Location was good but there are prostitutes loitering outside the hotel.
Beds were made everyday with fresh towels provided.
Staff are able to communicate with no issues.
Bed was right behind the other room’s bathroom. Meaning you can hear all the water pipes running everytime they turn on the tap or flush the toilet.
We got unlucky one night with someone using the room next to us for prostitution. Showered at least 6 times through the night and was blasting music and smoking in the room too.
Bathroom gets mouldy and the cleaner did not clean up the mould.
Only 2 bottles waters are complimentary. If you would want more, you have to pay for it. Might as well head down to 7-11 to get the bigger bottles which will be more value for money.

Amazing location, just above the MTR! In front of a breakfast restaurant, very convenient.
The staff was not super friendly, making us pay even before our coffee...
Also, the cleaninness could be better. There were some hair on the floor and on the bed.
No fridge in the room, and the room smelled like cold tobacco. Very thin walls as well.

The location is just a few steps away from the MTR station and walking distance to Mongkok. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby.
The bed is firm and comfortable. Room and bathroom is clean. Kettle is provided.
The staff are very helpful, they help us call a taxi to the airport and gave us information about which check in and terminal for our airline/flight.
The space in the room is quite limited, not much space to walk after putting down suitcases.The wall between the rooms appear to be quite thin as I can hear water running in shower from next door.

They didn't have breakfast, but that is absolutely no problem. It is full of options right outside the hotel.

The location is really really good, 21 steps from Yau Ma Tei MTR station Exit A1, convenient and a lot of food stall nearby, walking distance to Mong Kok

It's relatively pricey since the room is very small, and it's not located at a very nice area.

Excellent hotel for a 3 day trip to Hong Kong. Location is right next to a Mrt station and bus stop , not far from center. Rooms are very clean, comfortable with window and all the necessary amenities. The building itself is nicely decorated. Nearby there are a lot of affordable options for esting out.The staff has been very kind during my stay. I would definitely return to this hotel given the opportunity.

absolutely loved this hotel! so clean, modern and full of character. it’s a small room but great for a short stay. I really appreciated the extras such as the bathroom amenity kit and iPad. right next to yau ma tei station so it’s really easy getting into central Hong Kong.

Very good location in the famous area, the place sits very close to MRT's gate and lots of good restaurants around the hotel. Nice decorating and facility optionsม iPad, sound speaker very nice. Staffs has good service.
Small room, not enough space for personal relaxing but I think they have shared space for working but I have not used the service. I have found unsuitable hair and some dusty on the ground in the room

Great place and great kindness from all the staff. One of the best experiences in HK. They also helped us with a problem, with competence and availability. Great value when you are travelling since days and sometimes tired. Thank you all.

our room was very small (barely enough space for two large suitcases)
a fire alarm started suddenly in the middle of the night, after about an hour the firemen said it was a false alarm. probably a none recurring incident, but it sucked :( we asked the staff for a later check out and they agreed with no problems though.
