Location excellent, check in instructions easy to follow as long as you take the time to study them first. Check in smooth and no problems. Property is gorgeous and directly next door to the cathedral. We had a superior double room on the first floor and it was spacious, warm and comfortable and sooooo quiet. We did request twin beds but it was made up as a double when we arrived but this was fine as the bed was very large and my friend and I have shared a bed a few times before. The shower was lovely and hot and powerful. We liked The White Stuff hand wash and shower gel!

The bath is higher than normal due to the decorative feet, which is lovely to look at, but both my friend and I are very short so it was a bit of a challenge getting in and out. It would be good to have step provided to aid this. It would be good to have a mini-fridge in the room just to keep some fresh milk/drinks in.

2 night city break visiting friends and the Cathedral. Lovely tidy town, beautiful Bishops Garden grounds, easy to find and park, beautiful room. A romantic mini break and well worth it. We'd certainly come again.

An excellent location in a beautiful setting. It was good to be so close to the cathedral and we enjoyed the city very much. Chichester is our favourite location for a pre-Christmas break and this year did not disappoint. Many thanks to Amy for welcoming us and sorting out a parking glitch.

The bath plug did not fit very well so the water kept running out. This was, overall, a minor issue.

I like that its a pin access hotel. I didn’t need a keycard. It had a homely feel. The walls seem to be newly painted and newly furnished.

There was a newly painted smell (my nose is sensitive) and the heater wasn’t working. There seem to be a contact information in the file to call the maintenance, which I realised later. It would be better to add the maintenance number on the door. So it is easier to let guest know going forward.

Great location in the centre of Chichester with close views of the Cathedral Close.

High sided bath making it difficult for older folk to get in the shower

Beautiful building and incredibly helpful customer service when I had to change the date of my stay.

Some areas of the room could do with a deep clean, but overall it was a comfortable pleasant stay.

Lovely historic building, part of the Cathedral complex. #4 was a nice large room with a view of the garden

Location close to centre and only 10 minutes walk from the station. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby. Cathedral is a few minutes walk away.

Beautiful location, large room with stunning view of the cathedral. So central and convenient, quiet, tastefully decorated and comfortable. Chichester is a charming place to visit, and we had great weather!

Perfect situation for centre of Chichester right by the cathedral. Comfortable room and facilities and a garden and small chapel. .

Only downside is you never see anyone and there is no breakfast

The system for accessing the property and room worked flawlessly and the room I was given had a wonderful view of the Cathedral, The room was a very good size indeed and the bed was very comfortable The property is in a very quiet location in the heart of the city and I had a very good night's sleep. A parking space was available. Although there was no breakfast option at the property, there were plenty of breakfast options within walking distance of this property.

Parking a bit fiddly but that was to be expected in such an old centre. In the end it was fine though.

Fantastic location extremely convenient and with parking - very unusual so close to the centre of things. Accommodation was calm and peaceful and housekeeping spot on - lovely big white fluffy towels and tea and coffee and biscuits provided.

Pillows were a bit soft for us. Although the place was generally cleaned to a high standard we noticed that water in the shower took a long time to drain away and on removing the drain cover found it needed unclogging. Just a small fault in what is generally a very high standard property.
