We loved our stay, the unit looks exactly like the pictures, has everything you could need, the owner was very responsive. The sunsets are amazing on the Bay, everything is close by but this location is very quiet and relaxing. The beach is a little walk but the sunsets make up for that. :) LBI has so many great restaurants and our child loved Fantasy Island. We would absolutely 100 % stay here again, we had a great time !

Rich’s property on the bay was a great location- a few blocks away from the beach and perfect position for watching sunsets on the bay. The condo was clean, neat, and comfortable. I would recommend Rich’s place for couples and families alike!

This 1st floor Beach Haven condo was the perfect location in Beach Haven for a vacation with my elderly parents. It’s walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops and water activities. No need to drive anywhere! It’s nicely decorated, well stocked and clean. The owner Rich was very responsive and helpful! We would definitely recommend his place!

We had a wonderful time and stay at this condo. Having stayed in the complex (not unit) in years past - we are very familiar with the area and knew once we parked our car we wouldn’t be moving it for a week. Everything we enjoy to do is that close! The condo itself was perfect for our needs - clean, quiet, convenient, easy check in and checkout, washing machine and dryer made keeping up with laundry convenient and allowing things to air dry on balcony was a nice option as well. And the owner was accessible anytime I had a question - especially prior to our stay. Would definitely stay there again.

Loved so much, asked owner if we could rent for extra days. Very very Clean, well stocked with family games, books and cooking utensils and cookware, beach vibe decorated, amazing location... walking and bike to everything. Bay view was gorgeous. Owner was very responsive to any questions within an hour or less. Perfect size for family of 5. Would definitely rent again! Great family time!

This was a great experience. We really enjoyed the property and Rich was very helpful. Location was also attractive - close to everything.

Perfect location

We had a wonderful stay by the bay! Rich was great - very communicative and everything was as pictured. Lots of little extras; for example, I had forgotten a beach bag and to my delight, I found some bags and little coolers in the front closet. Not 'disappointed' in anything as we already knew the condition of the bathrooms, but they do prevent me from rating 5 stars across the board. Definitely not something that would prevent us from staying here again. The beds were comfortable, the view was great and couldn't ask for a quieter location. We loved sitting down on the benches on the east side of the property in the late afternoon. Bay Village is only a few blocks away and The Chicken or the Egg is nice and close as well - one of our favorite spots to get food. We did drive to the beach as it would be quite a hike carrying coolers and chairs but we had no problem finding a spot to park. Rent Rich's place--you won't be sorry.

While owner and location were great The pictures where a little deceiving. We have been renting in LBI for over 20years so for the price we paid for this unit this year we were very disappointed with certain aspects of the property. Both bathrooms are in desperate need of a renovation-the vanities were falling apart they used curtains as doors on each vanity and on the bathroom door. There was also a gross handicapped seat screwed to bathroom shower in master bathroom. Also lack of kitchen utensils like only 3 actual wine glasses, knives were so dull we couldn’t even slice a lime. All hand soap in bathroom and kitchen was actually dishwashing liquid. Thank god I bought my own bath soap Would not rent this home again

We had a wonderful stay!! The homeowners were easy to contact and answer any questions we had before and during our stay!!! We will be back!!

Wow! The Property was perfect for My Family. Location was everything it claims to be and more. Clean and quiet with close proximity to everything Beach Haven. The owner was quick to respond with any questions and very accommodating. Thanks for the Memories Summer '19 - what an awesome week!

Very comfortable condo for our family of 4. Oldest daughter Sailing at Little Egg Harbor YC- easy to walk there and enjoy the bay side deck to watch them sail in and out. Yummy restaurants nearby as well!

We were sailing out of Little Egg Harbor and the location could have not been more convenient for us. House is exactly furnished as pictures show. Communication with owner very easy. Quick responses.

I have been coming to LBI for over 20 years. I love this location right on the bay! It is close enough to everything in Beach Haven, yet so peaceful. The condo is beautiful, clean with everything you could need!! Not to mention that the neighbors in this condo complex are so friendly! We will definitely be renting again next year! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

We’ve rented in LBI every year for last 13 years, this condo & owner ranked up in our top 2. Clean and updated location made it perfect for my 13 year old to ride bike anywhere she & friend wanted to go !!! I would’ve given this MORE then 5 stars !!!
