This is a great vacation home on Exuma. The house is large enough for 5 couples to comfortably spread out and have their own privacy, but also congregate for meals and social gatherings. The view is beautiful and there's a beach that's nearly private. Great location that's not far away from Georgetown. Would stay here again without hesitation.

We have been to Exuma many many times and really enjoyed the home & location. The house was very well stocked with anything and everything you could need to cook a feast. The pool and covered deck were where we spent most of our time. Beach towels being supplied made our trip easier for packing! Internet was not that great but felt nice to unplug and relax.

Five couples enjoyed every minute at Bajamar. This spacious house provided plenty of space for all and never felt crowded. The pictures don’t do it justice. Just amazing.

It was our first time to the island. The house is beautiful and well stocked. It’s perfect for family and friends. Beautiful beach and great location. Would highly recommend!

Amazing views of the beautiful water from upstairs and downstairs. Pool was great. Great shade areas available for people that don’t enjoy the sun but want to interact with those lounging by the pool. Amazing breeze. Plenty of room for adult couples to each have their own space. Would definitely come back.

We stayed at Bajamar for 1 week with 4 couples and had a blast. The house was well maintained and had everything we needed. Location was great and would book again!

We had a group of 10 for a milestone birthday party and could not have enjoyed our trip more (well, maybe more if the weather would have cooperated). The place is amazing, came well equipped and stocked, and the manager was always quick and responsive any time I had a question. We requested the place be stocked with grocery essentials, which worked out very well for us. We also used Dena Donuts (one of the suggested chefs) for a dinner in one night and honestly wouldn’t have minded doing that once or twice more, as it was very delicious and convenient.
Overall a 10/10 and are already looking forward to booking another trip to Exuma (we plan to bring our children next time).

Beautiful property providing everything you could need for a wonderful holiday. Karin Knowles took such good care of us before and during our stay. She was prompt and went out of her way to help us plan everything. Bajamar is the perfect place for a big group providing peace and the most beautiful outlook.

This is a beautiful property with plenty of space for family and friends. Two floors that could each be a stand-alone unit on their own with all the comforts of home. Multiple entertaining spaces. Beautiful pool with unbeatable views. A separate lower deck area overlooking a long, nearly untouched beach. We walked for miles and hardly ran into a soul-- our own private beach. Great privacy, you will need a car to get to nearby bars, restaurants, and grocery stores. Exceeded our expectations!

We absolutely loved this property and the property manager was amazing to work with. We had a group of ten stay in the house (all adults), and there was plenty of room for all of us. The online pictures almost don't do justice as the views of the ocean are amazing. It's also on a very private area of the beach so you almost feel as though you have the whole beach to yourself.
Can't wait to return!!

The house is amazing. You walk in the front door and the view takes your breath away!! The kitchen had everything for family meals and the ice maker was key to our cocktails being cold and plentiful!! The large family dining table was perfect for meals and our raucous game nights!! Jumped in the crystal clear waters at midnight to welcome in 2024. Time with family is so important to us and this was a special week for our clan!!

We loved BajaMar! The house was very homey and clean. The dining table on the first floor was the perfect environment for family meals and game nights once the sun went down. What makes this property so fantastic is the location. The beach/pool combination is beautiful! We rarely saw anyone out there... it felt very private. I would not hesitate to stay here again. LOVED THIS HOME!!!

Celebrated a 50th birthday at Bajamar. Location was great, 5 minute drive from airport. Every couple had their own bedroom and bathroom which was great. Pool and private beach are amazing. Would highly recommend.

This home could not be more perfect! Inside & outside, the space is used perfectly! The perfect modern beach feel! The outdoor space is just like having a living room outside in front of the clear blue ocean! Perfectly sized pool and so much outdoor space! Gorgeous beach access. Every water activity you can think of, they have at the home. The bedrooms all have their own on-suite so you get your privacy when needed. About a 20-30 minute trip to the marina for our 2 boat days which were AMAZING! This is truly paradise!! We did have a few home issues and management tried their to clear them up the best that they could but one was clearly out of their control. Their communication was excellent but we had to live with the issue for the 4 days sadly. We had a blast and avoided the area. We would absolutely stay again and stay longer because once you arrive, you never want leave!!!

I left a 5 star because the property truly is 5 star however there is active construction next door going on daily including weekends that will go on through at least May per the owners who we met. Hosts should have made us aware of that. Not a deal breaker-we went out daily and stayed at the water edge where we couldn’t hear the noise but it does start at 7:30am and on the master bedroom side. The other 4 bedrooms are on the other side of the property so not affected.
We hired chefs each night with Vibe and DENADONUTS. They were amazing! Highly recommend as you won’t get a life beautiful view for dinner.
This home is perfect for several couples or a larger family. It’s actually 2 units (upstairs 3bedrooms downstairs 2 bedrooms) with separate access to each. The extra living areas and kitchen areas are a great way to spread out.
Last thing of note is that the beach is only there during low tide. We had access to the beach one day but the other days had the tide all the way up to the deck. This property gets you closest to the water for sure! It’s stunning.

The patio and outside area was incredible. With large groups there so much space and places to hang out. The house has a reverse osmosis system for drinking water. The property manager showed up within an hour when we ran out propane. The house has so many dishes/glasses/cookware you won’t need to worry about running out of these. There are so many towels and if you happen to run out there’s a washing machine also.
Minor Downsides: There’s a non-functioning kitchen upstairs but has a fridge. Would have been nice to have a microwave upstairs just be aware if you’re bringing kids and need to heat up something quick you’ll need to go downstairs.
There wasn’t hand soap/soap/shampoo in the showers but we managed to get some more and most in our group brought their own.
Overall: Everyone in the group loved the house and the privacy. We all would highly recommend this place.

