全てのスタッフが親切・丁寧に対応してくれました。朝食も種類が豊富。高島屋・ベンタイン市場・ブイビエン通が徒歩圏内で観光地もバイタクを使えば直ぐで立地最高。Wi-Fiのスピードも速かった。2日に1回くらいフルーツのサービスがあった。

部屋に虫が出たこと。東南アジアは仕方ないので許容範囲内です。

I stayed at Happy Life Grand Hotel for 1 day it was a pleasant experience. The location is excellent, right in the center of the city, close to many attractions. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a good place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. I especially love the rooftop sky bar, the view and cocktail exceeded our expectation.

I was disappointed that the hotel didn’t offer a free airport pickup service. I expected this service to be included because I'm a loyalty genius, but instead, I had to arrange my own transportation, which was a bit inconvenient. Aside from that, everything else was great, and I would recommend this hotel for its location and overall comfort.

Small room with no natural light

Great location. Staff were so helpful and went out of their way to assist. Jayden went above and beyond to get us to the airport cheaply and quickly. Pool and rooftop bar were an added bonus. Would definitely stay again.

Property was located in a very nice area. Close to everything. Pool was nice. Room was a bit small and also smell of smoke.

The entrance of the hotel is a wow but as tou get inside the room its a bit old need a bit of renovation especially the bathroom when you have a shower the water goes everywhere. Towel needs to be upgraded as it looks like its been use for years.

Location central plenty of amenities being local

The breakfast was very nice with a good variety of food available. The rooms were roomy and clean and the staff friendly. The sky bar was nice and the pool better now it's been freshly re-coated.

We weren't told when booking the hotel that the pool would be out of action 2 out of our 5 day stay for planned maintenance or offered any compensation which left a bad initial impression when told during check-in. The rooms are a bit plain and boring, especially given it was the deluxe room. The free water bottles were tiny, not the usual 600ml every other hotel supplies which seemed a bit petty given how cheap bottled water is there. Understand that the pool is at the top of the hotel and offers no shade although the limited seating area around the pool do have umbrellas. The gym here is in an odd location in the food area and didn't look like anyone had used it in a very long time as the tread on the treadmill appeared torn and unsuitable and generally unloved.

The buffet breakfast was very nice, with a lot to choose from. Toast, fresh made omelette, fruits, cereals, hot local food, as well as chicken sausage and bacon. The pool up top was lovely, relaxing and not too deep, so I could sit in water at shallow end. Cool breeze at evening which was pleasant and the view lovely at night. Rooms comfortable and bathroom modern. Great spot, all walking distance to sights and market. Tyler was great at front desk too.

Het hotel ziet er van buiten netjes uit met een rooftop. Personeel is vriendelijk.

De bedden waren heel erg hard. De rooftop is vrij duur voor Vietnamese begrippen en er zijn 5 bedjes bij het zwembad, die vaak bezet waren. Je kunt er dus niet echt lekker liggen. Waterkoker op de kamer deed het niet.

Always stay here due to location and pool. The staff are exceptional, always friendly and asking if you need anything. Breakfast buffet has great variety and constantly being replenished. The pool is clean and relaxing

We had 7 rooms. They have new glass wine type fridges and nothing gets cold inside them. Our aircon was not strong enough but they provided a fan to circulate the air. Not good for families as no adjoining rooms

Top Lage, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war top und alles super sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und es gab eine große Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken.

Leider war der Pool außer Betrieb...das war sehr schade.

兩個人一張房卡，跟櫃台說還不給兩張😡 一個人外出或者游泳，另一個人想休息要如何待在房間？（沒房卡沒電燈沒空調）不清楚這個規定是飯店訂的還是員工所為！令人傻眼的規定😱

The hotel staff is very kind and helpful, I got a free room upgrade and had a great and comfortable time staying there. Room was clean and really nice and the breakfast was great! I also enjoyed the rooftop bar with great cocktails, amazing view and the pool was just right to refresh a little after a long day.

The surrounding streets are noisy, even in the night, but I knew this before! So no issue here, just something to be aware of.

The staff was really attentive and provided help when needed. We could hangout in the pool after checkout and have a shower in the premises.

We booked a Lessini premier room and once in the hotel we were told the deluxe room was not available and a Garda room was given to us (with the refund of the difference, but still not what we have booked). This room did not have a window. It was small, dark and quite humid. Also the soundproofing was not great and you could hear every guest walking by the corridor.

I would like to see more variety in the breakfast menu!

Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend. Insbesondere kann ich die Passionsfrucht empfehlen. Die war nicht von dieser Welt ;) Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich.

Die Hotelzimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Das Fitnessstudio ist eine Schande. Es wäre ratsam, dass Fitnessstudio nicht als Ausstattung zu bezeichnen bzw. zu nennen. Dann bleibt die Enttäuschung aus, weil man keine Erwartung hat.

Basically nothing. It was way below my expectations. It should not be called GRAND hotel. It is barely a 3 star hotel.

1) I do not like that they "pay" you to leave good reviews (see the photos). They give you a free spin at the sky bar if you leave them a 5-star review on Google. They should be banned from Google just for that 2) they offered to let me take a shower after checkout: they took me to a place in the basement full of spiders and insects! 3) I paid for the "luxury" room but I got a very standard room: tiny with a huge tv screen that seemed even bigger due to the size of the room 4) the bathroom is an accident waiting to happen (see the photos) 5) just one electric plug in the room so I had to use the kettle on the bed (see photos) 6) the air-conditioning was a joke: even if the room was tiny one part of the room was cool and the other was too hot due to the windows. 7) the slippers in the room: they were of different sizes and mismatched (see photos).

The property was nice and clean, and the Sky bar was nice to relax in the evening and see the city lights. Nikki the concierge was wonderful and more than helpful giving us all the recommendations we needed from restaurants, to buying SIM cards etc. Location was between the Market and Walking street both within walking distance.

The bed was a little too hard and aircon kept cutting out but got it sorted.

Nice clean, tidy hotel and room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was close to attractions and was a great quiet street to have dinner/lunch. Would highly recommend.
