazing to have inside. The weather was good the whole time, but having it covered meant we could use it any time. It also had the swing set, for the days when the weather was great. We cooked breakfast and dinner every day, and there was never anything in the kitchen that we needed. The deck is huge, and there was plenty of seating. We loved using the outdoor fireplace at night. The driveway was great too. I've stayed a couple of places in hocking hills and this one was not too steep. I felt like any vehicle could get in and out (as long as it wasn't snowy or icy). Overall we all loved the cabin. It was very kid friendly, but I would think all adults would have just as much fun.

The PERFECT CABIN
You won't regret staying here. I highly recommend this beautiful cabin. Our family, 8 adults, a 2yr old, 3 yr. old and a baby just got back from a gorgeous weekend getaway at Green Acres cabin.
It might be a little higher price because of the private heated indoor pool but don't cheat your self out of this luxury, it's worth every penny of it. Our 3 adult children and spouses and grandsons love the pool had so much fun. The hot tub is wonderful after a hiking trip around Hocking Hills. Spacious, comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. Huge kitchen and open family room. Pool table and game room were so fun. When the sun went down we enjoyed S'mores on the deck with an outdoor fireplace. The kitchen has everything you need for a memorable getaway.
The only thing I could add is, You might want to bring extra toilet tissues and papers towels.

Fabulous
This house was wonderful and exactly what we were looking for! I am not one to usually leave reviews, but always check them when making a decision. I had to leave this great review because there are so many details that are not mentioned in the description. First off, on top of the pool there is also a basement that the kids loved! It had a pool table, dart board, shuffleboard and extra TV. Also, by the pool they have corn hole and room to set them up (inside). They even thought of an extra dryer down in the pool area for towels. Our stay was wonderful and we have already recommended this place to multiple friends! Thanks for a great weekend!
