Let me start with the positives: I initially thought the Staff was helpful and very professional, the location was only a 5 minute walk to the “ centro storico”. This is where the positives end. There are 2 full bathrooms as well. UPDATE THIS IS MY RESPONSE TO THE OWNER 13/10/2021. The response by the owner to my review was very disconcerting.

13/10/21 RESPONSE TO OWNER-My review is based on facts and photos of those facts not other reviews(See pics attached). My pictures taken of the dusty livingroom light, broken toilet flusher/electric socket and towel bar can be clearly seen in the photos. You must be using Rose colored glasses because you are not being truthful or objective. As an outsider looking in, you must fix all of the problems with your apartment before you rent it out. Your Response to my review(by you)is RUDE and uncalled for. Public parking is not assigned parking. No spots are reserved to your BNB. THAT WAS NOT YOUR PARKING SPOT! A fact. You have no assigned private parking spots as you falsely advertised PUNTO E BASTA! I want to warn travelers that the description of Suite Mozart in Vieste, Italy is not what we found in our 2 day stay. All the reviews state how clean and how modern the apartment is. We found just the opposite. No need to describe. Just look at the photos. They state that there was free parking on the premises. The truth is that we were lucky to find a free parking spot for most of our stay. One day we had to pay for parking since no spots were available nearby. The property is void of any decorations. It is listed as a music inspired property. It would have been nice to have a musical theme somewhere decorating the walls. Don’t get me wrong, the place would have been ok for less than 65 euros per night. Anything more is plain wrong. Many of the bathroom fixtures were falling off the wall and the top of lights had a thick layer of dust. If I didn’t feel we were ripped off, I wouldn’t be writing this review. They only had one rental property and there was no Iron or Ironing board. This is a small thing, but I shouldn't have to request an Iron if the owner is not available. I sent a text and hours later had to call in order to finally get to borrow what I needed in order to iron my clothes.

Everything was great!!

Our only regret was to have spent too little time at such a beautiful place! Excellent, everything from cleaning to the large size of the structure with 2 bathrooms, a truly relaxing experience! The staff was lovely and the breakfast room service on request was exquisite! We can't wait to come back!

Great location. Very close to the Main Street and touristic pier Raffaele was very nice and helpful
