Eine schöne und komfortable 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder Wohnung am Yachthafen in der begehrten Harbor Towers Abschnitt der Burnt Store Marina. Die Wohnanlage verfügt über den tiefsten Yachthafen an der Westküste Floridas und einen 27-Loch-Golfplatz. Nur wenige Minuten vom Fischerdorf und der Innenstadt von Punta Gorda entfernt. Es ist eine kurze Fahrt nach Fort Myers, Boca Granda, Siesta Key, Cape Coral und den Stränden von Englewood. Zu den gastronomischen Einrichtungen in der Wohnanlage zählen das Cass Cay Restaurant & Bar mit Blick auf den Yachthafen und das Linkside Café am Golfplatz. Jeff was a wonderful host. The condo was clean and comfortable. Brunt Store Marina is paradise. If you're a boater the best place on the Gulf. Will stay at Jeff's property again.

Rugs in bedroom should be replaced .

Nice place…only suggestion is that the king bed was very uncomfortable. Couch had stains and kitchen pots should be replaced. Nice quiet community.

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. Jeff was easy to contact and responded in a timely manner. The condo was relatively clean with the exception of the carpeting. It was pretty dirty.

Lovely well maintained condo unit with friendly neighbors. The manatee in the marina were incredible to watch up close! I loved the walking trails throughout the development. The unit was clean and spacious and Jeff was very responsive with questions.

A beautiful location, plenty of space, super quiet-- owner is super responsive & helpful, made sure we had everything we needed during out stay. Neighbors are wonderful-- pool maintenance was happening during our stay so we had to use the pool next door but it was just as nice, if not better & the folks we ran into over there were awesome & gave us a great dinner recommendation.

Quiet condo in a beautiful gated community
We stayed at the condo for a three week vacation in April. Loved the Burnt Store Marina community. Restaurant and small store with deli area were so convenient. The complex is beautiful and perfect for morning and evening walks. Jeff was great to work with and his condo is in a very quiet location. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful
My family and I had a great time at Jeffery's condo at Burnt Store. I brought my boat to do some fishing while my wife and kids hung by the pool, checked out the local areas, and just relaxed.
The condo has everything you'll need. There was basic household goods, but we did have to get extra as we were there a week with 5 people.
There are great restaurants close by as well as in the local areas. I highly recommend the Blue Dog in Matlacha, as well as Frank Ski's in Punta Gorda for breakfast. The restaurant at the Marina was very good as well. We were there for the 4th, and they made the most outstanding smoked pork chop.
The marina staff was very accommodating. Call and talk to them about slip rentals instead of using the Dockwa website for a better price.

Great staycation
This is a tastefully furnished condo with everything you could need. The unit is near the pool and the property is part of a marina community with mature landscaping and attractive housing. Lots of people out walking in the morning. There’s an on-site restaurant and the community sits nicely between Ft. Myers and Punta Gorda. Jeff is an exceptional host who answered any question or concern in minutes. He also managed to have a friend deliver toilet paper in the face of epic hoarding!

We enjoyed our stay at Burnt Store. Great walking area around marina. The pool and hot tub were large and very clean. The condo was clean and well equipped.

Quick stay
I loved burnt store Marina! The condo was adequate for the two of us. The condo wasn’t very clean. I had to clean the inside of of the refrigerator and throw condiments away that were left. The washing machine has mold around the inside of it and it smells. The bed had no mattress pad on it so the bottom sheets would not stay on. The lanai floor is so dirty that the bottom of our feet would be filthy from walking on it. Both the bedrooms face the front of the building and parking lot. So the only view of the Marina was walking out back of the building and seeing it. The furniture and carpet need cleaned badly. As far checking in and finding the condo that was very easy.

Great Place at Burnt Store
My wife and I stayed at Jeffrey Flaherty’s place in Harbor Tower II from February 15-22. The condo was exceptional, the neighbors were extremely friendly and walking the Marina sidewalks was quite enjoyable. We will definitely return. Thanks Jeffrey.

Excellent Condo Outstanding Community
Jeffrey's condo was outstanding. It was super clean and had all of the amenities that we needed. Jeffrey was always prompt in responding to any questions we had. The pool was excellent and the walks around the beautiful marina was refreshing and enjoyable. A bit of a drive to beachies but worth the drive especially Sanibel Island. I would stay there again. Great Escape
We had a great time and the condo was perfect. We have friends in Englewood so it was a little far to drive, but he condo and the condo owner couldn't have been any better.

Beautiful, well-maintained gated community. Condo is modern.
Very peaceful and quite. Nice pool and hot tub. Covered parking, elevators and carts make transporting luggage easy. Boat launch, beautiful harbor full of boats, and an on-site restaurant (Cas Cay) that serves very good food at affordable prices for the area.
