Clean modern apartment. All you could need in it.

We had a walk through right by our patio area so I was interrupted quite a lot

The apartment had everything you would need. The owners always answered any questions. The staff were friendly. The accommodation and facilities excellent. The area amazing.

The layout of the apartment was excellent. The apartment was well equipped for cooking meals and for relaxing. The facilities i.e swimming pool and sauna were excellent.

Difficult to watch TV from bed due to bed position next to the wall. A toast rack would have been good. The condiments were empty ( salt and pepper) The visitors book was full so we had to write our feedback on the back cover. A new book would be helpful for future guests.

The location was perfect - just a few minutes from the beach, local restaurants and other amenities. The property itself was spacious, absolutely spotless and a great place to chill out in the evening. Having a bath instead of just a shower was a real bonus. Loved the onsite facilities, too - the indoor pool and sauna were such a luxury to have - and the staff were amazing and so helpful during our stay. The set-up for beach sports - outside shower to clean wetsuits and boards and assigned shed to store stuff - was really considered also. Linens and towels were excellent quality.

It was practically perfect in every way, although some instructions for the cooker/oven/washing machine might have helped as it was a bit hi-tech for us. Bed was also a bit smaller than we were used to. We didn’t mind that our patio area wasn’t entirely private but others might🤷🏻‍♀️.

The property is modern and well maintained. everything was ready for us when we arrived. The furnishings made it special, everything worked well and was in good condition. The double bed was very comfortable and the bed settee was king size which pleased our daughter. parking was easy and the apartments were across the road from the main town and beach areas. The view was amazing once out of the apartment. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. It was great how there’s a restaurant attached to the building . There’s a small seating area outside the bifold doors which has the sun at tea time for an hour or two. The pool, sauna and gym is well kept. Air-con was a bonus in the 22 heatwave

That there was only one small window which was in the bedroom and this only opened a small amount. The shower was just wide enough and the head could be bigger however it worked perfectly. It’s right next to a main door to the car park on the ground floor.

Plenty of space. Not having a balcony isn't an issue as there's a seating area in the little courtyard, it also gets the sun for most of the day. Great location. Safe parking.

We couldn't find any salt and pepper.

Beautiful modern apartment really well equipped. Perfect location close to beach, shops and restaurants. Free allocated parking a bonus.

The bed is against a wall which makes one side a bit claustrophobic and difficult to get out of without disturbing your partner.

It was immaculate both in style and cleanliness. The location was perfect with good parking facility.

The only think I can think of was the double bed is next to a wall which meant one person disturbed another to get in and out of bed. Which can be difficult for those with limited mobility . Two keys to the property would be helpful .

Great location- very clean and a well equipped and modern apartment. Will be back next year hopefully.

The weather-but still had a good time

The facilities within the flat were excellent, exceeding my expectations and it was great to have an allocated parking spot. It was very quiet at night.

It was a shame that we did not have a view of anything other than the back of neighbouring flats and the car park. The bed would have been far better had I been positioned at differently with the foot under the television with bedside tables - far more easily accessed.

I just love Woolacombe. The apartment is only a few mins walk to the beach. The apartment is really modern and spotlessly clean and has a well equipped kitchen. We found the local pubs and restaurants were super busy which was made worse by the big pubs being closed due to staff shortages as a result of Covid. So having the ability to cook saved us no end of queuing. The swimming pool is excellent but availability is limited. All in all another wonderful stay at No 17 Woolacombe.

The modern clean, stylish and functional experience.

The appliances are not straight forward to use. It could be quite handy to have some instructions for the hob, oven and washing machine but it’s not a big deal as the apartment is lovely and we really enjoy staying in it!

Loved it overall. Really well positioned just a short walk from the beach and included parking which was great as Woolacombe parking is not cheap. Super clean and bed and sofa bed were really comfy. Spacious design and great facilities. Really well equipped kitchen with a full size fridge and freezer. Even had a washing machine which was a bonus. Pool and gym were good to have available. Nice terrace area (albeit not private at all).

Check in at 5pm is the latest I’ve seen anywhere I’ve stayed over the last year. It was a long wait to get in the apartment and couldn’t park as someone was in the space initially. Pool and gym opening times were not good - 9-4. I’d prefer to use early or late, and be out in the day, but unsure if this was COVID related. Sauna wasn’t very hot.

We loved our stay! This was our honeymoon and we were so impressed by everything from the apartment, the location to the restaurant! The pool was a great addition and all the staff were great. Felt like we could move there permanently!

WiFi was a little slow but we would still go back tomorrow if we could!
