Lovely villa and well equipped. Fairly easily accessible to nearby beaches but needed a taxi, which the owners organised. Pula easily accessible and walking distance to 2 really good restaurants.

Villa Erica is beautiful. The decoration is fresh, everything is clean and the air conditioning, (which was essential whilst we were there!), was excellent. That said, it was the outside space which was the cherry on the cake. We knew the pool would be wonderful for our group at 12 including seven teenagers, but it was also lovely to sit on the terrace chatting, eating, drinking and playing cards together.

As the area is relatively new on the outskirts of Pula, it seemed the Wi-Fi signal did not really work for any of us during the week we were there. However, 4G was fine and it meant the kids spent more time off their devices. The other thing that was a little disappointing was that we couldn't use the outside space after 11 on a weekday. This was understandable because Villa Erica is in a residential area with working people and young children, but it did limit our group of older teens and parents, in some respects. As the property is beautiful and relatively new, and the owner lives just next door she is keen to ensure the house rules are followed, and was available over the wall as necessary. That had its benefits as she was able to give us advice and provide a plaster when we needed it. However it did mean some of our group were less relaxed than they might've been. On the map the Villa looks like an easy walk to the beach. However that is not the case - you would need a vehicle as we had, or to take taxis wherever needed.

Perfect płace to spend vacation with friends and family. We had such a great time, the house is clean and spacious, as well as the pool. The hosts are helpful and so hospitable, they really care about all guest and want all to have good time. We will definitely go again next summer.

We highly appreciated our stay in Villa Erica. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The pool is large and was kept clean. there was lot of spcae for Kids to Play and appreciate their stay.

Very nice Villa and owners. Lots of space, big and clean swimming pool. Me, my family and kids we are very happy to choose this villa. We were with kids 5-13 years, Lots of fun for all of them. For sure i will recommend it for friends and come back again.

Lack of glass for 0,5L beer, only 0,3L ;) i am joking, everything was perfect.
