Very clean, spacious, modern condo in a quiet area of Grand Haven. Attending my son’s wedding with godparents, perfect location for wedding activities in Grand Haven- so close to everything. Slept like a baby in comfortable beds. Located at the beginning of the bike trail with bikes available for everyone!

This was our 3rd trip to Grand Haven and this was by far our favorite condo! Loved all of the Smart conveniences and well appointed rooms. Tom was a perfect host, provided tons of info up front and was very quick to respond!

The Condo was lovely. Clean. It had all the things for a comfortable stay including towels, hair dryer, toilet paper. The kitchen had everything needed. The bikes available were a fun extra. Would love to stay there again in future.

My family has been visiting Grand Haven for 10 years. This was our 9th Mother’s Day spent in this wonderful city. This is our favorite place that we’ve stayed in so far. It was absolutely perfect! We loved how organized and clean it was. The location is great. We even were able to use the bikes to ride around in town.

I have rented several homes through VRBO and the owners of this one may be the easiest we have ever worked with. They had everything set and ready for us to check in and be comfortable for our stay. We were even notified that we could check in early if we wanted. We were a bit intimidated by the smart home features, but seri became a useful tool when needing the weather in the mornings before adventuring for the day. Grand Haven did not disappoint either. This was our second time staying in this lovely town and highly recommend.

I rented this condo with 4 other professional women, visiting Grand Haven for a long weekend. Let me start by saying the most obvious. The condo is in a perfect location, is just as in the pictures with minor updates in decor, the decor is impeccable, and the cleanliness is next level! Everything was just as described, well stocked and has all the amenities you’ll need for most situations. As well, everything was in working order and honestly, I can’t think of anything else to add except more detailed things that sets this apart from other properties.
The “smart” amenities are superb! Great addition but do make sure you’re respectful in taking advantage of the nicely bound spiral notebook the owner has laid out for you to read on how to utilize these features, especially if you aren’t familiar with them. There’s been great care taken to help navigate the home, so we made sure to use this. The booklet also helps you make best use of your time in Grand Haven with a touch of local points and tips.
Additional things that are amazing:
The beds and pillows are comfy, a must for me. Sheets and blankets are plush! The water has PLENTY of pressure for showers, even if 2 are taken at once! The owners are generous with providing chairs, towels, AND bikes for a beach trip that’s just a mile up the road. The owner answers questions very quickly and is quite attentive. On top of all of this, even the surrounding renters were fun to talk to! Will stay again when in Grand Haven!

Property was one of the best we’ve stayed at. The attention to detail was so appreciated. Chargers in every room, Alexa’s for the kids to use, updates galore. Very clean, so user friendly! Garage stacked with bikes, beach gear, and other useful vacation oriented items. Beds are super comfortable, all lines pristine. Home was a 5 minute drive to the beach and 7 minute walk to downtown. Owners are very friendly! Highly recommend for any family!

This house was beautifully updated, very clean, in a quiet location, but also within walking or biking distance to all amenities of Grand Haven. It had everything we needed (and more) for a long weekend stay including bikes and beach chairs. Owner was very responsive to questions and left us all the information we would need for our stay. Right where you want to be in downtown grand Haven walking distance to the marina, farmers market and playground and best of all all the shopping! Perfect view for the fireworks and lots of games, bikes, etc. that we utilized. Hope to come back again!

We had a great stay at Portside Quarters. The rental was very clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable and there was ample space. Having the bikes and beach chairs was a wonderful addition making it easy for us to get to the beach and back without having to deal with the traffic. Communication was excellent and every aspect of the stay was seamless right down to QR codes making things like joining the wifi and checking the check out instructions simple and straight forward. I highly recommend staying here.

This property exceeded any and all of our expectations! It was meticulously clean, beautifully decorated and well stocked with items that I wouldn't expect in a rental. The location was perfect for all of the activities that we wanted to do. Communication with Tom and Kelly was excellent and they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had the best experience in Grand Haven! My second time at this property and I will come again. It is absolutely perfect. From the high end appliances, high quality comfortable beds, to the smart home technology, it is a fun place to stay. The owner has thought of every detail for a perfect vacation home. It is also in a great location with an easy walk to downtown GH or take one of the like-new condition bikes to the beach. Garage parking for your car and an additional space for a visitor takes all the parking stress away during the busy months.

I highly recommend this beautiful condo. The home was extremely clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The decor and finishes were lovely. The location was ideal. My sister-in-law and I appreciated the SMART home features, available bicycles, and beach chairs. In addition, you will not find two more gracious hosts! The owners were very responsive and truly went above and beyond to make our visit special. We were welcomed by a fresh bouquet of flowers in honor of my 60th birthday and some fresh eggs from their hens. The condo is an easy walk to the boardwalk and the downtown area. The condo is extremely clean! Very warm and inviting.
We enjoyed our stay (tho it wasn’t long enough) and would stay again and recommend this location to others. Only concern is parking is a little restricted however there is a nice garage to park in. Just not a lot of space if you have visitors.

In 10+ yrs of using VRBO, this is by far one of my top properties ever visited. The location is ideal, with only a 5-10 minute walk to the Farmer's Market, downtown and to watch the Grand Haven Fountain. Yet, far enough away there wasn't traffic or people noise. Restaurants and major grocery stores are a convenient drive away in Grand Haven. The condo was immaculately clean, had high quality linens and towels, and everything we need to cook and bake a few simple meals. Even had condiments like ketchup in the fridge, and coffee in the cabinet. We enjoyed the comfy TV area on a rainy morning, the back balcony for a cup of coffee or wine and tried out some of the board games. Communication with the owners was seamless. Only even better if was around the bedroom shades, if you like it dark to sleep (or like to sleep late on vacation!) I would suggest bringing a sleeping eye mask as the welcoming Michigan sun is very bright in the mornings! I would highly recommend this rental and 100% would book again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Grand Haven. The condo was more stunning than pictured, very clean, full of amenities and very modern. Check in was flawless and Thomas was very prompt to respond to any questions. We enjoyed the bikes, board games, beach towels etc....The location was close to downtown, musical fountain, Grand Haven State Park, Meijer and Walmart should you need anything. My family can not wait to come back and enjoy this wonderful condo in beautiful Grand Haven. Thanks for the fond memories we made!

This condo was just as pictured. The location to the downtown shops / beach was an easy walk or bike ride. Thomas was very responsive and the check-in process was flawless. Our family had a wonderful time enjoying Lake Michigan and all of the attractions Grand Haven has to offer. This was a refreshing Summer vacation from our normal hot and sweltering Florida vacations. We loved the location, amenities and best of all, the weather!

This was our first Vrbo experience and I feel like it set the bar high - the condo was immaculate and full of anything we could have needed for our stay in Grand Haven! Great location, just a couple of blocks from shopping and restaurants downtown, and a short drive the other direction to stock up on groceries, etc. Would certainly consider renting again if we come back.
