The Granary, Little Howle Farm. Luxury Holiday Cottages near Ross on Wye
Der Getreidespeicher wurde kürzlich renoviert, um ein traditionelles Cottage-Ambiente mit Luxus der Spitzenklasse zu verbinden. Es verfügt über zwei Doppelzimmer mit eigenem Bad. Die Betten können als Kingsize- oder zwei Einzelbetten konfiguriert werden. Die eigenen Badezimmer sind komplett mit Badewanne und separater Dusche ausgestattet.
Eines der Schlafzimmer befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und ist ideal für Menschen mit Treppenschwierigkeiten oder für Familien mit kleinen Kindern.
Der Wohnbereich verfügt über originale Holzbalken und ist offen gestaltet. Er kombiniert eine voll ausgestattete Küche, einen Essbereich und eine Lounge.
Glasfaserbreitband wird kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt und der Fernseher ist "intelligent", um die Nutzung von Netflix zu ermöglichen (wenn Sie ein Konto haben).
Auf der Rückseite des Hauses befindet sich eine geschlossene private Terrasse mit Grill, Tischen und Stühlen im Freien.
Es stehen ausreichend Parkplätze zur Verfügung.
Wir haben auch eine eigene Handwerkswerkstatt vor Ort, in der eine breite Palette von Handwerks- und Floristikaktivitäten für die Gäste arrangiert werden kann.

This was by far the best holiday let we have stayed in for many years. Everything worked well, the fittings were first class, beds comfortable, internet fast, heating excellent, showers hot and powerful. Derek and Amanda wonderful hosts..

Great property in a lovely area. Property well resourced and was really good for a pensioner with mobility issues. Views from Symonds Yat were breathtaking and a great base for visiting Wales.

The Granary
Lovely cottage with everything we could need for our stay. The layout is perfect with two en-suite bathrooms, a lounge and kitchen area. It was a shame the weather wasn’t better so that we could enjoy the outdoor garden area.
Lovely touch from Amanda with the scones which were much appreciated. Thank you!

Really nice property for a quiet stay
A really nice property in a quiet country location close to Ross-on-Wye. Nice spots to sit in the sun with a glass of wine. Accommodation is just as the pictures show and the hosts are very helpful and friendly. Thoroughly recommended. (Just be aware, as expected, there are no shops/pubs/restaurants etc. within walking distance).

Highlights are 1) rental canoeing on Wye, stunning scenery, accessible to all ages, 2) Forest of Dean Cycle centre, like a mini ski resort for mountain biking, with beginner, intermediate a dceasy family loops. But also days out at local castles and towns (Ross and Monmouth).
Hosts adorable and lovely interesting and well travelled folk. Not intrusive, just friendly and open. Made us delicious scones and invited us to feed neighbouring farms lambs!!! Heart warming!!!

Winter break at Little Howle
We stayed in the Granary, a delightful cottage that was comfortably furnished to a high standard and very well equipped. There were many thoughtful touches, both inside and out. The hosts were great, and nothing was too much trouble. This was the perfect area for getting away from it all with numerous walks, both close by, and further afield. Ross on Wye was very appealing during the festive season.

Delightful cottage with delightful hosts
From the moment we arrived Amanda was a joy. She made us feel at home straight away and made a daily fuss of our daughter. She went far in excess of what you image a host to do on a number of occasions. The cottage is high spec and comfortable, with all the equipment you require for a weeks self catering. The area is quiet, but great location for the Wye Valley region. We would recommend it to everybody.

We stayed in The Granary for a week this summer, the cottage, location and hosts Amanda and Derek were all lovely. We really appreciated their friendly, personal approach, happy to give advice and recommendations as well as delicious scones and a welcome bottle of wine! Fabulous stay
Our 2nd time at Little Hole Farm and had a fantastic time. Derek and Amanda are the perfect hosts - more like friends. Everything was spotless and the property is beautiful and has everything you could wish for. We're already planning our next visit.

Heaven in Herefordshire

What a wonderful and very beautiful place to stay!! Amanda and Derek are brilliant hosts and cannot do enough for you. The cottage is fully equipped, spotlessly clean and with absolutely everything you need for your stay. The rain shower in the bathroom was amazing! The Granary , Howle farm
The property was in a good location and ideal for exploring the local area. The house it self was perfect , and was very homely , comfortable to stay in and had every thing in that was needed.The owners made us feel warmly welcomed and on arrival had provided few essentials and during our stay Amanda made us home made scones and provide freshly baked bread. Also was very helpful on suggesting places to visit.

Excellent! Lovely property, everything you need, plus wonderful owners
Amanda and Derek have done a brilliant job converting the property. It's very comfortable and has everything you'll need - and if there is something specific that's not there they'll try their best to get it. They are so welcoming and helpful, a great couple. We loved the private garden and the double wash basins were a real luxury!! Very peaceful, beautiful area. We enjoyed visiting towns like Ledbury and Ludlow and stunning Symonds Yat. Never made it to Malvern, maybe next time. We left feeling really relaxed after 5 very enjoyable days. Thank you Amanda and Derek.

Very comfortable stay, lots to see nearby
Having stayed in many rentals across the world, this is one of the best we have stayed in.
The accommodation is of a very high quality, with a warm welcome. Very relaxing and quiet. Could have stayed a lot longer.
Lots to see nearby, Hereford (have the weeping window at present), Hay on Wye, Raglan Castle and if you want a fabulous meal there is the Michelin starred Walnut Tree restaurant only 40 minutes away.
Or simply unwind in what is a very comfortable, relaxing rental...
Strongly recommended.

Amazing in every way!
We have just returned from a fantastic break in the Granary! I cannot recommend this place and the hosts enough!
Beautiful, clean accommodation and, as mentioned so many times before in these reviews, the attention to detail is excellent.
Amanda and Derek are so warm and welcoming! Wonderful advice on where to visit and fresh warm bread on the first morning as well as a breakfast 'pack' [and wine!] when you arrive. Jam and clotted cream scones on the last evening too!
When you get a holiday experience like this- we left feeling like old friends- you know you will return in the future!
