It was a convenient location with good parking but unfortunately very few restaurant options nearby as we were there in an off season period.
The cutlery crockery and glasses were not properly cleaned. The furniture and bedding etc could best be described as "tired" There were a couple of minor property maintenance issues that we reported to the host which hopefully will be remedied for future guests. I think the property is still good value for money given other prices that we saw in the same area.

The location is excellent and so is the cleanliness and the view. It’s such a wonderful and well kept apartment.
However, bedding is not included and the price in my opinion is rather steep at €15/bed, which considering my experience with hotels, hostels and private accommodation is just ridiculous. Bedding should always be included or at a reasonable price - €15/bed being everything but reasonable.

Location was great, in close proximity of a gondola lift, pharmacy and groceries.
Host´s attitude. Appartment was dirty. Bed sheets we paid extra for were dirty, issue didn't get solve the day we asked for clean ones. Days after new sheets were offered, unfortunately they were dirty too. Bed was super unconfortable.

Basic, clean. Great value for money. Exactly what we were after. Amazing location. Directly opposite the Bellevue lift and bus stop. Kitch Bar serves great food and is lively and entertaining. Other local shops and restaurants are exactly what you would expect.

Can be noisy on bin morning due to commercial bins being emptied downstairs

The location was excellent, right next to the Belle Vue lift. The apartment itself was basic but lovely and clean. Perfect for our long weekend stay.

The perfect location in the best place in France. The view from the balcony of the Aguile de Midi is priceless and the beautiful Bellevue gondola is opposite.
Serge to rent skis from and the best Pizza restaurant downstairs. What more could you ask for?

This is a real gem of an apartment. Check in was smooth and easy. Location is perfect. We were a family of 4 staying for a short ski trip. You have a cable car opposite the apartment. Great places to eat. A short bus ride and you are in Chamonix

Location to cafes and shopping. Super Marche 500m. Specialist cheese shop nearby.
Upon arrival the placed reeked of cooking smells, I had to open the windows, plus I cleaned the place before use. We had to pay for the sheets and towels this I don’t mind but the quality was awful - old and shabby and only 1 towel each for five days “yuk”. It wouldn’t cost a lot to provide nicer quality sheets and towels and duvet cover. Charlotte the agent said that guests steal pillows, sheets well we are from New Zealand and have no interest in stealing, however because a 400 euro damage deposit is asked for surely this would cover theft. It would also be helpful to have fully stocked shower cleaners, hand soap and other cleaning products. When Charlotte came to inspect the place on our final day she was shocked that I had thoroughly cleaned the place she said thank you. The damage deposit should be via Booking.com we had to go and find an ATM and withdraw 400 euro - not ideal!

location was great Right opposite ski lift restaurants and bars around and local shops closed in November
communication and check in, shower head broken, heater in bedroom broken, the heating was not on when we arrived so very cold we also had to find where to turn on water
