My husband and I travel to the area every few months and plan to move here within the next year or two.
Therefore, we have rented many places from Clearwater to Anna Maria Island. Our experience with Tracy has been the best by far. The condo is conveniently located about halfway between Clearwater and St. Pete. It feels like home when walking in. Everything you could ever need is there. The unit was immaculate and you can tell it is well taken care of. I highly recommend this host and we will most definitely be back!

This property has an amazing view.. 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms which worked great for our group. It was so clean, the kitchen was well stocked, the owner was amazing. It was wonderful and we will def go back.

The prperty was clean and everything you could need was there. We had trouble getting in once we got to the property but was able to get ahold of the owner to reset our code. The AC was broken the first two days but she got someone out to fix it for the remainder of the stay. We enjoyed our vacation but we have a toddler and he got something on the couch on the couch so our $300 security deposit was kept for professional cleaning.whixh i wasn't too happy about but he did leave a stain. Overall the vacation home was nice.

This property was beyond perfect for our family vacation. This was our first beach vacation with an almost 2 year old and this condo could not have been more perfect. We had 6 adults (my husband and I + my parents + my in-laws). It was not easy to find a condo with three rooms that were all kings and no one felt like they were getting the "bad room". Everyone was comfortable and had plenty of space. Best of all there was a pack-n-play and a high chair for our little guy. Saved on the packing for sure! If that wasn't good enough, the condo was stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, a big canopy and tons of beach toys! It was so nice to have those basic things there to make us all comfortable and have plenty of shade options on the beach. The condo itself was clean and also stocked with tons of extra things that were helpful to have. The host was super friendly and provided tips and on where to go and fun things to do. It was nice to know she was just a text away, but everything was so great, we never needed to bother her. We seriously could not have asked for a better place to stay.

Very well maintained property, comfortable and clean. Unit has all the little things we usually have to buy when we vacay like pool toys for the kids, beach towels, extra tissue paper towels. Even has cooking amenities like seasonings, oils on hand, lots of electronics outlets, trailing night lights. Host is very responsive and easy to deal with. Would definitely consider booking again.

Tracy had everything anyone would need. She put a lot of thought into making her guests stay perfect! Although we did not have little ones, we noticed everything for a baby & toddlers needs. Everyhting you would need for the beach too. The condo was clean and updated as well. We couldnt thank Tracy for making our stay comfortable and perfect!!

It was our first visit to Redington Shores. The Condo is as big and beautiful as it appears in the pictures. Tracy the host answered all questions before our visit and since everything that you would need for a vacation was in the condo, beach supplies, kitchen needs, toiletries, etc etc, was provided we didn’t need her at all during our stay. Great location for anything you would want to do, and the laid back atmosphere was evident in the lack of traffic as well. Great condo, great vacation. We will be back.

This condo had everything we needed! The three bedroom with king size beds were amazing! The balcony had beautiful sunset and beach views! We especially loved how easy it was to get to and from the condo to the beach and the pool. We will definitely come back!

We enjoyed our recent stay in one of the most well-outfitted condos we have ever rented (and there are been a lot of those.). Our favorite part of the condo was the bar height table on the deck allowing us to see the dolphins without having to look through the deck railing. The owner was easy to work with and very communicative. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a beautiful condo with all the amenities. It is exactly as described and more! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The outdoor grills are newer and in excellent condition as well. Tracy was very responsive and an excellent host.

We stay in tons of VRBOs and always have a tough time renting a unit or house that has it all. No longer can say that with this property. It was exactly what we needed, wanted and didn't think of. My husband and I are locals however need to getaway frequently. We have now found the perfect condo, directly on the beach, huge balcony to relax at for the sunsets which are amazing. All things thought of in the condo for beach fun from chairs, to games, to sunscreen, you name it and you have it. Easy check in and out process- really can't say enough about the condo, location, amenities,etc. Absolutely no complaints other than a more updated TV so that you can stream. We did hook up with our computers however would be nice not to have to do that. However 10 out of 10 recommend this place.We will definitely stay againi and soon....have already sent the info to a bunch of our friends whom are looking for this exact setup as well.Thank you for a great stay- see you soon

Fantastic location, beach, heated pool, and view. Tracy is a great communicator and when we told her we had a seven month old told us about the extra toys she has for little ones. Lots of goodies for the beach so no need to pack all that or buy for single trip use. Love that this place has two primary bedroom suites, I think a rare feature for when multiple couples are staying. Highly recommend!

If you are looking for a great place at a great price you found it! Kitchen is nicely equipped. Beds are comfy and the condo is nicely furnished and clean. The balcony comfortably seats 6 and the beachfront view is perfect! Host was quick to reply to questions and very easy to work with. We will be back!

My sisters and I had an absolute wonderful stay here. The pictures didn’t capture the beauty of the view and comfort of the home. I have stayed many places and this had everything we needed! Tracy was so responsive to my questions and provided very good instructions for check in and pool/beach/tennis court access. The beach was perfect and love that there were beach toys and chairs. I have been vacationing with four other High School friends for several years now and this was THE BEST PLACE we've stayed at so far! It is spacious, exceptionally clean, has every amenity needed, is in an awesome location (with a private beach), and an ocean view that cannot be beat! It's awesome!!