This house was absolutely perfect for our party of 5 couples. The bedrooms were perfect and there was plenty of common space for everyone. The kitchen was so well equipped. We had chef Mia from Dena’s catering cook for us twice and it was absolutely amazing! Location couldn’t have been better. Plenty of beach and clear blue water. There was an issue with the hot water heater when we first got there and we were shocked at how quickly we got a response and the problem was fixed! We would definitely come back and stay at this house and to exuma!!

Bajamar exceeded our expectations! The pictures don’t do it justice as it is absolutely breathtaking. Having the two separate areas allowed everyone to have their own space and not feel crowded. And, the beach is even closer than it appears in the pictures. I highly recommend Bajamar.

Beautiful beach house
We had a great experience staying at this house in July 2022. Karin was our main point of contact before and during our stay and she was always quick to answer questions. She was Fabulous! The outdoor space of this home really makes the whole experience. There’s something for everyone to enjoy. It even has a nice small launch deck to make it easier to set down and pull up your paddle boards and kayaks. Georgetown, small stores, and other tourist attractions are close by. I would definitely stay here again!

Great Location!
We were specifically looking for a house with a pool on Tar Bay because it’s in the middle of the island, so this was perfect! Management ladies were very nice and prompt to reply. Easy to find and settle in. Cozy and inviting. Felt like a second home. 💙

Best view!
We we in amazement at the beauty when we walked through the door! The house is perfect for a large group- even two separate families. The pool deck area had an abundance of lounge chairs plus there were several shaded areas for those wanting to stay out of the sun. The air conditioning, room darkening shades and the privacy of each bedroom made for very peaceful nights. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful beach!!
We loved our stay at Bajamar! My husband and our 4 adult kids plus their significant others stayed in this wonderful house. We loved the outdoor area and we spent a lot of time around the pool, we really enjoyed having shaded outdoor areas.
We did some exploring and the highlight of our trip was the island boy boat trip - full day to Staniels cay and lots of stops on the way. Iguanas, nurse sharks, caves, pigs…
We used dinadonuts for catering a large dinner at the house! It was fantastic!
Magnola Adderley catered another meal that she dropped off at the house.
We enjoyed the coco plum cafe and palapa restaurants.
Karin was very responsive to any requests!!
We loved our trip and made many great memories!

Fabulous Home with Great Views
A group of 8 of us (4 couples) came here for our friend's 40th Birthday. The house itself was clean and nice with breathtaking views. The Location was absolutely perfect for us as we were looking for a more quiet and secluded, area and it was so quick to get there from the airport. The check-in process was seamless and the house managers were very attentive and answered all of our questions and attended to our needs prior to the trip, during check-in and during our stay. We are already thinking about when we can come back!

Unforgettable Birthday Trip
Everything on our trip was fantastic. The house represents as advertised. The pool and access to the beach was worth its weight in gold. The only downside to our trip was the bugs. The “no seeums” were brutal unless the wind was blowing steady. Other than that, we would go back in a heartbeat.

Perfect house for a large group!
There were 10 people (5 couples) staying for a long weekend. The house was perfect. Everyone had their own space and plenty of room to hang out together. Check in was perfect and we were walked through everything in the house. Pool and beach were amazing. We had a few minor damages we caused and property manager was understanding and easy to deal with. We would not hesitate to stay here again upon returning to Exuma!

Trip of a Lifetime!
This was the most incredible trip of our lives! This house was absolutely incredible! The views were unbelievable! We couldn't take our eyes off the beautiful turquoise waters from all angles of the home. We used the infinity pool many times! The pool got cloudy at one point (after a large storm) but with one quick call to the property manager the pool guy was there that day to clean it to sparkling clean again. The beach was incredible. Just a few short steps down from the pool deck was the most beautiful, clean private beach. We didn't see other people on the Beach for the entire 6 days we were there! Seaweed was minimal to none at that part of the island. Onike was our property manager and she was very responsive and answered our calls and texts immediately. She met us at the house on arrival and gave us lots of tips on grocery and other island tips. Thank you Onike! The house was at a great location-less than 10 mins from the airport and also to downtown Georgetown. After getting to know the island, I would probably say it's the best location to stay with both convenience and privacy. We would definitely stay at this house again!! We will be back soon!!

Perfect house/pool/beach arrangement
We loved the outdoor living space. There were a few things we didn’t realize about the island, but the house and its accommodations were great. There is not a great WiFi set up for our size group, and we weren’t able to watch any Olympics (only internet tv). The only feature the owners should consider is a water service so you didn’t have to continue getting water at the store because you can’t drink the water. I certainly would reccomend this house to others!

Absolutely perfect!
This home is beautiful, fun and spacious - 2 living areas, water toys, gorgeous pool, beautiful beach and probably the most well-appointed house we’ve ever stayed in. We cooked several times and there was nothing we needed! Kudos. Can’t wait to come back!!!!!!

There are just a few things I think they failed to mention… one is that there is no soap or small shampoo bottles or anything. Usually a hotel or vrbo provides something, and truly We we’re ok that it wasn’t there but since we spent so much on groceries we wish someone had told us to bring it or buy it! I would also buy paper towels and toilet paper when you get there as well. We have traveled all over and we felt as though the service was not great. It seemed like the locals didn’t like tourists, so the only helpful people seemed to be the taxi drivers who were awesome! Onike was our point of contact and she was easy to get ahold of and tried to answer our questions. There was miscommunication with Endalyn regarding our massages…. They arrived too early and I had an email stating the time we had agreed to… instead of working it out she proceeded to ignore us completely and leave and we returned to the house within 10 min of her calling. It was absolutely ridiculous! She also did not answer back until 2 hours had passed! I would definitely go back as the house and beaches were amazing… I just would set my expectations accordingly for service.
