Everything was above expectations. The apartment was great, very comfortable with all necessary amenities. A privete balcony with access to the back garden. Peaceful, all day.

All the amenities and comfort you would expect at a 5 star hotel. Clean and spacious. Attention to detail was top notch. For example- new kitchen utensils, umbrellas,portable fan,illuminated wardrobes,comfortable dining chairs on the terrace,washing machine,beer and water supplied. The host Brigitte is very amiable and baked us a delicious cheesecake! Home from home! Also the location is great for touring the Moselle and Rhine areas. We took a local bus(€3.60) into Koblenz and had a boat tour along the rivers.

It had every facility you would need on holiday. very near the bus stop into Koblenz.

The whole property was beyond anything we could have expected! We were right at home with an apartment that had everything plus more to make our stay comfortable. Our host was very kind and accommodating. They also had the most charming garden to view from our lovely balcony.

There was nothing to dislike here.

I cannot find any negatives here at all. The house is in a great location, very quiet and within easy reach of great supermarkets. The attention to us (the even offered to pick us up from the Bahnhof when we had car rental issues) was excellent and the host went the extra mile for us when we left some personal items there.

Public transport. Only buses available. Taxi service did not answer, This is not the fault of the property and just a local issue. Having said this, there is a bus only 5 mins (max) walk from the house, and this is cheap and takes you anywhere you need to go, so I would not really class this as a negative, and certainly nothing against the stay or the house.

The apartment was superb. Well equipped with a balcony overlooking a garden which is well maintained and dominated by an enormous Walnut tree. The garden is also available for use. The hosts, Stefan abd Brigitte, were extremely friendly and helpful. There is lots to see in Koblenz and the Rhine and Mosel valleys. Four days was not enough

The apartment is a quiet residential area, which is OK but nothing of interest in the immediate vacinity. The walk to the Mosel takes 15 to 20 minutes passing through the university campus.

My family and I really enjoyed our staying at the Ferianville! The host were extremely polite and kind, the house is lovely and really clean with all comfort needed! I warmly recommend it!

small downside is that the place is located a bit out of the city, but the hosts provide bicycles..so in ten minutes ride you are in the hearth of Koblenz!
